WIP Wednesday
I have been working on some mini hexagons using Bonnie Christine’s Sweet as Honey line of fabric for Art Gallery. These little hexagons are pretty cute! They would be considered 1/2″ hexies(hexagons in the quilting world are measured by the length of one of the sides).
These fabrics just scream, “make me into hexagons”–it’s all the wonderful bees/hives/hexagons sprinkled throughout this fabric line:
Those are adorable! What cute fabric, too. Have a super day!
I have some Sweet as Honey fabric that I am planning to make some hexies with. Not as tiny as yours, thought! 🙂
Really cute! I’m hexologist, but I’ve never made them that small. Your ideas are too addictive for me. They all look like fun, but I’m so overcommited!
1/2 Inch just adorable.
You are right…the fabric is perfect for hexies. I love yours. I’ve never worked with hexies that small. Hugs
That is a cute line to make hexies with!! I love turning my 1/2″ hexies into diamonds, but I think I will try the 3″ in Honey Pot just to actually see what it’s like to move along quicker. Thanks for sharing the site for printing hexagons too.
Adorable. Enjoy the process. I love me some hexies!
Love the colors and the prints!!!
Les couleurs et dessin sont beau Marie-Claire
Thanks for sharing the site to print the different shapes. I am going to try to make the 1/2″hexes. Love your projects!
