Bee Blocks

Ringo Pie September

In between working on my larger projects I have managed to squeeze in some quilting bee block finishes.  The above block is for Amber for the Ringo Pie Bee/September.  Amber asked for Christmas blocks and she pretty much left us to our own devices.  I went with a little papar pieced Christmas tree & an appliqued border.  I had a lot of fun with this one–I was definitely feeling the Christmas vibe! =)

Up next is the block that I made for Natalia for VIBees/August.  She asked for a stacked strips block & sent some wonderful Lily Ashbury, Summer House, fabric.

And lastly, my block for Melissa for VIBees/September–she’s making a wonderful transportation quilt for her son & I got to make a a hot air balloon block.  I drew this block up in EQ7 and went to work.  It’s gonna be such a neat quilt!

Now, I need to work on a block for the Quilters Journey bee and I’ll have my September ones finished up. =)
