You all are probably ready to see my finished Birdie Stitches quilt at this point in time…however, it is still in block form. =p It will be hand quilted using coordinating perle cotton in the sashing areas. I’ll be sure to share it when it is finished! =)
Thanks again everyone for joining in with Birdie Stitches over the last year!

Many thanks for your kindness Katleen Solomi (blogger cottonreel)
I just wanted to say thank you so much for faithfully offering us such fun little patterns to stitch up every month in 2011. I’m not quite ready for these final instructions but hope to be soon. I’ve grown very attached to my wee Birdies and have enjoyed every minute of this beautiful BOM. Thank you so much. Merry Christmas to you and yours.
Thank you SO much for Birdie – I’ve really enjoyed stitching these. I’m 3 behind, but hope to have them completed during the holidays. I’ve decided instead of making 1 quilt, I’m going to make 12 minis and hang them in my Ackfeld wire frame throughout the year. Cheers!
Great instructions! Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you for the fun this year. Please do it again! 🙂
2 more birdies for me to stitch… I was keeping up month to month until November! I will finish them up very very soon & be ready to put them all together. Thanks for the darling patterns!
Thanks for the Birdies this year Corey. I have loved stitching along. Merry Christmas to you and yours.

I’ve been loving these over the last year. They have brightened quite a few drab days, too. Thanks for all your hard work and generosity. I can’t wait to see how the final top looks when it’s finished.
Thanks so much for the little birdies. I have December almost stitch and anxiou to put it all together. How much material do I need for the border and backing?
At the top of my blog under Birdie Stitches I have the Supply List posted. =)
What a fun project this has been. Thanks so much for sharing with us.

Thanks so much for the cutie pie birdies patterns. I love them all and can;t wait to sew them all together! It was so nice of you to share!
Thank you for all the lovely Birdie Stitches. It has been great fun to stitch them and I will miss your freebie once a month. I am ready to finish the quilt and will do so right after New Year.
Happy Christmas to you.
This was a lot of fun, and very cute! Thank you so much for all the hard work and time you put into this project for us. My stitching is nearly complete and I plan on putting the quilt together in January. I love it!
Thank you!
Thank you very much Corey for these twelve wonderful stitching patterns along with the finishing. It must have been a lot of work to do this and I want you to know how much I appreciate your talent and generosity! Have a very Merry Christmas with your family.
Thank you, Corey, for a year of these sweet block patterns. I’m looking fwd to completing the quilt for my granddaughters after the New Year. Happy Holidays to you and all the special people in your life 🙂
I’ve enjoyed making these very much. Thanks for sharing them! I made a bed runner using mine, but I’m stumped as to the “quilt as desired” portion of the instructions. I can’t hand quilt (bad wrists) and don’t want to detract from the embroidery. The distance is too great to have no quilting in the blocks since I intend on washing them occasionally (cats). Any ideas?
Thank you so much for sharing such beautiful blocks! I have saved them in hopes of making a very similar quilt in colors to yours. I appreciate your creativity and generosity in sharing 🙂
Thank you so much for sharing the lovely pattern for the Birdie Stitches Quilt with us! I enjoy embroidered each block! Have you and your family a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! A big hug!
I really want to thank you for all your hard work in putting together the Birdie Stitches quilt along! When I saw the blocks in early spring, I knew I needed to make them but didn’t know what to use the quilt for. I decided to make it for our goddaughter and she will receive it for Christmas. I am so excited to give it to her and have you to thank for making it possible!!!
Thank you for sharing the Birdie Stitches! I enjoyed stitching them each month along with seeing what others did. I’ll be watching for cute finished quilts on the flickr group.
Love, love, love this! All my blocks are done, and it’s now going together. No idea how to quilt it…any ideas from those who have gotten this far? Thanks so much for designing this, it was so fun stitching & and anticipating the next month!
