Block 34 Moda Block Heads

It’s week 34 of Moda Block Heads.  Today’s block, Fulfillment, is brought to us by Lisa Bongean of Primitive Gatherings.

I always love Lisa’s blocks!  I had planned to follow the block pattern exactly.. but as I started, I realized I was going to run out of time to finish my block.  So I ended up substituting all of the corner HST’s with one large HST.

If you wanted to do the same thing, you would make your larger corner HST with each side measuring the same measurement as the length of your 3 flying geese units sewn together.

I would still love to make Lisa’s block as she designed it–because it is a beauty.  It is going to be just amazing in the 4″ size!
