Hexagon Swap Round 2
Yesterday when, perhaps, I should have been working on some bee blocks I decided instead to work on a fun little pillow. I received all of these great hexagons & goodies from Kerri for the {Handsome} Hexies Swap Round 2.
I knew right away that I wanted to make a pillow and decided to dive in yesterday. The pillow top is finished and quilted. It just needs the back & binding added. Unfortunately I am almost out of Kona white right now so, a trip to my LQS is in order.
These are the hexagons that I sent out to my partner Brooke. She asked for something bright and fun & here’s what I came up with.
Happy Sewing!
They are darling!
So pretty!
Both what you sent and what you received are equally wonderful! Fun swap!
Oh how adorable!! I absolutely love the hexagons you received and the ones you sent were just as cute! I love the one with the little chicken the best! :o) Your pillow top looks great. You really did a nice job of quilting it. :o)
Have a nice week.
Sincerely ~ Tricia
The hexies on both the giving and receiving end are fabulous! I really love the little girl in the kerchief.
I love your pillow…especially the outline quilting and the double hexes. Enjoy!

Your pillow is fabulous and Brooke is in for a real treat!
