July Bee Wrap-up

Wow!  I didn’t realize that it had been so long since I posted a wrap-up.  I’ll have to get cracking on these!
For the Quilting Journey Round Robin Bee Cindy sent the upper block in the photo and asked for a coordinating block.  If you remember, in this bee we receive the starter block, the blocks made so far and a journal in which we write an entry.  The bee is a big circle—we make the block, do up our journal entry and send everything onto the next person.
I decided to make this little Daisy block to go with her starter block.  Fabrics for the blocks in this bee come from our stash.  I chose various Fig Tree Fabrics for this block.
For the Sew New To Me VQB Kelly sent us Greens/Aquas and asked for a beach inspired block for her beach quilt.  The pattern I chose is from the book Quilts with a Spin.
In the Scraptastic Bee Heidi sent the floral fabric in the middle and asked for wonky stars.
For the last month of Round one in Hip 2 Bee Square Quynh sent fabrics and asked for Mondrian Hexagon blocks.
