Making of a Book series: And so it begins/Episode 2
Good morning friends! The second video in my “Making of a Book series” has just released this morning.
You can find that video here on my YouTube channel.
Your comments last week were so much fun! As we are going through this series, if you have questions or if you wonder about something I didn’t talk about, leave me a comment on my video. I am planning to do a “Making of a Book series” Q&A in a few weeks to answer some of those questions.
I’ll be back tomorrow to share the next block of Moda Blockheads. =)
See you soon! Corey
I love looking at those happy fabrics behind you, and your enthusiasm is contagious. I can’t wait to see the final result from the happy quilter!
Thank you!..it’s fun to share this way!
Hello Cori! I just watched your video about making a book! I enjoy your excitement! I thought “Wrapped in Happy” describes a quilt made with your fabric! I just received your Love Note line and I’m excited to create a happy quilt for a loved one!! Thank you for sharing your excitement and “happy” with me!! Teresa
That would be a great name for this book…you’ll have to wait and see what we decided on! =) Isn’t Love Note a beautiful line! (it’s actually by Vanessa Goertzen of Lella Boutique–I had to purchase some of it for myself!)
I watched video on machine binding. From where did you purchase the binding board? Can’t find it anywhere.
Thank you for watching! Whenever I post a video on my YouTube channel, I link to the things I talked about in the description of the video so you can always find the information right there. The binding boards can be found here: https://kwiltit.bigcartel.com/product/binding-board
Corey,
Thank you so much for re-starting your YouTube channel. I love your videos! The binding videos are great, but I have really enjoyed the “Making of a Book” videos. Good for you! I can hardly wait for the book. I love looking at the shelves behind you in the videos, and am always drooling over Apricot and Ash. That is my favorite fabric line of anyone ever! I purchased a one-yard bundle from Fat Quarter Shop, and have almost used it all. I am so sad that it is not available anymore. Thank you for such wonderful fabric. Please keep posting videos – I know I am not the only one looking forward to them. Take care!
