May $5 Pattern, Layer Cake Giveaways
Today’s Coriander Quilts YouTube video includes chat about the $5 May pattern, stitching on the Abloom panel, another ruler option for cutting apart the Abloom panel, viewer quilts, viewer questions, and watch to the end for a giveaway and fabric chat about two of my favorite upcoming lines by other designers!
First up, I am offering the May $5 pattern of the month a little bit early as the Coriander Quilts Etsy shop is going to be closed from May 3-10. This way you have a few extra days to purchase it if you want to grab one instead of waiting until after May 10.
For May, I have decided to offer Barn Star 7 as the $5 pattern.
I thought it was just the sweetest in Abloom fabrics!
You can also still purchase the Freshly Cut Mini quilt for $5 through the end of April.
Now, let’s talk about that giveaway.
GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED
I picked out my two favorite fabric lines from the new lines that are currently being shown to quilt shops. Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs will be in shops in September and Paper Hamlet by Cathe Holden will be in shops in October. I showed all of the prints in each of these collections in today’s video.
Moda sent me a layer cake of each collection to give away to two winners. =) What fun!
This is a very quick giveaway. You can enter for a chance to win through Sunday evening, April 27 at 11:59pm EST. The winners will be drawn on Monday, April 28 and will be announced here next Saturday, May 3.
To enter, scroll all the way to the bottom of this blog post, that’s where you will find the comment box. Leave a comment letting me know which of the two layer cakes you’d prefer if you are chosen the winner. Be sure to enter your correct email address when you enter. That’s how you will be contacted if you win.
Have a wonderful weekend! Corey

HI Corey! My favorite is definitely Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs. She’s quickly become one my favorite designers. Thanks for the great Saturday videos. Enjoy your time off. Now off to the shop to grab a copy of the April and May pattern of the month. 🧵🪡✂️💗
Hi Corey, watching from Kentucky this morning. Enjoyed every minute. And a giveaway! Yah! Both of these fabric lines are gorgeous but I am partial to Sun bonnet. I am currently working on Heather’s 2025 Year of Sewing Machines BOM and really having fun with it.
Both collections are beautiful but I’m choosing Paper Hamlet this time! I love starting my Saturday mornings off with all the inspiration you offer through your videos!!
Good Morning! I enjoy starting my Saturdays in the sewing studio with a cup tea and your video. Perfect way to shake off the busy week and restore the soul.:) Paper Hamlet looks like so much fun. Different from the fabrics I normally sew with. That layer cake would sure inspire a fabulous quilt!
Hi from Australia, Paper Hamlet is my pick,so unique..love your fabrics, especially Buttercup and Slate.
Both layer cakes are beautiful. But, I think I prefer Sunbonnet. Thanks for the giveaway and for asking preference!
This has been a lousy week. I spent the first half of the week in the hospital having emergency surgery and the second half really sick from the sedation medication they used. It was really nice to sit and enjoy your weekly video. Both layer cakes were pretty, but I loved Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs. Her style reminds me a lot of yours, with which I am totally in love! Thank you so much for your generosity. Have a great week.
HAPPY SATURDAY! I love both fabric lines they are beautiful! I love Paper Hamlet – which is a little out of the box for me- it’s the text that got got me! Thanks so much! I keep seeing all of the mini projects I could make with it!
i agree with you that both are fabulous, since i have to pick one, the Sunbonnet would be my first choice….thanks for the Saturday inspiration you provide. have a great week off, hope you are going somewhere fun…
Sun Bonnet would be my first choice, but would love to have either of them. Thank you.
Gosh Corey you’re making it hard to decide which layer 🎂 I prefer=:) I guess I’d have to go with 🌞 bonnet. Thank you, Annie
Oh how pretty, Sunbonnet would be my choice. Thank you.
Good Morning! Another wonderful Saturday video…I learn so much! What a generous giveaway! I love the Sunbonnet. I am currently E2E quilting with my embroidery machine last year’s Sew Sampler with Bobbin Blooms with Heathers Flower Girl fabric. Have a fabulous and safe week off!
I love both of these layer cakes—-especially the colors and patterns in Sunbonnet, but Paper Hamlet really intrigues me—both are beautiful!! I could definitely work with either one!!❤️

I have always loved soft and dainty things. Ever since I found Heather Briggs and her fabrics, I have been in love with the look and style. Both layer cakes are beautiful, but my eyes are drawn to hers everytime. Thank you for your Saturday videos. I always get my coffee and cuddle up on the couch for your 10am video.

Wow, Corey! You are so generous! I love both of these collections, but if I had to chose one, it would be Sunbonnet.
I always look forward to your videos on Saturday. Your mystery BOM has been so much fun, picking out fabrics in my stash and making the blocks.
My Mom embroidered 6 Sun Bonnet Sue blocks that I want to remake into a quilt. She went to Heaven two years ago at 104 years old. She had sewn them into two wall hangings but they really need to be redone and updated. I am planning on using this line of fabric when it comes out.
Take care and have a fun time on vacation
Thank you for n enjoyable Saturday morning. Today I learned about rulers ! Happy to learn more before I purchase or commit to a project. So much better to be equipped with knowledge. Glad to learn from your experience.

Another fun Saturday morning video. Thanks for the giveaway. You are so generous. Love the Sunbonnet layer cake.
I love the Sunbonnet layercake. My grandma treadle machine pieced and hand quilted me a Sunbonnet Sue quilt when I was a young girl. Sadly it came apart and I lost it from several moves, but I had one single block in a trunk. I framed it just recently. Beautiful memories of me trying to treadle sew when I was young.
I love the Sunbonnet layer cake! So beautiful.
Love following you and your new Sunbonnet line is just lovely. How wonderful of Moda to support your next giveaway. Both layer cakes are beautiful, but Heather’s Sunbonnet line is my choice today. Thanks for all you do for us.

Oh my very hard to choose, I would be delighted with either. But to answer I will say Hamlet. Thank and enjoy your vacation.
Hi Corey: I would like to inquire if your give a ways include international viewers. I enjoy your show and love your patterns and fabric designs. My favorite layer cake is Heather Briggs sun bonnet I thought it would be perfect for a Sunbonnet Sue quilt. Many thanks for all you do, you are an inspiration for all quilters!
Thanks so much for your weekly Saturday video. It’s the highlight of my day! Thanks, too, to you & Moda for this giveaway! Although both are beautiful, Sunbonnet speaks to me the most. After raising 2 sons, I am now blessed with 4 granddaughters ages 3, 2, 1, and newborn! I can see Sunbonnet as being perfect, especially since the older 2 have already declared pink as their favorite color! Safe travels on your vacation!
Loved the colors and unexpected design elements in Paper Hamlet. Thanks for all you do!
I love the Sunbonnet fabric. I am planning on buying it for my Harriet’s Journey quilt. I really look forward to your video on Saturday morning. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful content. It’s been a pleasure to see your Saturday videos expand and continue to improve(not that they weren’t great to start with!). Today’s my birthday. Winning a layer cake would be amazing since I don’t like birthday cake!!!🎂
I would prefer Sunbonnet. It is so pretty.
I love the Sunbonnet. I also love your fabric collections. Thank you for all the videos you do, I enjoy watching them.
Morning all, loved all the info in today’s video, I learn something new each time I watch. I am drawn to the sunbonnet fabric and it’s perfect variety to be a supper scrappy throw. It has my creative brain searching for the perfect pattern. Thank you for your delightful videos!
would enjoy using the alphabet one as i make lots of baby and toddler quilts for donation.
Both of the collections are very pretty, however if I were in a store with only enough money to purchase one (ha ha); Sunbonnet would be the first choice.
Sunbonnet is beautiful! Thank you so much for all you do!
I would love any of the give aways. These quilts are so cute and fresh looking. You always outdo yourself. Thanks for sharing your talents with us.
Love your show! So fun and informative! I love both of the layer cakes!
These are fantastic layer cakes. Thanks for the giveaway. I enjoy your videos, but never catch them live. I am so glad the videos are available for looking at when I can get to them. I sew every day so I really love new fabrics and ideas. Thanks!
I would love to use the Sunbonnet line by Heather Briggs and I would use this layer cake in a spring pattern. The colors are so beautiful.
I love the Sonbonnet prints. I rarely veer away from purchasing your fabric since I first found Coriander Quilts, but I may have to make an exception with Sonbonnet.
I really like to watch your videos each Saturday morning while drinking my first coffee. Both fabrics are nice but I prefer Paper Hamlet, the colors are so nice !
I watch your Saturday videos faithfully and am also participating in the Cali and Co sew along using Tilda fabrics. I love the new collection from Heather Briggs and can’t wait to see the projects with that collection. Thanks for all your wonderful videos… I always learn something new😊
Thanks to you and Moda for making this giveaway possible!
I like Sunbonnet the best.
~Dale Rushton
I so enjoy your weekly video and all you share. Should I win I would very much enjoy the Sunbonnet. Enjoy your upcoming vacation!!
I’m loving the blues in the Hamlet layer cake . My wheels were spinning on which pattern I could use for it . Thanks a bunch
I appreciate all the work you do for the quilting community! I would be blessed to win your generous giveaway for my birthday this week.
Hello Corey! Please enter me to win Sunbinnet layer cake! The colors are beautiful!
They are both very pretty, making it a tough decision. I think I would go with Sunbonnet first. Thank you for the opportunity!
Oh and 1 cup of coffee for me too , but also making lemonade and sun tea today for a treat
What a fun video today showing all the ways to cut the blocks from a panel. If I were to possibly win your drawing today of the layer cakes, I’d love either one. I sew a lot for Project Linus and they both would make a beautiful quilt. Thank you so much!
I Love both but I am thinking Hamlett today. 😊. Have fun!
Love watching you and seeing all your beautiful creation. I really liked the Sunbonner layer cake that you shared in your video today.
I would be happy with either fabric line. Thank you for the generous giveaway. My Saturdays always start off with a cup of coffee with flavored creamer and your video. XO
Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs is sooooo cute. I’d love to make a quilt from a layer cake!
Good morning Corey! Thank you for the chance to win one of the layer cakes. I really like both lines but if I have to choose, Paper Hamlet would be my choice. I love Cathe Holden and everything she does! Not to say that the Sunbonnet line isn’t lovely but the Paper Hamlet is more me. I watch your channel every Saturday morning while I have coffee and breakfast. It makes my day!
They are both beautiful LOVE LOVE LOVE the Text print!!

I meant Sunbonnet!
Thank you for your generosity. I just love the
new fabrics!
Hi Corey~
I watch from SC sipping a cold coffee with protein as my warm weather 10 am snack! Love your videos and so excited to see a Barn Star as your $5 pattern!! That one has been on my wish list. Great layer cake giveaway; I think that Hamlet would be my favorite. Have a great (and well deserved) time away!
Hello Corey! either one is beautiful..
Wow, the odds of winning this give a way are slim seeing all the entries but if I am so lucky to be picked I would love Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs.
Love how the stitching looks on the panel block! Sun bonnet is so pretty. Thank you for the generous giveaway!
I feel that the Sunbonnet collection is more my style. I like the other but don’t know how I could use it in a project. Thank you Corey for doing this for us!
Fingers, eyes and toes crossed for the Paper Hamlet layer cake. I’ve been drooling over it since it hit the Moda website. The birds, the houses, the scrapbook feel and yes, those texty prints are all calling ‘PICK ME’ and then there’s the moonlight border piece that totally pulls it all together. I’d need that for sure. And did I mention the houses, the tossed houses . . . I love this collection!
Hi Corey. Thank you for another great video. You are always so generous with your giveaways. The Sunbonnet fabric is so pretty. Love your tshirt. Enjoy your week away.
I love watching you every Saturday morning. The Sunbonnet Sue Layer Cake is beautiful fabric.
Hi Corey! Thank you for sharing the fussy cut templates. I ordered a set and am excited to try them out a s soon as they arrive. I have been making “I Spy” quilts lately, and I already decided I must get the Paper Hamlet collection with the little houses and birds to go into those. I would love to have an advance release of it and not have to wait until October! I have fun hiding a patch of peaches from Peachy Keen in the I Spy quilts 🍑
Hello from Italy! I love both, but I prefer Sunbonnet. Thank you!
I like Sunbonnet , because it reminds me of spring with the flowers. I just received Abloom and I can’t decide what to do with it. I don’t want to cut it up it is so beautiful
This is such a wonderful giveaway! You are so generous. I especially love the hamlet prints. Thank you for sharing! I look forward to your videos every Saturday morning.
Both collections are beautiful but I love paper hamlet best. The colors are vibrant and I love the birds and the text prints.
Corey, I love your fabrics and patterns. I like the Sunbonnet Sue fabric line because it reminds me of things my mom used to make. Thanks for your generous giveaways !
Corey I look forward to every Saturday morning with you. It starts my day!! I love your new format also and your set looks amazing each and every time! I love both of these layer cakes but if I had to only chose one it would be Sunbonnet. So soft and feminine! Need to go see if I have Barn Star 7 yet, if not that is my next thig to do……order it! Enjoy your week off! Thanks for all you do
Sunbonnet is my favorite of the two layer cakes. Love your videos and fabric lines.
Sunbonnet is so sweet. I love it.
Paper Hamlet by Cathe Holden is my favorite. I enjoy your Saturday videos very much.
Hi Corey! What an incredible giveaway! I am so excited to see these fabrics in my LQS. I loved todays’ show. Have a fun trip.
Thank you so much for the opportunity to win one of these layer cakes. So hard to pick one but I would have to say Sunbonnet would be my choice.
What a great give away♥️I love them both but prefer sunbonnet thank you
Corey, what a treat…I caught you at lunch time. What nice company with you here. I like Paper Hamlet…primarily because it is so joyful and full of life. My quilting these days goes towards our Community Christmas Project for gifts for the low income people in our depressed community. And, I think this would be such a happy gift for them.
Sadly, I need decaf coffee, so I drink one small pot before my body feels the urge to move out of my comfy chair. Have a great time away.
Giveaways! Love them! I like sunbonnet by Heather Briggs. Thank you, Sarah (Sally).
Love your fabrics and you’re you tube channel. You have such a happy attitude, no one can leave your Saturday videos without being happy too
I so enjoy Saturday morning with you and my glass of iced tea. I loved the
Paper Hamlet layer cake as I am a gardener and birder and also like texty fabric! How much fun! I too am a QS fan (and a fabric snob…lol)!
Oh Cory paper hamletis my favorite for sure. Love those darling designs and of course, BIRDS! My very favorite thing. Thanks for all your great posts and these wonderful giveaways! I hope I win!
I’m new to your blog. The few times I have gotten to watch is fabulous. I love your quilts and you’re adorable. Thank you for sharing.

I’m in love with Sun Bonnet! Thanks for sharing!
Kauaigirl0713@gmail.com
Both layer cakes are wonderful, but my heart sang when I saw the Sunbonnet layer cake. That would be my favorite. Thank you so much for the opportunity to win this beautiful layer cake!
I am excited- I never seem to watch video when the giveaway is still open. 😃 let’s see how my first time luck goes! Thanks for everything you do to make quilting easier for beginners
Thank you Corey for another fun video. I live the Sun bonnet prints. Enjoy your get away💕
I would love either of the give away layer cakes!
I really enjoyed watching today! I like how you have plenty of room around the panel to fussy cut all of the squares out. The sun bonnet Sue fabric reminds me of my grandma. Sweet memories.
Ooops! forgot my drink. Always coffee but decaf! Love watching your video and having that lingering slow second cup before getting with the day’s agenda. Thanks for your posts!
Sunbonnet line is my favorite. Thank you for the give away opportunities
Sunbonnet is adorable!
Both layer cakes are super cute. If I had to pick a favorite I think I would always go with sunbonnet since my name is Susan and my grandmother always wore a sunbonnet working in her Garden in Iowa.
Sunbonnet 💕
Hi Corey – I would love to win the Sunbonnet layer cake, the colors are so delicate and pretty. Thank you so much for another giveaway! ♥️
Sunbonnet is so pretty!
Both of the layer cakes are beautiful, but you’ve won me over with the “print” fabric, so I’d be thrilled to have Paper Hamlet!
I’m hard pressed to say which line I like the best but I’m gravitating toward the Sunbonnet one as I adore Sunbonnet Sue. Enjoying a morning cup of hot tea, and soon switch to iced tea when the weather warms up in a few minutes. Enjoy the week off.
Love watching your channel! Love both layer cakes, but am drawn a bit more to Sunbonnet. Thanks again!!!
Both layer cakes look fantastic!!! I would love “Paper Hamlet” because looks so different from most fabrics in my stash – I like the unique look of it from what I can see in the photo. The “Sunbonnet” prints are cute too – I just know I could make something fun with either one!
Thanks for sharing these and for the informational, fun videos you make!
Seeing you show your panel makes me so excited for my fabrics to arrive to make the Yesteryear quilt. I chose to use the dark greens in place of the aqua. Can’t wait to see how it turns out. You are the best. Thanks for all you share. Have a great vacation!!
I love finding you every Saturday. Loved exploring your rulers and the viewer quilts. I think both layer cakes are beautiful but I love love love the newsprint hamlet. Like you I adore script Fabrics. Thanks and fun on your week away.
Beautiful layer cakes I love them both. Also I have a question can you make a quiltfor the barn I think its called barn quilt that hangs outside on like a building or a barn I think it would be cute the big block
Thanks Corey for all these giveaway opportunities. I do like both layer cakes and prefer the Sunbonnet collection.
Thank you Corey, I am really enjoying your Saturday videos. I like both of the layer cakes but would choose Sunbonnet as my favorite.
Good morning Corey,
I so enjoy watching your videos on Saturday mornings while sipping my coffee. You are so generous in your giveaways and I love both your layer cake choices. I must admit, I agree with you that Heather design the most charming collections and “sunbonnet” does not disappoint. Have a great week!
I love them both! The styles are so different, but both so beautiful. I can see quilts with either fabric.
I would love to win Sun bonnet. ❤️That you have kept the wooly stars quilt up. I’m about 70% done with mine and hope to share it with you soon.
i would enjoy using the layer cake with letters as i make a lot of baby quilts for donation and these would be great fun, i think
I watch you every Saturday morning and really enjoy it. When I saw your current mystery quilt I just had to join in. I just love the blocks.
My favorite layer cake is Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs. Thanks again for all you do.
Love watching your Saturday shows. This week was funny when you realized that you misunderstood a viewer question.
I love the Sunbonnet. I just made a quilt for a little girl that mixed Flower Girl and Dainty Meadow, it’s so fun to be able to combine Heather’s lines!
I searched the Sunbonnet fabric line on FQS and saw the accompanying panel. Adorable!! Couldn’t help but wonder how well it would mix with your Abloom panel fabric. The only problem I could see that might present itself is the size difference. If the Sunbonnet pieces are smaller, they could be sashed with either the Abloom fabrics or the Sunbonnet fabric line. Thank you for allowing us to see the fabrics ahead of time.
I like both, but would like the Paper Hamlet to use for an “I Spy” quilt. The birds and alphabet letters would be especially to search for.
Either layer cake would be fun to have as I don’t have fabrics from either designer.
I would like Sunnbonnet by Heather Briggs. Thanks for just being such a great person.
They are both great but I think I prefer the Paper Hamlet as it’s very different & I too am drawn to text prints. Thank you!
Well last week I bought the beautiful A Bloom pattern & today a chance of some beautiful fabric! You are a Saturday morning must!❤
Hello! I’m loving your mystery quilt. I’d like Sunbonnet please.
Hello Corey!
I enjoy a cup of English Breakfast Tea with Honey while I watch you on Saturday am”s!
For your give away I really like the Sunbonnet fabrics!!!
Thanks Corey for a chance at this give away!!!
Have a wonderful vacation!!!
Bonnie
Thanks Corey for visiting with me each Saturday. Look forward to it each week. Love both layer cakes. I’m so enjoying the quilt along. Me and my dear friend are doing it together.
I love your videos and fun quilt designs. I love the Sunbonnet fabric line!
This is the first time I have watched on a Saturday but thoroughly enjoyed. I love the Hamlet bright prints. I make a smoothie for my breakfast every morning.
I would love the Sunbonnet layer cake. The other one is great also
I love drinking my coffee all day and I also love text and words. Paperhamlet will most likely be an addition to my stash! Lol
Hi Corey, I enjoyed the video today, as always. Love a chance to win fabric. It’s such fun. I hope you have a wonderful vacation.
Hi Corey. Thanks for the chance at your awesome giveaway. I really love Sunbonnet.
Thank you for your wonderful videos. I look forward to them each Saturday. I would love either layer cake if chosen. Both are beautiful. Thank you for being so generous.
I’d love to win the Sunbonnet layer cake. It’s beautiful.
Good Morning! My favorite layer cake of your 2 choices is Paper Hamlet. I do a lot of sewing for teachers (those I work with and those I’ve given birth to), so I’m drawn to the alphabet and text print.
Thanks
Both layer cakes are lovely, but my favorite is Sunbonnet. Thanks for the great videos you bring each week.
Your videos are always enlightening and such beautiful work and beautiful patterns. Love it. I appreciate all that you give to people and I wouldn’t mind being one of the recipients. I make quilts for cancer patients just about every day I can’t believe how this world is so plagued by that disease and I just wanna be a blessing to some Thanks again for being such a good host and wonderful videos
I love the Sunbonnet – so bright and cheerful. Thanks for all your fun things.
I am usually one to go for strong contrast, but this time, I think I would go for the pretty Sunbonnet. But the text print and alphabet of the Cathe Holden fabric are so beautiful! Really can’t go wrong either way.
I love them both, but I’d choose Paper Hamlet, as it looks more versatile. Although I’m a big Heather Biggs fan as well. At the age of 67. ( this year), I started an addiction to iced coffee. I’ve never had to drink coffee before this 🥰
I love the Sunbonnet layer cake. Thanks for all you do!!
Hi Corey, get video today. I enjoy your videos on Saturdays with a cup of black tea. Thanks for the info on cutting panels and your generous $5.00 patterns each month. Should I be picked, I would love the Paperhamlet. Love her colors, text, and eclectic feel. Possibilities abound!
They’re both beautiful, but Cathe Holden’s Paper Hamlet is absolutely fascinating.
I love the soft colors of Sunbonnet. I never miss your Saturday videos.
What wonderful layer cakes. Thank you for such great inspiration and quilt designs. Hope you have a wonderful vacation.
Once again a very informative video! Who knew rulers could be so different! We could end up with a ton of them, one for each project!
Love the layer cakes! You are so generous!
Thanks again!
Love your videos. You provide us with so many hints and tips. Either of those gorgeous layer cakes would make such cute quilts for the children at our local hospital. I make up to 50 quilts per year. As you know, fabric is getting pretty expensive, so a layer cake would be so appreciated.
Absolutely wonderful video today. I had a hard time choosing which layer cake I would like. So my best friends grandson 5 years old said the alphabet “Paper Hamlet” because he wants to teach his brother the alphabet as soon as he’s out of Mommy’s tummy.
Love your Saturday morning videos with my cup of coffee. Thank you for your generous giveaways! Both layer cakes are lovely, but ‘m drawn to Heather Briggs “Sunbonnet”. 🙂
HELLO Corey!! OH MY GOSH- I am in such Aww on Heather’s SunBonnet and hope that you will PICK ME!!!! I was just on a zoom with her and she is one of the most Beautiful People and I know she is a HUGE fan of you (as I am). She is so very kind and her fabrics are wonderful. I would be in fabric HEAVEN with this so please please please pick me for this layer cake. You would absolutely make my YEAR!!!! Thanks for all you do!
Thank you for today’s video. The sunbonnet fabric line brought back a long ago memory. About forty years ago when we were decorating my daughter’s bedroom we used a Holly Hobbie wallpaper and border. Love the sunbonnets
I really like the eclectic feel of the Paper Hamlet. So unusual. Thank you, Corey.
Like you I start my day with coffee. Unfortunately, I drink it all day long. I am loving all of Heather‘s fabric lines. Although I love both so much. Thanks for offering the giveaway.
Love the colors in these layer cakes!
I really like Sunbonnet. That’s my style. However, I make quilts for others and collect all types of quilting fabric. I just love working with all colors and styles even if it’s not something I would decorate with. The variety keeps me interested AND there’s always someone who needs a quilted hug.
I love your blog! I would like to enter the giveaway. The sunbonnet is more my style but either one is lovely.
The Sunbonnet layer cake is just darling! That would be first choice. But Paper Hamlet is also beautiful. I love moda fabrics!
I am very confused by this blog concept but love watching you on You Tube. Also love the layer cakes you introduced this morning. Congratulations on your new home!
Sunbonnet! Love Heather!
Either one would be wonderful. As a new quilter, I learn so much from you and really admire the artistry. Thank you!!
I agree with you on the text prints! I am always drawn to them.
I like both lines but I’m leaning more toward Sunbonnet.
Hi Cory, I enjoy your Saturday videos so much! I really love the
Sun Bonnet fabric. I remember making a Sun Bonnet Sue quilt many moons ago. I’m 78 and have been sewing and quilting since I was 9 years old!! I’ve been a follower of yours for a long time. God bless you’
I love both. Paper Hamlet is my favorite. You always rock it!
I appreciate the polish of your videos and how prepared you always are, thank you.
Good Morning! I love both of the layer cakes and would love either one of them!!!
I love the Sunbonnet fabric. So pretty. Love your videos!
Hi Corey! It is always fun to see your videos. Both of the layer cakes are beautiful! Paper Hamlet is probably more my style- I love the newsprint and bright colors. Enjoy your week off.
Thank you so much for all the information you give during these videos. You are a great teacher and explain things so well. I am recovering from shoulder surgery and unable to quilt/sew for another month or so but I plan on starting the BOM as soon as I’m able.
I agree it would be hard to decide between the 2 layer cakes in your give away as they are both beautiful in their own way.
Again thank you for all the lessons!!
I do like my mild to medium roast coffee in the morning. Thanks for the videos. Please enter me for the Paper Hamlet layer cake.
I like the Sun Bonnet Love your Saturday you tube
Thanks Corey, for another generous give-away. (and the sneak peek) I adore the fabric lines by Heather, so far, so that must be my choice. I’m really enjoying your videos & look forward to Saturdays. Thanks also for all you do for us quilters & sewists.
Hello Corey
I love them both, but would prefer the “Sunbonnet”… flowers are my passion! I guess that’s why I love your fabrics so much!
I love the paper hamlet layer cake. I am currently doing a house quilt swap every month and they would tie all my blocks together that I have been receiving. Awesome choices. The Sunbonnet is gorgeous and something my mom would love color palette wise. I am a brights girl.
I love the Paper Hamlet layer cake. The birds are adorable and the colors are beautiful.
I rarely comment but I love watching your YouTube channel! There’s so much quilting inspiration there!
Thank you so much for offering the giveaways. I look forward to your Saturday videos and have ordered several of your patterns. I love them all.
Paper Hamlet makes my heart sing as I also love text fabric! The colors and themes are very homey too. I love your fabric Corey and have purchased the Abloom layer cake and panel!
Both layer cakes are lovely, but my favorite would be the Sunbonnets.
Corey, I look forward to your videos every week! You are very gracious to spend your time with us each week! Enjoy your vacation!
Patsy Cook. Good afternoon Corey.
Love watching your video’s each Saturday. I learn so much and love all the quilts. It helps to see all of the new cloth coming out and all the beautiful materials of color.

Good morning, I love having my two cups of morning coffee with you on Saturday. It’s a great combination! I like the Sunbonnet fabrics; the colors are festive and festive! Thank you for your generosity and sharing your creativeness with us. Enjoy your time off!
Hi Corey, another wonderful Saturday video! I look forward to these every week. Like you I have my cup of coffee every morning to get my day started. I love both of these layer cakes but am drawn toward Sunbonnet. I have a 5 year old granddaughter who would love the colors in this collection. I looked up the panel and know that I will have to get that and make her a quilt for Christmas. Thanks!
They are lovely! What a great hint of things to come. My preference would be Paper Hamlet.
Greetings from a fellow Ohioan: I have been diagnosed with Parkinson’s and have given away almost all of my fabric, BUT I feel I might just have 1 more quilt in me. I would love to win the Lori Holt Layer Cake. I love all things L. Holt but feel this fabric is a little unusual from her regular stuff. I would make a barn star quilt or possibly a baby quilt. Thanks for a great Saturday program!!
I love the PaperHamlet fabric
Each fa
Hi Corey! Very excited to enter this giveaway! If I win I would please like the Paper Hamlet layer cake.
I’ve only been a quilter for about 4 years & haven’t made a quilt for myself yet. I think the fabrics in Paper Hamlet would go perfectly in a quilt for my somewhat eclectic but homey living room. So much so, I want to purchase this when it comes out!
I enjoy your videos with a cup of coffee. Today it was accompanied by a handful of jelly beans. 🙂
Thank you for another great giveaway!
Both layer cakes are so nice but I LOVE Paper Hamlet!! ❤️
OH MY GOODNESS! The Sunbonnet is right up my alley! Thanks so much for your weekly videos, look forward to them!
Both collections are beautiful! I would be thrilled to win either one. Thanks so much for your videos; they are both informational and entertaining!
I would love the Sunbonnet layer cake, but could also work with Paper Hamlet.
Hope you have a great vacay!
I love your chatty banter in the videos. I am absolutely in love with the prints in Paper Hamlet (the bird prints are fabulous.) The colors in the Sunbonnet collection are so soft and pretty. I’m interested to see what the panels look like for both collections. I’m “off” to check those out. Enjoy your week.
Paper Hamlet is so cute. I hope you have a great time away!!
I have bought several of your patterns I am excited to piece and quilt. Love both of these layer cakes. No idea how you pick winner with all these great comments! Just opened a webpage, hoping to support my love of fabric! Thanks for sharing
Sunbonnet is my favorite.
Lovely colors & prints on both layer cakes!!
Thank you for the giveaway. Love all the new fabrics. So pretty.
Aloha Corey, love the new fabric lines from Moda! Paper Hamlet would be perfect for my EPP obsession. But I never met a layer cake I couldn’t find a project for😉
I love watching you each Saturday and learn so much from you. I love the Paper Hamlet layer cake and would love to win that. The Sunbonnet Sue is super cute too. I would be ecstatic to win either! Thank you for your generosity!

I would love the Sunbonnet Layer cake. I have recently(as of today) found your Spring Brook flower patterns and would love to use this layer cake for some of those blocks
Sunbonnet; love the softness of colors.
Thank you for the lovely Saturday video. Both of the fabric pack giveaways are beautiful. I love seeing all the quilts made with your fabrics. Love Becky’s Chickens (PTWT). Have a great week. Enjoy whatever you may be doing. I am heading back into my quilting room.
Thank you for the fun giveaway! I would choose the Sunbonnet layer cake, if given the choice! We love your videos, thank you for all your work to make them.
It is so very nice of you to always share with your followers Corey. Thank you for sharing your creative flow and quilty knowledge ☺️☺️. I think both are great and so different. I’m leaning towards paperwork for the brighter colors ☺️
Hi Corey: Thank you for your videos.
Love the Paper Hamlet line.
Hello Corey, love the give aways you shared today. Since my name is Sue, I am partial to the sun bonnet layer cake. On a personal note-when I lived in Ohio, I took my first quilt class from Penny Haren. Imagine my surprise when you mentioned her name this morning. I ran to my sewing room and grabbed her square up fussy cut ruler and followed along on how you squared up the abloom panel. So very helpful. Enjoy your upcoming vacation 🙏🏼
Hi Corey – I’m collecting all of your Barn Star patterns and just purchased #7. I only have 3 made so far. For the giveaway, I like Paper Hamlet as I have a toddler quilt to make and this fabric would be so cute with the text fabrics. I appreciate everything you do for us! Thanks you.
I love your Saturday videos — a great way to start the weekend! I’d love to win the beautiful Sunbonnet layer cake.
I love the Sunbonnet and enjoy all your Saturday videos.
My daughter Anna I love watching your Sat video. We have tea and scones and sit back and watch your video. We look forward to it all week! Thanks for serving quilters each week! I like the Sun Bonnet layer cake.
As always your humor, kindness and generosity to your viewers is so warm and genuine. I do love both collections but if I was forged to choose I would choose the sun bonnet Collection. My reason is the colors and designs are very soft and feminine calling back to earlier times. I do hope you enjoy your “week” off, doing something fun and relaxing.
Sunbonnet looks perfect to give a soft soothing quilt to someone soecial
The PaperHamlet just kind of speaks to me. I love the colors and the use of text. That would definiterly be my choice if I were to win. Thanks for the opportunity to enter and all your inspiration!
You are enabling the fabric wish gene. Love both those layer cakes. I bought one of your older books this week: Playful Petals. I do loads of applique and your book is filling up my creative bucket. My first quilt block was the cathedral window done the traditional way. Love your version.
I would be interested in a demo of how you hand quilt with the pearl cotton and embroidery needle. I have hand quilted many quilts with the little between needle and quilting thread. Thanks for brightening my Saturday.
I love both of the fabric lines but Paper Hamlet is really nice.
What sweet layer cakes!
Paper Hamlet is so unique, I would have to choose that. Thank you.
They are both wonderful but I just love Cathe Holden’s collection Paper Hamlet. The navies are so pretty
Hi Corey, another great show! My mother and I would love the Sunbonnet layer cake. I’m actually making a Sunbonnet Sue quilt with Heather’s Flower Girl line. Mum has fallen in love with this new group of colors.
I love the Paper Hamlet line. The blues in particular spoke to me. Have a relaxing vacation!!
Thank you for the layer cake giveaway. Sun bonnet would be perfect since I am also a cross stitcher!
The Sunbonnet is very pretty. That would be my pick.
Okay, I changed my mind after seeing it again, Paper Hamlet is my favorite. Is that allowed? It’s very unique and that dark blue is just gorgeous.
Sunbonnet catches my eye! Love everything you do! You are an inspiration!
I love the bird print in the Paper Hamlet layer cake and would love to win it…Cathe Holden fabric is great
Hi! I’d love to have the Sunbonnet to sew up a quilt for my granddaughter, She has chosen these colors for her new room! Serendipity!
Thanks for all the info!

Thanks for your giveaway! I love the Paperhamlet layer cake the best! Very Colorful!!
Oh such a tease showing fabric we can’t yet purchase and offering it up for a prize.🙃Both collections are fantastic. I love Sunbonnet for the cleanliness it offers. I’m drawn to Hamlet for the same reason you are drawn to it. The newsprint type backgrounds catch my eye . Thinking about the fact that in the digital age many children will never experience 5he look and feel of a real newspaper. So sad 😞. Please don’t make me choose I’ll leave that up to you. Both designers did a delightful job.
Both answers to the question about cutting blocks from panels came at a perfect time! I had been trying to figure out a way to be able to use all the blocks in a panel, and now I know. Also, thank you for the link to Heather Briggs’ Sun Bonnet line and suggested projects for the collection. It’s precious without being “cutesy.” As always, I enjoyed the Saturday video. V. Bright, veronr@aol.com
I can see why they are both your favorites , it is hard to choose. I would love either one of them. Your panels are cute as well. Thanks for doing these videos.

Both are amazing. Although, Sunbonnet just speaks to me. One of your Barn Star patterns would be a perfect paring. Thank you for sharing your talents!
Sunbonnet would be my choice, although Paper Hamlet looks really interesting. Thanks for the chance!

Love watching you whenever I can! You’re so joyful!! Love the new collections you showcased! I think PaperHamlet was my fav’
Wow. Great video. I liked both of the lines especially the scripted parts of hamlet but I think Sun bonnet would be the one I’d choose. I bet the panel is super cute too!
Hi Corey,
I love the idea of stitching that panel! I believe I am going to do that to the Handiwork quilt. So now I only need the thread. As always, your fabrics are always at the top of list for must haves. Those layer cakes are both nice but I am drawn to the Paper Hamlet. Those dark colors and birds will look fabulous in a quilt. Have fun on your get away!!
Love both layer cakes, but leaning towards Paper Hamlet, should I be chosen.
I love anything from Heather Briggs. I love how soft and feminine her lines of fabric are.
The Sunbonnet layer cake would definitely be my choice! Dusty pink is one of my favorite colors so that alone makes these special.
I like both of the layer cakes, but since I have to choose, I will say the Sunbonnet Layer Cake.
Sunbonnet because ginham! You keep tempting me with Abloom! enjoyed the panel discussion. So many projects and not enough time. Enjoy your time away.

Thanks for sharing these new fabric lines. I think both of them are wonderful and I really like the newsprint fabrics.
Hi Corey! I love my Quilter Select rulers and struggle to use other rulers too. They are so grippy and really help me to cut my fabric accurately. I love the Sunbonnet collection by My Sew Quilty Life. Thank you for all you do for the quilting community.

Hi Corey
Both of these are beautiful but the PaperHamlet speaks to me the most with its whimsical alphabet and cute little houses.
Hi Corey,
I like both of the layer cakes, but Sunbonnet Sue by Heather Briggs would be my choice. It reminds me of my childhood days, when my grandmother would make all of my girl cousins and me a Prairie dress and a bonnet to wear in the annual Old Fashoned Day parade., and town picnic.Sweet memories of summer time fun at my grandparents.
Thank you Corey for all the wonderful things you do. I hope you have an awesome and safe travels on your vacation.

Thank you! I look forward to tuning in every Saturday
Hello, thanks for sharing the collections, you do amazing showing each and how it all looks together. Wow it’s tough to choose between the 2, I love both. Practically I would prefer the sunbonnet since it would easy to use them since it’s more regular. But I’m amazed how awesome the Wordy one looks with the layering of the script and icons and colors and textures, so impressive and I love birds. I love the tiny birds in your Abloom collection. I would be happy to win any and I will be looking out for projects.
Hello! Sun bonnet is my favorite of the two. I am so glad you take the time each week to put on an informative talk show. It was quite interesting learning how you use the rulers and cut your panels. I think it’s so scary to make the first cut. I don’t want to mess up and have the panel to short for my project.
I like the sun bonnet collection.
Either Layer Cake would make me happy. My American Patchwork & Quilting magazine arrived yesterday. The focus on the patterns this issue is pre-cuts! Perfect timing for a Layer Cake!
Corey, I look forward to your videos every week. Sunbonnet is stunning, what a fun and generous giveaway.
I think Sunbonnet because it could match with other Moda fabrics I have for a scrappy look. By itself, it’s gorgeous!
Hi Cory, Always love watching your Saturday videos 💞 Both of these layer cakes are really neat in their own way! They are very different and unique. I would be thankful for either one 🤗 BUT…. Both new fabrics are wonderful and either would be a real treat!
My Granny made my sister and me a “doll quilt” as we called them. I have since learned that it was a type of Sun Bonnet Sue pattern. I have been looking at patterns to make one myself and the Sun Bonnet fabric would be perfect to add a touch of nostalgic whimsy and a bit of a modern look as well.
Not sure what I would do with the Paper Hamlet one, but it would be fun figuring that out!
Hey Corey! I am partial to the Sun Bonnet Sue, mostly because my mom loved to applique them for quilts.
I love the Sunbonnet layer cake. Heather Briggs’ fabric is always so pretty and romantic. Thank you.
I sew look forward to Saturday morning and your video! Drink my 1 cup of coffee while watching.

Would love to have either one in my stash, but if I had to choose, I’d say Sunbonnet. Thanks for the opportunity to win such a fabulous layer cake.
Hi Corey, I really liked both. Trying to add softer colors to my stash, as with Sunbonnet. But the birds are something my husband loves, with Paper Hamlet. Both are very nice.
What a fun show today. Love sitting down and relaxing during your show.
Love your Saturday morning You Tube videos. I appreciate your patience in answering questions.
Hi ! I think that the Sunbonnet Collection would be my first choice but I’d be delighted with either!

Hi Corey I enjoy watching your Saturday morning video, though I usually don’t get to it until Saturday night! I would love to win the Sunbonnet layer cake by Heather Briggs.
I love watching you on Saturdays! I love seeing all of the goodies you share with us. I made Wooly Stars a few weeks ago an absolutely love it. My two friends and I spent a week at MSQC just sewing the week away and this was one of the quilts I made. They loved it so much they had to run down to the stops and get the pattern. I love all of your patterns and fabrics!
Tea (hot or iced) is my morning beverage of choice but I love the aroma of a good coffee, just don’t enjoy the taste. Enjoying your format for “our Saturday chats”- fun, informative, inspirational, and a restful treat after a busy week.
I already have the April $5 quilt pattern and it was so much fun to sew. I have made quite a number of your quilt patterns and I am always thankful for your amazing instructions.
A great thank you to you and Moda for a preview of new fabric lines and the giveaway. I love both but am partial to text prints since my husband and I are readers and writers. Surprisingly I don’t have many text prints in my stash. Looking forward to Paper Hamlet’s release.

Hi, Paper Hamlet by Cathe Holde is my choice, just in case. ;0)
Hi Corey. It is hard choice because both are so pretty but I do really like Paper Hamlet. It is very unusual and different and I love the birds. In the Sunbonnet collection the design that you described as “orange peel” reminds me so much of the woven seat on a cane chair. Love to watch your videos on Saturday.
Always love your videos! Sunbonnet would be my pick! Enjoy your time away.
Both are great. I do really like the Paper Hamlet the best. Thanks!
Both those layer cake collections are beautiful. I find myself really drawn to the darker colors in Paper Hamlet.

Lol You did good! I love the sun bonnet layer cake. I can’t wait to see the panel. I hope your upcoming trip is one for relaxing, you definitely deserve it!
The Sunbonnet Sue is close to my heart, as I found a bag of Sunbonnet Sue’s that my Mom was working on before she passed. I am going to finish them and then make a quilt out of them. It will truly be a work of Love from my Mom.
Thank you for all do for us quilters!
Sincerely,
Ruth Korte

Your videos are always so informative and you have the best giveaways. I truly enjoyed your how you design fabric one. Speaking of fabric love that SunBonnet line. Hi Corey.
I do love the sunbonnet collection.
I like the range of colours that you use.
I am doing the cali and co block of the month.
I am using my own stash at the moment as I only have the cali and co fat eights.
My lovely local quilting shop here in the UK kindly got for me, but they are still waiting for the rest of the fabrics to make the complete cali and co quilt.
I enjoy watching your Saturday videos.
Have a lovely holiday xx

Hi Corey, I love watching your Saturday Video’s. I don’t always get to see it live and watch mostly on early Sunday morning with my coffee.
The ruler information this week was so helpful and interesting. The large 14.5 inch ruler is great. Love the layer cakes you have chosen. I really love Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs, her palettes are so sweet and soft. Thank you for sharing and for the opportunity to win.
I would like Sunbonnet , but I like them both

My favorite layer cake is Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs. Thanks for the opportunity Corey!
Hello Corey, I wanted to say that I truly enjoy your videos each Saturday! Thank you for your inspirations.
I love your fabric lines and try hard to find them when I can. I live in Florida and for some reason the quilt shops here (when you can find one) don’t carry a lot of new fabric lines, so then I have to go to an one line store. But there is something about actually looking and feeling the fabric that makes me happy.
Thank you again, I look forward to next Saturday’s episode. Have a blessed week.
I love Paper Hamlet but I love Sunbonnet as well. I would enjoy winning either one. Thank s for all you do Corey!
Enjoyed the video, and thanks for another great giveaway. Pink, green and flowers are my jam…so it would be Sunbonnet.
While both lines are great, I’m a bigger fan of Sunbonnets. It could have something to do with the sunbonnet sue quilt that my grandmother made me with scraps from all the dresses she made me as a child. It’s a cherished piece of art.
I love Sunbonnet Sue by Heather Briggs. My Mom had made up some Sunbonnets in her younger day. I found them later when I was an adult. I finished them into a quilt for her one Mother’s Day. My Mom has since past and I have the quilt . Ikeep her memory close to me.
Thank you for another great video! I look forward to watching every week. If I were to win, I would love to make something with the paper hamlet layer cake, although both are very lovely.
Thank you for all the information you always share and the positive vibes you always give. Beautiful lines, both. The sunbonnet is the best – i had a look at the nice projects the designer has for the line, too. In Ireland where I live, it’s almost impossible to get the new lines – the few quilt shops we have don’t stock newer lines, as its so expensive to import. Hence I always ‘drool’ when you speak about just asking the local shop to order the new lines.
I love the Sunbonnet💕. And I also have many of your Barn Star patterns. Which I just started making this April. I am having so much fun with them and am anxious for getting the next 4 pack of Barn Star patterns (9,10,11,and 12). Do you have an approximate date of when those might come out? Thank you for your great Saturday videos.
Love Sunbonnet.
Thanks for the great giveaway, Corey! I love the Sunbonnet collection from Heather Briggs. Beautiful Soring colors that make me smile!
I love both of the layer cakes so much. One would make a beautiful quilt for my granddaughter who loves pink and all things girly and the other with the birds for my granddaughter who loves all things nature! Thank you for your videos each week. I can’t wait to watch them! Thank you for your beautiful work.
Thank you Cory, I surprised myself since I love pastels….BUT the Paper Hamlet collection is so unique and I am a birder with multiple bird feeders hanging on my porch. Love your fabrics and patterns. Enjoy your definitely deserved week !
I watch your videos every time my phone alerts me that you have a new video. Both of the layer cakes you’re giving away are just devine. If I were to pick just one, I would pick the letter one. Thank you for sharing your treats and your love of quilting.
Hi Corey! I love your fabric lines – I just purchased the last Cozy Up fabrics at a local quilt store yesterday, and some Peachy Keen at another store on Monday – all to complete a layer cake pattern idea. Thanks for sharing your love of quilting. It always makes my day happier to watch your video.
If I were chosen the winner of a layer cake, I would prefer the Sunbonnet.
Both of these fabric collections are beautiful and I would be so excited to stitch something up with both of them; however, I really liked Paper Hamlet. This fabric line she sang to me for some reason.
What a nice giveaway!
What a fun giveaway. I’m a former teacher, so like the alphabet layer cake. BUT, actually like them both!
Would love either layer cake. They are both gorgeous but if I have to choose I would pick Sunbonnet.

Hard to choose. – while I’m in a floral phase the PaperHamlet really appeals to me!
Good Morning! It’s water, then one cup of good strong, hot coffee for me…mmm. When you started laying out the Paper Hamlet fabrics a little “zing” went through me. Recently retired and getting back into quilting, I have projects dancing in my head. I would LOVE to work with those fabrics! Thank you.
Yes, please enter me in the giveaway. I love Heather Brigg’s fabrics, but I’d be very happy with either.

LOVE the Barn Star… my favorites of your patterns… and LOVE the giveaway! I would love Sunbonnet if I was lucky enough to win… I have not tried her fabrics yet, but they have caught my eye! Thank you… I am currently doing a scrap quilt with your collection Sunwashed! So many “wow” feedbacks because that collection is a “wow” line for sure!

Saturday mornings are so fun with you and Nicole!I love the sun bonnet layer cake, so sweet! Thanks for everything and enjoy your week away😊
Thank you for a nice beginning to my Sunday morning! It’s been a busy weekend! Of the two layer cakes, I love the Paper Hamlet more. As much as I love the florals in the Sunbonnet, there’s something that just grabs my attention in the other collection! Can’t wait to see them both in shops!
I love both layer cake bundles – I love the soft pastel hues of the sun bonnet bur also love the deeper hues of the other one with the text print. Thanks for the wonderful video and the giveaway
Hi Corey! Either layer cake would be fun to stitch with! I like Paper Hamlet because it is different, but I like Sunbonnets because it is so pretty — so…you choose!!
Both layer cakes are just so cute! Thanks for this week’s video. I always learn something I can apply when quilting!
I love both layer cakes, but paper Helmet is something so different and I think the print on it and the colors are beautiful.
Love the videos… and your patterns! Thank you
I look forward to your Saturday morning video after my one cup of coffee to start my day. Thanks to both you and Moda for your generosity with the giveaway. Paper Hamlet intrigues me, mainly because of the different variety of prints; the birds were the clincher. Also congrats on a job well done in your latest video. When you misread the question, you acknowledged the error, calmly proceeded to answer it from all angles, never missing a step and your warm personality came through. That’s very difficult to do in front of a camera, yet you did it ‘seam’lessly (pun intended). Great job!
Love your videos. I would prefer Paper Hamlet but I would love either one. Thank you for the giveaway.
Love to watch your videos. I would love the Paper Hamlet layer cake. I seem to be having a problem leaving a comment. Thanks for the giveway.
I enjoy watching your videos on Saturday mornings. I would love to win the Paper Hamlet fabric collection.
I would love Sunbonnet.
They are both great layer cakes, but sunbonnet is my favorite of the 2.
I love, love, love your videos. Wish I could watch you live on Sat. morning but I volunteer at our local “family sharing”. So glad to get to see the replays! I love both lines of fabric and would love to receive either one of them. Thank you for your wonderful videos, they teach me so much!
Thank you for your videos it is my favorite Saturday morning ritual and a cup of double chocolate coffee. Sunbonnet is so sweet that would be my pick. I was nice to see the whole line.
Sunbonnet is my fav. Thanks for your generous giveaway!
Really appreciate the explanation about rulers to fussy cut. This instruction will help me to do a more precise cut. Never too many rulers it seems and you’re right, we all have our favourites.
My birthday was actually yesterday April 26th! I would love to win a layer cake. If I had the choice I would choose Sunbonnet but would be happy with either! Also excited to see $5 patterns!
Thanks to you & Moda for the give away! I would love the Heather Briggs option myself! I love the sweet, soft pastels she uses. In this sometimes too stressful life, her colors are calming for me.
I love Heather Briggs fabrics. I love the Sunbonnet collection. I really enjoy your $5 patterns. Especially the barn stars. I want to take 4 of them and make a quilt
Decisions, Decisions… I would have to say Sunbonnet. I love the soft colors.
Thank you Corey! Love the Abloom collection! Also love the layer cakes—thanks for your generosity 😊
I would love the layer cake with the letters. I think i entered on the wrong on a minute ago, but i watched your video from a day ago and i want to enter to win that layer cake. Would be so fun., i love your videos and i don’t’ know what i would do without your videos. You are so talented and i wish i could meet you personally. I want to find the fabric of the black and whites you used in the barnstar 7. Can you direct me where to find the white with black polka dot, and the binging black with whit one. I can never find your fabrics. Love you cory I just ordered the barnstar 7 patterns, i love it but want to make it just like that.
I like both equally.
Thanks for the fun giveaway, Corey! I would enjoy using either layer cake, but if I had to pick, I think I’d lean toward Sunbonnet. Hoping some birthday luck rubs off when you draw on Monday! Enjoy your trip!
Hi Corey, I would love to win Paper Hamlet. I also like text prints. Thanks for sharing your happy face and quilty fun on You Tube! I
enjoy watching.
Hello! Love watching you videos! I can’t wait to make a quilt so maybe you can showcase it! I am a new quilter and trying to learn all the things and build my stash of amazing fabrics!!!!
The layer cakes are lovely! Thanks for your generosity!
I am in the middle of making one of your free patterns (Calliope) and finding it surprisingly challenging. It looked fairly simple at first glance, but there are actually a LOT of seams to line up!
Hello,
Love Sunbonnet collection. I have already spied the panel and plan to purchase and make a quilt! Always enjoy your Saturday morning chats, although it’s usually Sunday morning when I watch!!
I love the Sunbonnet layer cake by Heather Briggs
Hi Corey, I love your videos and your style/information or what we learn from each video. I like giveaways as my budget is shrinking. I like Sunbonnet. The colors are so sweet and refreshing…just like you.
I’d love to win Sunbonnet. I like florals and these look pretty.
I enoy my afternoon latte while watching your inspiring show! Love both of the new Moda fabric lines and can’t watit to start on Barn Star #7. Thank you.
Oh this was a great video! I am loving your new fabric line abloom and can’t wait to download your pattern this month! I would love either layer cake they are great!!! But I will vote on Sunbonnet since I will be making a sunbonnet quilt out of this great line it reminds me of my grandma 🩷
Thanks for the chance to win Paper Hamlet! I watch your Saturday morning videos drinking my daily cup of Black Jasmine tea. I’ve never been a coffee drinker. Have a wonderful week!
Hi Corey. Love watching your videos. I recently got your oh, happy day book and will make the feature quilt. I love a scrapy chain quilt!
Saturday mornings with Corey are becoming a thing! Enjoy your time off
What a nice giveaway, thank you! Both collections are beautiful and as you said in the video, quite different! If I were chosen as the winner, I’d prefer Paper hamlet as I’ve never worked with that type of fabric collection before and I’d love a challenge to stretch my comfort zone. Thanks for all the great content and enjoy your week away!
The Sun Bonnet fabric makes my heart sing. Thank you for this chance to win this beautiful fabric
I love watching you every Saturday. Paper Hamlet is amazing but Sunbonnet is also stunning. I Just made Barn Star 7 for my mother n law for mothers day I just love it.
Both Heather & Cathe are amazing designers! I love Sunbonnet best & would purchase a second layer cake & make Beholden 2. Thank you Corey for your Saturday videos!
Hello! Enjoyed your YouTube this week. You picked some hard choices for your giveaway this week. Both are so different and lovely. Im planning to work on a Book Nook quilt soon, so probably Paper Hamlet would work great with that concept. Looking forward to your next video. Enjoy your time off!
I like both of them but am drawn more to paperhamlet. There are prints in both I think I’m going to get anyways. I agree the stars print from paperhamlet would make a great background.
Hi Corey, my favourite of these two beautiful layer cakes is the Sunbonnet, the soft palette used here is simply gorgeous, anything that has pinks and aquas is a winner in my eyes.
Beautiful fabrics. I love Sun Bonnet Sue. I made a quilt about 3 years ago in summer fabrics and I love to display it every summer.
Look forward for your videos every Saturday.
I don’t usually do the giveaway contests, but both layer cakes are adorable! I am really enjoying the Mystery Quilt Along….. I’ll have to admit my triangle making skills have improved greatly.
Thank you for this giveaway. I think paper hamlet will stretch my brain (lol). I am over the moon with those little frame prints. I hope you enjoy your week off. It good to take time for yourself.
What a hard choice to make!!! I really love the Paper Hamlet by Cathe Holden. Such a fun layer cake. Thank you so much, Corey for your Saturday You tube videos. There is always so much to learn. Victoria
Great video! I’m just getting started with quilting, and I get so much inspiration from your videos! Thank you!
I recently found your videos and throughly enjoy each one. Love all your fabrics lines, my all mine favorite is Peachy Keen.
I love coffee and Saturday mornings with you. I would pick the Paper Hamlet.
If I must choose– Paper Hamlet.
Hi Corey,
I truly enjoy your videos and look forward to each Saturday.
I would love either of Sunbonnet or Paper Hamlet they are both adorable.
Thank you for a chance to sign up and never know the winner. Congrats to the special lady.
Thank you for the opportunity to join in! ❤️
Cindy
Hi Corey,
I would choose Sunbonnet! I love the colors😊💕
Karen
Thanks for doing the give away! I’m a coffee girl. Paper Hamlet is my first choice but they are both cute.
Hi thank you for the opportunity to join in.
Would love either layer cake.
Thank you.
Thanks for the chance to win one of these gorgeous layer cakes. Either would be great, but I am drawn to paper hamlet.
Corey, So enjoy your Saturday video posts and all your fabrics and patterns. I am doing your Cali & Co. BOM and really enjoying it. I’m a new quilter and have much to learn, but so far so good. Lol I love the Sunbonnet layer cake!
Oh what great layer cakes, both look sew yummy. I would love to play with Paper Hamlet /
But Sun Bonnet Sue would be fun to. If I’m picked I would let the other have their choice 1st.
Thank you for all the fun videos that you do on You Tube.
in stitches
Annette
Corey~I would love to win the Sunbonnet layer cake. Because
my favorite quilt design is sunbonnet Sue. Being my name is
Sue goes along with that too I guess and my favorite color just
happens to be pink.Really enjoy your videos and am enjoying
the mystery BOM. Thanks for all you do.
`~~
Love the Sunbonnet layer cake. I like Heather Briggs fabric. I enjoy your videos and fabric lines. They are addictive. Thanks for all you do.
I love watching your videos! Thank you for offering 2 awesome layer cake bundles! I would love to win either one ! Nancy Black
Love your videos! If I was chosen as the winner, I would love the Sunbonnet layer cake. I have a Sunbonnet Sue quilt, pieced by a grandmother in the family, embroidered by my step-mom, I assembled, and custom quilted by a local quilter. Sunbonnet really speaks to my heart!
I love both. But I love the newsprint look. Very generous giveaway. I always look forward to your Saturday video. Thank you!
Both layer cakes are beautiful! I think the colors in Sunbonnet are soft and lovely 😍
Hello Corey! I really enjoy watching your videos each week! Your quilts and patterns are beautiful! I have collected quite a few but I need to start making them! I live both layer cakes. They are both so different!
What a difficult choice to make…Paper Hamlet for the win! Latte with you every Sat or Sun.
Hello, Corey! You always produce delightful videos! Thank you for a chance to win some beautiful fabric. I like both collections, but prefer Sunbonnet. As a retired teacher who is now finishing my 9th year in a small private school, I wouldn’t mind having the Paper Hamlet with all of the text displayed on it. So either one is okay with me!
Although I could be very happy with either layer cake, I REALLY like the one in pinks because I am the queen of pink. I love pink clothes, pink flowers, just about pink anything but I wouldn’t want a pink house nor a pink car. I love the fabric with the houses on it in the other layer cake.
Happy Sunday. Good wishes for a wonderful week away. Thanks for the $5 pattern the timing is perfect. I need a quick quilt for a baby shower next week. I can even see it being a 4 block quilt using a layer cake. Happy Spring in your new home, I hope the previous owner left you a garden full of sweet smelling surprises.
The paper hamlet is really cute! Would love for you to select my name on Monday – it is my birthday!
Both are pretty, but I think Paper Hamlet would be the more interesting to work with. Thanks for offering these
I liked both layer cakes, but Sunbonnet is my favorite thank you Corey for the chance to win one of these. I so enjoy your video’s every Saturday and all the information
I love the colors and designs in the Sunbonnet fabrics! I am piecing baby quilts for future great-grandkids and these pastels are lovely. Thank you for all the wonderful information you provide in your videos!
Love the layer cakes! Enjoyed your video as always! Enjoy your vacation, I know that you need it! You are such a busy bee!
I agree with you! I love printed words on fabric! Both layer cakes are adorable and I’d love to win either one. I look forward to every Saturday to watch your You Tube. Thanks for the opportunity
Happy Sunday…although the sun is hiding here at my place (Kyle, Tx). While both fabric lines are lovely, I tend to lean towards Cathe Holden’s Paper Hamlet…and not just bc her name is Cathe (without a “y”). I think I am in my brighter-bolder phase. Have a great week and safe trip!
Oh Happy Birthday week to me! I’d love to win a layer cake, and in turn, turn it into a donation quilt. The joy will be in the making and giving. Safe travels and see you next video. I’ve also recently completed a quilt with the Spring Brook collection. Bee on the lookout!
I have recently started watching your Saturday videos! I’ve caught a couple live and just rewatched the one from yesterday. I always enjoy your tips! I hope to catch up with the blocks of the month in the next few weeks. I loved both layer cakes but my favorite was the Sunbonnet!

My favorite Saturday morning beverage is coffee. Both layer cakes are lovely, but Paper Hamlet’s collage print in green and the text newsprint in bright blue really grabbed my attention. Have a terrific week away!
I would love either one, but Paper Hamlet would be my first choice! Thank you!
Love them both so either one

I sew enjoy your Saturday morning videos! Two more wonderful giveaways Both layer cakes are beautiful
Love both of these fabric lines! Thanks for sharing and for the giveaway!
I would love to win & quilt up the Paper Hamlet by Cathe Holden. It’s such a cute line. Thank you Cory & Moda Fabrics for such a great giveaway.
I was stitching with ladies from our local guild so I wasn’t able to watch until Sunday. I usually watch on Saturday morning’s while drinking my Coca Cola.
Thank you for all your tips. I would love to work with the Sunbonnet layer cake.
Ohhhh so pretty. Love them both! So creative. I prob like the sunbonnet cake better. Thank you for helping to fill my Saturdays watching your you-tube
Hi Cory, I love the sun bonnet collection!!! They are both beautiful !! Have a great vacation and thank you for all you do!!!!
Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs!!!
Thanks for the giveaway and showing all the fabrics. I think both lines are great, but I would prefer the soft florals of Sunbonnet by Heather B. Enjoyed watching your you tube video today. I was at a guild retreat yesterday so viewed you today on Sunday morning!
Cheers!
Thank you for your enjoyable Saturday morning videos.
I like Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs.
Hi Corey – I had a chuckle today when you said most quilters love animals. When I’m in my sewing room I have four Shetland sheepdogs watching my every move. Both layer cakes are beautiful. Thank you for sharing.
Hi Cory! Thanks so much for your Saturday morning videos! Lovely giveaway layer cakes; you’re right, “Paperhamlet” is so clever. I’d love creating with it.
I love your Saturday morning videos and the tips you share.
Have fun on your time off.
Thank you and Moda for the giveaway. I love both fabric lines. The Sunbonnet is my favorite.
Your videos are always so helpful and informative. You have taught me many things and have nurtured my quilting skills. My grandmother was a wonderful seamstress and I never thought I would like this hobby as much as I do. My grandmother made me many things that I still have. The hand applique Sunbonnet quilt that she made me and one for my sister I will always treasure. She passed away when I was ten so she never knew that I learned to sew and became a quilter like her. When I saw the Sunbonnet layer cake I saw my special quilt from my grandmother. Thank you so much for sharing your love of quilting and for all of your generous giveaways.
Hi Corey, I loved you video just sorry I missed it yesterday. I really loved both layer cakes but I am like you I love the newsprint that Cathe Holden did with PaperHamlet. Her designs are so interesting. Thank you and I will try to watch on Saturday.
I forgot to include my name Carla Gill
I would like Paper Hamlet; but I would certainly accept Sunbonnet also!
I love happy quilty Saturday videos! Thank you for your generous giveaway! Both collections are great, but I prefer Sunbonnet a little bit more. Have a great time away!
Hello Corey,
That is a tough decision though Heather Briggs Sunbonnet is my choice.
they both look like great fabric lines but I think my favorite would be the sun bonnet su, ,but it was a close call. It would be great to get one today, the 27th is my 67th birthday. I love you videos and enjoy them every weekend. Looking forward to your next video and thank you for everything you do
Hi Corey, I would love to win the Sunbonnet layer cake!
I love everything Heather Briggs and Sunbonnet will be a great addition to my stash. Thank you for your videos and for including pictures of quilts made by either your fabrics or patterns. This offers visuals and makes me more confident to make and complete a quilt as a graduating “new quilter”.
I love any layer cake! Hope you have a wonderful trip (vacation?)!
I love everything about your fabric and prayers. You are delightful! Thanks for all you do for our quilting community.
Wow!! That’s a lot of comments!! I would love either one. Heather has really started to shine in her collections. Each one gets a little more creative…and I am just such a Sunbonnet Sue fan. I am a big fan of Cathe Holdenand her ability to layer her prints into a cohesive collection! Paper Hamlet is going to be a very successful collection for her
Corey, I love the soft colors of Heather Brigg’s “Sunbonnet” fabric line. They say, “Spring” to me and my favorite season is Spring. Thanks for sharing your quilting knowledge with us!
How do you read all of your posts? I love your show and all the creative ideas. Either layer cake would be great to win. Have a wonderful time off
Sunbonnet is so pretty!
Love the birds especially on the paper Hamlet and I am a sucker for text fabrics.
Thank you Cory for all your wonderful patterns and generous giveaways. I love both of the fabrics and can’t decide. Sunbonnet would be great for spring.
And Paper Hamlet would be great for summer.
I love your new fabric line.
Really like the Sunbonnet layer cake, like all the pinks!
I just love your shows the chattiness of it. It makes us all feel like we’re sitting in the kitchen having a cup of coffee and talking about our quilting projects. You’re so generous to all of the other quilters and designers out there. Just God bless you and these two layer cakes. I loved them both, but I think I’d want to make a quilt out of the Kathy Holden‘s The script material. I just loved the dark blue colors. I guess I’m in a dark blue face right now so thank you for introducing us to all these new designers and their fabrics. Take care have a lot of fun on your week off. My name is Valerie.
Sunbonnet! I cannot wait for the panel in this line. It’s too sweet. Will make the perfect baby quilt.
I look forward to your video every week. It is a bonus that you have give aways. Hope you enjoy your vacation.
I would love the floral fabric even though the letter fabric is awesome too! I’d make a carpenter star quilt!
Hi Corey! I start every morning with a cup of tea, either Green tea or English Breakfast. I also finish most days with a cup of Green tea. Like you, I am a fan of text printed fabrics. Cathe Holden’s new line Paper Hamlet is gorgeous! Hope you have a wonderful time off!

I love them both, along with all your videos, but I have to say Sun Bonnet. Crossing my fingers!
You are always so generous and today’s give away shows it. I would choose Sunbonnet as the soft spring colors speak to me.
I would like to know which of your patterns you would use if you had kept the layer cake.
I hope you have a wonderful week off…
Hi Corey, love both fabrics, but just adore paper hamlet with the birds and little houses. Thank you for the opportunity

I like both fabric lines, but if I had to choose I would select Sunbonnet. It’s very inspiring to see the other quilter’s projects.
Cathe Holden is a favourite of mine, but both are beautiful!
Another great giveaway. Thank you! Either would be great for me
I love seeing your videos and I love the Sunbonnet fabrics, however I would be just as happy with your scraps…I love all your fabrics and I have many. I need to stitch them up though. Have a great week!!

im still enjoying the cali and co sew along much!
I like both cakes. But surprised me was how much I liked Paper Hamlet. I like text but always weary of the Alphabet because it makes me think of kid stuff. But it wasn’t. The colors were beautiful, the dark blue was the prettiest. Thank you giving away the cakes.
Hey Corey, great video today. I have to admit that I thought I had more of a chance of winning one of your giveaways if you only allowed 2 days. Boy was I wrong. Lots and lots of people left comments. 😂 OH well.
I still love watching every Saturday. Love your new set and I hope you are feeling more settled.
Have a nice break.
I have been enjoying your videos. Tiggsy is a typical cat and so handsome.

Hi Corey, another great video! Well, since I have to choose I choose Sunbonnet, absolutely adore all things Coriander by the way 🤩. Our all Texas Shop Hop is almost over and I finally managed to snag more Seeds & Colors. Whew!! had almost given up on finding enough for my next 3 quilt tops, oh it’s not that the shops weren’t carrying them….most I visited did, just most bolts they had didn’t have much left. Have a wonderful week 🤗
Like both of them and think they would make great bowl cozy they are great in the summer when serving ice cream!!

My favorite of the 2 is sunbonnet, but both are amazing and I would be happy with either. The ideas are already flowing with a project to do with each one! Good luck everyone
Bummer! I never get time to watch your videos until Monday morning 🙁 So I missed my chance to enter to win the Sunbonnet by Heather Briggs layer cake. I shouldn’t collect more fabric until I move again anyway but the pretty pastels coming out of Heather’s My Sew Quilty Life lately are pretty hard to resist <3
