More Hand Quilting

Some more quilting has begun–it really it a great Sunday afternoon project.  This time the quilt being worked on is from one of the virtual quilting bees that I was in last year.  If you missed seeing the quilt top–here’s the post.  All of the blocks will be hand quilted & then, I think, for the white sashing I am going to stipple it.  This will be the first quilt that I have done that will combine hand quilting and machine quilting.  I’ve seen quilts quilted this way a few times and it always looks interesting to me.

What were your Sunday projects? =)

One of the things I did yesterday (sunday) was to gather the supplies for you Birdie Stitches BOM. Funny the only thing the store I went to didn’t have was floss. So, the other store doesn’t open till tomorrow (Tuesday) I will go then.
