My Quilt Along Fabrics

So, I have decided to enter this crazy world of blogging. I have been so inspired recently by some of the amazing blogs that I have come across and have decided to join the ranks–however, I make no promises about the inspirational qualities of this particular blog. =)

I’ve recently joined a fun online quilt along over at the Old Red Barn Co. (http://www.oldredbarnco.blogspot.com/). You really need to check it out yet if you haven’t already–right now, we are on week three. Week one was picking out your fabric, Week two was cutting strips & now week three is sewing strips and cutting blocks. And Dana is giving away some stellar prizes with the grand prize being a new sewing machine, all for just following along and making a quilt–can I hear a woot woot!

These are my fabric choices for the quilt along–from Heather Bailey’s Pop Garden line–alright, come on and admit it, who else has an ongoing countdown for her new line coming out this fall–don’t be ashamed to raise your hand–heck, I’m so excited I am raising both hands. =)
