Pattern Testers Wanted
Hello All! I hope everyone’s Monday is off to a great start! Here at the Yoder household it is off to a sleepy start. The Spring time change is never a welcome one here. It leaves us all tired, and slightly cranky. However, I am very thankful not to have to adjust a newborn to the time change any longer–that was even trickier! I am also excited to have temperatures nearing 50 today–that’s almost shorts weather here in Ohio folks! =p

January and February have proven to be very busy months. With Spring Quilt Market just a couple months away, I have kicked things into a higher gear. The reason for this is that I will be attending market again this Spring and I will be launching a new pattern line.

I can’t wait to share my patterns with you. =) Right now, they are in the testing phase and ready for some pattern testers. I would love to compile a list of readers who might be interested in pattern testing for me. Interested testers are those who love to make quilts, have an eye for detail, will give honest feedback, & can test the patterns quickly(within a 1 to 2 week turn around).

I have never tested a pattern before, but would love to try one of yours. I work quickly and meticulously. Just wondering if it is up to the testers to quilt the quilt or just piece the top.

Hi Corey…I would be thrilled to work with you as one of your pattern testers. I have tested patterns for other designers and have made quilt tops for quilt market. I have been quilting since 1992 and consider myself to be an intermediately- skilled quilter. I don’t work anymore and am in my mid-40’s.

I would love to be a tester. Normally, I can get most tops done in a couple of days (unless it is more complicated but 1-2 weeks is a fair turn-around. I’m 77 and spend most of days either quilting or on the computer. Life is Good …

oooh I love to test patterns ! I’m down under so hope that’s not an issue ! I’m currently testing a quilt pattern for Jess at Elven Garden. Quilts and also testing a duffle bag for Kristi at Schnitzel and Boo !
I’ve never tested a pattern before…..BUT I’m glued to my sewing machine and cutting board most of the time making quilts either for fun to give or sell…….. or have been commissioned for………..I think I’d love to give it a shot testing a pattern………hope you’ll consider me 🙂 I’m a Boston ‘girl currently in California via Ohio 🙂 Thanks …….
I would love to test you patterns…I am retired and spend most days quilting in some way…I am a wicked proof reader and love small, repetitive designs…I’m noted for my precision piecing…last year I did a quilt with 472 2″ HST units…once did a small mat with a foundation paper pieced center with more than 100 pieces
