Sewcialites Block 31

Block 31 of the Sewcialites QAL releases today and I couldn’t resist taking a photo of all of my blocks so far.

I think they are so pretty all laid out like that.  I hadn’t looked at all of them together for awhile and it was fun to see how this quilt is coming together.

Our block this week is brought to us by Susan Ache.  The easiest spot to follow her is on Instagram where she posts pretty photos often.

This one was a simple block to piece…even in this 3″ size.  It’s made up almost entirely of HST’s.

All of the blocks that have been released so far can all be downloaded here–so be sure to bookmark this link!   This is the handiest spot to visit to download the blocks.  Click to page 2 for today’s block. =)  Do be sure that you using the link to snag the blocks and not trying to print directly from this post.  The linked pattern is much nicer!

I will be back tomorrow to share the next pattern for the Serendipity QAL…it’s another two block weekend for those of us participating in both sew alongs. =)  Have a wonderful Friday! Corey

So so cute. I love seeing your stack (pile?) of blocks made so far. They’re like little jewels.

Your picture of all the blocks you’ve finished so far is gorgeous!! OK, guess you inspired me enough with this picture and the soft colors. So pretty. I’ve been way too busy making quilts with requests from grandsons and a daughter (that knows how to quilt – so why did I have to make one for her!). Back to the inspiration….I’m starting today….getting out the large stash of calicos! Thanks for the great post and the link for the patterns!

Hi Corey, Another hit line! I don’t know how you do it but keep them coming. The flannels are so bright and pretty. It’s difficult to pick one favorite Christmas movie because depending on my mood I can vary from White Christmas to Home Alone. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Hey Friends!--I'd love to hear from you. =)
