Welcome to week 12 of the Sunday Best Quilts Sampler sew along!

I can hardly believe that we are on the last block for this quilt.  Next week we’ll be sharing the finishing instructions and everyone will have a finished quilt top for Christmas, right!?! 😉

I think I am equally surprised that Christmas is rolling around in only a week and a half.  I do not have all of my Christmas presents purchased as of yet–hopefully I can remedy that soon!

Nantucket Sampler Block

The last block in our Sunday Best Quilts sampler is Sherri’s Nantucket block.  Her quilt in the book used a controlled color palette of reds, blues, and beiges.

Sherri used a variety of Minick & Simpson fabrics for her Nantucket quilt.  I had a lot of fun choosing the scrappy fabrics for my Sugarcreek version for the sampler block.
