Bountiful Charity Quilt Along: Release 5

We are moving onto the quilt top finishing in our Bountiful QAL hosted by Fat Quarter Shop. =)  Once you have the blocks made, this quilt top comes together so quickly!

On the day that I sat down to sew together the quilt top, I set aside a larger portion of time.  But this quilt top didn’t need a very large portion of time to complete.

Because we sewed together the sashing of the blocks as we went, it was just a matter of sewing the blocks together and then adding the border.

It was such a quick to finish quilt top. =)  I think you are really going to enjoy sewing your blocks together this month.

Now, it’s off to my quilter to have beautiful quilting added.  I am using the 108″ wide backing fabric you see above.  But, if you are making the pieced backing, the pattern for that will be released next month.
