Coriander Colors [A NEW Fabric Line]
I have the fun of introducing another new fabric line to you! Coriander Colors is showing to quilt shops right now and will be arriving into shops for you to purchase in June.
So let’s chat a bit more about these fun fabrics! First off, if you want to hear me talk about these fabrics in video format, be sure to stop by my YouTube channel today. I am sharing about all of them and showing them in more detail.
You can watch the video here.
Coriander Colors features a full rainbow of color. The prints are some of my favorite basic prints from previous lines. If you watch the video, you’ll get the back story on which lines the prints were originally from.
The collection includes all of the precuts you would expect in a Moda Fabrics line. I’ve designed new quilt patterns to go with this line that I’ll be sharing next week. They were so much fun to design. =)
Coriander Colors is composed of 6 different prints in some of my favorite colors. These are colors that I have used in previous fabric lines and they will mix and match nicely with other collections.
They are also really fun to use on their own as you’ll see once I share the quilts!
For all of my the quilts I designed in this line, I mixed them with Coriander Seeds for the backgrounds. If you are unfamiliar with Coriander Seeds, that is my line of white on white basics. Coriander Seeds is in quilt shops right now.
Coriander Colors is not set to become a basic line of fabric (meaning it will not continue to be re-printed like Coriander Seeds). If you’d love to see Coriander Colors in your favorite quilt shop, be sure to let them know!
Thanks so much for stopping by! Corey
OMG I LOVE these bright beautiful fabrics! I wish they were available today! I could put them in a project today. So awesome!
They’ve been so much fun to work with!
Last week and this week, the blog will not download. This week, it just blinks endlessly.
If you have the option to view it on a computer rather than a handheld device, it works better. You can also just go directly to corianderquilts.com rather than trying to click through from the email when on a handheld device. I’m not sure what is causing the issue but I’m sure it’ll sort itself out. =)
Same thing happened to me on my laptop!
Love this! After seeing the past lines of your creations….I am sad to see what I have missed out on.
I will be watching for this new treasure. 😍
Thanks so much!
I’ve always wanted to create a black, gray and red quilt but hadn’t found just the right fabric until now. You made my day! Thanks Corey!!
You’re so welcome!…what fun that will be!
Cory I have tried several times to open your notice about your new fabric line and get nothing

Wow! Can’t wait for these! The colors are perfect.
Thank you so much!
Such a fun and happy collection! I can’t wait to see the patterns.
Thanks so much!
Really like your new line, the colors make winter a little brighter. Looking forward to buying some precuts and come up with something fun.
Love the bright colors. Can not wait to find them in my favorite shop.
Pretty line and see it being able to be used with many different fabrics.
Ohhhh Corey! This collection is so fun!! I can see mixing it with some of my other (hoarded) Corey fabrics!! They will be such a fun pop of color! And that black with white polka dots!! Wow!
Love this new line of colors. I am drawn to bright colors, stripes and dots. The first Coriander collection I bought was Sunnyside Up. I miss Holliberry but am looking forward to Starberry. Excited to see new patterns for Coriander colors.
Always love your colors, patterns & prints. U really have a creative eye! 🫶
Hi corey
Wondering if there is math to shrink down a block size. I just love your blocks but would like to make them in smaller sizes. For example, to put them in small frames to make a wall grouping. Thanks Corey
Gail
Not exactly. Different units require a different approach to re-sizing. If you use graph paper to graph your block in the size that you would like it, You can see what sizes you’d need for the different patches in the block. Don’t forget about your seam allowance when you are figuring your sizes.
