Had to share

Just finished up my first Bee block for April and I adore the way it turned out!  Stacey sent out a fun collection of blues, oranges, browns & greens to be used to make wonky stars, houses, trees or birds for her month in Hip 2 Bee Square.  Among the listed inspiration was this wonderful tutorial from Cluck Cluck Sew that I have been wanting to try.  So excited for the opportunity!!
I added some Lush & Hope Valley to Stacey’s mix & am so pleased with how this turned out.  I just love the bright fallish colors.  Stacey is expecting and will be using the blocks that she receives to make a quilt for her son.  He’s gonna have one stellar quilt. =)  Congrats again Stacey!!

I love the tree and I really love how you added those circles around the edge – I want to get that fabric and edge all my blocks with it, it looks so great.
