Ohio’s Amish Country Quilt Shop Hop 2025 Part 2 [PLUS Giveaway]

This second video of our Ohio’s Amish Country Quilt Shop Hop really showcases all of the beautiful hand quilted quilts unique to the Holmes County, Ohio area.

Holmes County Ohio is home to the 2nd largest Amish community in the world. This influence is very evident with all of the hand quilting we see in these final 5 Holmes County shops we visited during the shop hop.

I told you last week that if you enjoyed the hand quilting you saw at Carlisle Fabrics that you would also enjoy the next shops we were going to visit. There were so many pretty things to see!

I hope you enjoy watching this second video of our travels!

About that giveaway….

If you’ve already watched the video, you heard me chat about the Abloom block kits that I picked up at each of the 12 quilt shops we visited.  I am giving all of them away to one lucky winner (along with the bow pattern I mentioned).  The giveaway is open to any of my YouTube subscribers. To enter, make sure you are subscribed, and then leave a comment below telling me which of the 12 shops we visited caught your eye the most and what you liked best at that shop. If you missed the part 1 video, you can watch here.

The giveaway is open through next Saturday, December 20. I will draw a winner the week of the 21st and announce it here on the blog.

Good luck and thank you so much for watching! Corey

I love shop hops. It’s a new chance to explore and see some exciting ideas and meet fun people. I was impressed with Millers Dry Goods. The first thing that caught my eye was the chairs outside the store. Charming, welcoming and cozy. Perfect! Although, all the shops were inviting and showcased their talents. I only wished I didn’t live so far away… South Dakota. Thank you for taking me a long on your adventure!

It is so close to me, but I had no idea it existed. I will be making a trip there soon. I have ordered a lot of quilt fabrics online, but it would be nice to shop in an actual store. Thanks so much for showing all the quilt shops. I will have to make a trip to see many of them, maybe in the Spring when I know there won’t be any snow. I enjoy watching your Saturday videos. Thanks for sharing your talents with us. Barb Drummond

I enjoyed taking this trip of all the shops. I’m from Zanesville, Ohio now living in Tennessee. Every year my sister and I would come back to Ohio to visit my mother and my other sister and several times we would go to Berlin, Walnut Creek to shop, EAT, and visit the quilt shops. Sometimes we made it to your largest flea market. We had the best times. Be safe and enjoy the holidays. Patty

  102. Angel Baker says:

This was so much fun. The second video was as familiar as walking through my house. I love Miller’s and Lone star they are my favorite but I can’t wait to check out Medina. We didnt get to the hop becasue its so hard to do around work but this was fun.

  103. Leslie Brusie says:

I loved the quilt from millers dry goods. Are those pattern available at the shop?

  104. Crystal C Watkins says:

Good morning, Corey. Anna Louisa’s shop was the most charming as far as how she displayed her fabric. The “shelf bed’s” were so clever and unique. I think my favorite though, was Miller’s Dry Goods. All of the hand quilting grabs my heart. When I was in my mid to late thirties, I joined a group of women at a local VFW hut once a week. We set up three or four quilting frames and sat and hand quilted quilts to send overseas. They were for a program that sent our soldiers who were wounded home. Each was wrapped in a handmade quilt for the journey. Merry Christmas and thank you so much for the joy you bring to your videos each Saturday morning.

  105. Stacey Thompson says:

    Helping Hands Quilt Shop!!
I bought my first hand quilted quilt about three years ago while visiting the shop in Berlin. The quilt is absolutely beautiful and it started me on my own quilting journey. 108. Shelley Francis says:

Hello Corey, Thank you for the shop hop videos. Raised in SW PA and now living in AZ, I miss our Amish community and all the wonderful fabric, hand quilting and homemade goods. I have to say Miller’s Dry Goods and Lone Star take first in my heart, with all the others favorited as well! Each bringing the unique design and style. I saved each shop to my favorites and made a few purchases as well. Thank you for sharing, you make each Saturday special!

(P.S. Happy Anniversary! Glad Ryan purchased the Peachy Keen Lone Star, it was on my radar to purchase!. , I love that fabric line and the quilting was beautiful and I did not even see it up close to admire it all!)

  110. QuilterLivingInLV says:

I loved these videos of the shop hop and your weekly videos. Personally, I’ve never seen so much hand quilting. It’s beautiful. I’ve sewed and crafted all my life but have only been quilting a few years. Now I understand what a shop hop can be. I am so happy for you that you have that Lone Star quilt. It’s amazing.

  111. Kim Reddon says:

Lone star shop is my favorite although it is hard to choose. Ryan made an awesome choice for your anniversary! Happy wife, happy life!

  112. Sue singer says:

I loved the On Williams Street huge floral quilt. I do t remember the shop. I live in the Los Angeles area, and was amazed at how large the quilt shops were. We don’t have anything like these in Southern California
The quilt would make a great charity quilt.

  113. Jennie Hawk says:

Cory what a wonderful giveaway. I really enjoy watching your videos. I really liked the shop that had the bow pattern. You could use that bow so many different ways.

  114. Donna Conrad says:

Love the tour. My husband’s family live in Ohio around Cleveland. On summer we went traveled up there to see all the relatives and one day we got to visit different quilt shops and I wanted to see the Amish area. I believe we went to the Plaid Sheep Company. Loved all the stores I went into but sorry can’t remember the names.

  115. Sara Bos says:

Your last two videos have inspired me to vacation to Ohio (from Washington state) and visit many of these shops. I love the craftmanship of hand quilting even though I have only hand quilted one in my life – it was the Ohio Star for my friend from Ohio. That was over 40 years ago! Thanks for sharing. I would love to win but even if I don’t, I hope to pick up patterns when I visit these shops.

  116. Lynda Dennis says:

Thank you for taking me on this road trip and just so you know I’m pretty lucky 😉

  117. Doras Trussell says:

Loved the Lone Star shop and of course, the Lone Star quilt that you brought home is my favorite!

  118. Lisa C says:

Corey, This has been the most fun. My Dad is from this area and we don’t live all that far away. It would be fun to do my own shop hop with my sister in the warmer weather. I loved the Tigg’s Garden quilt at Plaid Sheep. so hard to choose one. They all are gorgeous.

  119. Beverly says:

Saturday mornings are always a time to look forward to because I so enjoy sipping coffee while watching Corey’s latest video. The shop hop videos were great fun, especially as I have not been to a shop hop for several years. I live in an isolated mountain community which had 2 quilt shops when I moved here but now we have none and one must drive for hours to reach a quilt shop. I really miss those outings and you did a beautiful job of featuring those Ohio shops. The shops all had done such a great job of making their quilts unique and I enjoyed each. Ryan is a very smart husband to have found the perfect anniversary gift. I know you will enjoy and cherish it. I also think it was especially nice of Rochelle to donate the big bow pattern to add to your giveaway. One lucky fan of yours will surely appreciate receiving that package from you. Keep creating and sharing. I can barely wait for next Saturday to get the pattern for the final sew-along block and finishing instructions. This will be the fourth one of your sew-alongs I have completed and I do not give these quilts away as I am such a fan of your fabric and quilt patterns.

  120. Mary says:

Corey, I loved the quilt in the shop hop. The price for the kit is $ 149.00
does that include all the fabric for the front and the pattern.
Do they do international shipping? Thanks

  121. Sanju G says:

Thank you for taking us along on this shop hop tour.. every quilt shop is so unique. Thank full for all the creativity that was put in to each and every quilt. Loved all the shops.

  122. Debbie Jackson says:

While each of the shops were fun to visit through your travels, I especially loved the Lone Star Quilt shop and design. I’ve always wanted to make a Lone Star quilt, but never worked up the courage. The hand quilting in so many of the shops is astonishing!

  123. Barb Seely says:

This was so fun to watch. Have never been on a shop hop before and doubt that I will ever get to visit all these treasures you have taken us to. I live in Canada and enjoyed every shop you visited. Thank You. I hope you do more of these shop hops. Love your anniversary gift. Would like to see all the hand quilted quilts.

Happy holidays.

  128. Lynda108 says:

All of the shops were amazing but my favorite had to be Anna Louisa’s shop. I loved the displays, and the homey-ness of the racks like four-post bed frames made the whole shop so adorable. I know I could get lost for hours just browsing there.

  129. Jan B. says:

Thank you for sharing these amazing Quilt Shops. The quality of the hand quilting is beyond belief. There are so few shops in my area now. I may need an Ohio road trip this summer! You have a very thoughtful and loving husband. Congratulations on your anniversary.

  133. Estela Ann Steele says:

All the shops you featured are worthy of a visit in the future, but the one that really caught my attention was Miller’s Dry Goods. I actually looked up how far a drive it would be for me (a little over 8 hours). I liked your talk with the owner and I loved the design of her finish for the blocks. I also loved all the fabric I could see during your visit.

  134. Donna says:

Hi Corey…I just loved the shop hop videos that you did these last few weeks. My husband and I visit Holmes County at least 2 times a year and it was so much fun to see the quilt shops that we visit on a regular basis. My husband even enjoyed watching the videos with me. I had bought tickets to attend your Trunk Show this last fall, but unfortunately life got in the way and was unable to attend. I am hoping that you will be able to do again in the future and I will be able to make it next time. Thank you so much for all that you do for the quilting community. Love your fabrics and of course Tiggs appearances.

  135. Tammy Tutterow says:

Hey Corey! I have so enjoyed your videos! I love Holmes County shops so much! Me and the hubs come over at least twice a year to get wood at Kiems and to camp at Scenic Hills Campground. 145. perfectiontenderlya5b1d8fc0f says:

Hi Corey, I have loved visiting all of the quilt shops on the hop. Our only quilt shop here in Waynesville, MO has closed except for quilting ; and it was so satisfying to my soul to see everyones beautiful quilts on display. I think I like the Polka Dot Pincushion’s rendering of the blocks and the”Flower” quilt that they made. I like that each of the shops received equal billing within the quilt. This quilt shows “Camaraderie” but also shows distinctly their Individuality of creation.
Thank you so much for taking us with you.

  146. Nan Martino says:

I made the same trip about 20 years ago with a quilt group from West Central Ohio. It was a dream come true then and now you made it come true again. God bless you Corey and Ryan!

I really enjoyed seeing all the shops and your part of Ohio. The videos are enticing me to visit next year from Michigan.

  223. Tori Munyon says:

I loved the shop hop. I know Lisa from your first video from my online quilt guild.

  224. Helen says:

I loved seeing all of the shops and was pleased to see many that I have visited in the first video. I only started quilting in January of 2022 and participated in a NE OH bus tour Shop Hop in May of that year. I am glad I did go on the bus tour as I would not have found some of the shops on my own! I have been to Sew Deja Vu, Anything Sews, Anna Louisa’s, Polka Dot Pin Cushion and Fabric Obsession. Fabric Obsession is my favorite as it is only 40 minutes from where I live and they seem to carry fabrics from all of my favorite designers 🙂

  225. Ann Horky says:

Thank you for sharing your journey to all the quilt shops. Gives me inspiration and ideas for more quilts to make. This would be on my bucket list if I was able to make it around all the shops. But I will live my dream through others. Thanks again and will visit next Saturday on YouTube.❤️

  226. Kim L says:

Thank you for taking us all on your journey to the beautiful quilt shops. I think the best shop was the Lone Star Quilt Shop. I’m so happy you received the beautiful quilt for your anniversary. It is stunning. Look forward to each new video you post.

  227. It was fun to visit all the shops with you but the best moment of the videos was hearing the tone of your voice change when you saw that gorgeous Lone Star quilt in your Peachy Keen line. It was sweet of your husband to notice that too and go back and purchase it for you. I’d say he’s a keeper!

  228. Sherry L Morrison says:

Thank you so much for sharing your Shop Hop tour. I live fairly close by and was able to make it to six of the shops. I really love all the shops, but what I especially love about two of the shops, Helping Hands and Lone Star, is that the ladies that work there are always so sweet and helpful. We are blessed with having all the wonderful shops in the area. (Ryan is a gem)! 🙂

  229. Janet McCann says:

My favorite shop was the lone star quilt shop. I could get lost in there for a week and still not see all I like. Beautiful hand quilted quilts. I liked her design of the shop hop quilt best. The sashing was awesome. Thank you so much for doing this tour. I’ll watch it many times for ideas and just to relax and enjoy.

  230. Linda Lusby says:

I loved these last two videos showing all the shops in the shop hop – some amazing creativity and talent. I can’t really say I have a favourite as they were all unique. I do know I lean more toward traditional quilts and not so much the modern ones. Were there specific rules for the shop hop quilts or blocks? They were all very different.

  231. Judy Trost says:

You are always so delightful to listen to. I especially enjoyed the shop hop and your highlighting the quilts that were hand quilted. Each shop was unique so I enjoyed them all. I live about a hours drive from the Arthur, IL Amish community. I appreciated your giving all your subscribers a glimpse of the Amish quilting talents.

  232. Tina Miller says:

Thanks for taking us along on your adventure. I loved going along on the Ohio shop hop with you and Ryan! The shops you visited were amazing. If I ever get to Ohio I’ll be sure to stop by some of the shops.

  233. Melissa Wriglesworth says:

I don’t have any quilt shops where I live so I enjoyed these videos a lot. so many talented artists. Thank you for all the inspiration you provide. Strawberry jam was the first fabric I bought when I started quilting. I have a great fondness for your fabric and designs.

  234. Dana Overfelt says:

Thank you for the quilt shop tour! I may need to travel to Ohio and visit these amazing shops myself. My favorite store was Miller Dry Goods. There were some finished samples that caught my eye and I’m going to try calling the shop to find the patterns. I think I would find an aisle of Moda fabrics very inspiring and hard to resist. I do love Moda fabrics! Thank you again, Corey!

  235. Bren D says:

Hi Corey. I loved watching you shop hop and have already thought about planning a trip to Ohio to visit some of these great places. I especially loved the shop on Day 2 that had 2 sections – the quilt barn and the quilt shop. The quilt barn made me want to plan a homespun quilt and all that moda fabric in the shop – WOW! I’m definitely asking this shop to my to-visit list!

  236. Madeline May says:

Hi Corey. I enjoyed taking the shop hop trip with you so much. So many wonderful stores to see. My favorite was the Plaid Sheep. The quilt Tigg’s Garden was my favorite of them all. The birds, flowers and butterflies were so amazing on this quilt. But the part I enjoyed most was seeing Tiggs on this quilt. He is a favorite of mine and I always look for him ion your videos.

  237. Deborah M Kloss says:

I loved the Millers Dry Goods store the best….I have had the good fortune to visit that store and it was fun to revisit! All the shop hop quilts are so lovely…and Abloom is my favorite of your fabric lines so far. I have several Abloom quilts planned….it must be the little birdie that makes me so happy. It was fun to see Tiggsy honored on a quilt. So wonderful! Thank you for taking me along.

  238. Marlynda Mattjews says:

I loved this series and seeing all the fun quilt shops. My favorite was the Line Star quilt shop and the line star quilt that had the square border surrounding the center square and then radiating out from that was more star. LOVE LOVE that one. I think all the quilts was so fun and loved the Tiggsey one also. Look forward to your show every week

  239. Mary Lang says:

Thank you so much for taking all of us along on this shop shop. I loved all of the quilt shops you visited, but Lone Star was my favorite. I love the Quilt that Ryan bought you, that was very thoughtful of him to do that. I also love the hand quilting that was done on these quilts.

  240. Angela Mikeal says:

I so loved the shop hop videos!! In 2021 my parents and I went on a road trip to the Ohio Amish country. We stayed in Berlin at Scenic Hills RV. We visited 2 quilt shops while there – Helping Hands and Carlisle Fabrics. Watching these videos makes me want to go back again and visit all the shops. All of the quilts were beautiful and very unique in their designs!! It was hard to pick just one! My top 3 were from Lone Star Quilt Shop (loved the layout), Carlisle Fabric (loved the log cabin style) and Helping Hands (loved how they did the sashing and the quilting)!! I love watching all your videos each week but I think these of the quilt shops are my favorite!!

  241. Cynthia A King says:

Your video of the shop hop brought back so many wonderful memories of visiting a lot of the shops. Helping Hands was were I had a whole cloth top marked by them and my dear mother in law hand quilted it. I think that was about 35 yrs ago. My husband enjoyed going to the shops. I do miss him.

  242. Mary Shryock says:

I loved seeing all the shops, I wish I lived close to those shops I liked Plaid Sheep shop hop quilt the best

  243. Peggy Jones says:

Oh what a great video to show all the eye-candy quilt shops in your area. I am in AZ with only one actual quilt shop in the area, that I know of. Have only been here a year so there may be more that I don’t know about. Love watching the videos every week and see what you are working on. You are the sweetest. I would love to travel to Ohio and see all the shops with my own eyes. Some day maybe that will happen.

  244. Diane Gibson says:

I loved visiting all the quilt shops and I have even been to a few. I would have to say my favorite is Plaid Sheep, I just love the folks who work there they are so helpful. I & there videos are priceless. I also shop at Carlise Fabrics in Sugarcreek often and they too are very helpful, and then Anything Sew is a great shop too and Michael is a gem to help with selecting colors but then there is Miller’s which is great, I am in fabric overload there but they too are great to help you.

  245. Gail L Piper says:

What a fun tour, both this week and last!! I loved seeing all the shops – some I’ve been to since I live one county over, but some I have not and will need to plan a visit. Each shop has its own personality, which is great since it allows for so much variety to visitors!
I have always loved Millers, Helping Hands, and Lone Star as they were staples for our church bazaar committee to visit when we were in planning stages – we had some great “field trips” there. BUT – I see where I need to branch out to the others! My husband and I would often go to Charm – I took in Millers shop while he went to Keim lumber; guess who spent more? LOL! Inspiration abounds in all the shops – I’ll start planning a trip.
I was charmed by the “Tiggs Garden” quilt – such creativity! It is gorgeous!!

  246. Kerry Vitkus says:

I watched both days and can’t say which I liked better. All of your fabrics are beautiful, but Peach Keen is my favorite because of the periwinkle like color way. The Lone Star pattern was perfect to show that off. As a former Hoosier, I appreciate the Amish quilting.

  247. Susan K-S says:

Corey, I enjoyed all of the quilt shops you shared during the Ohio Shop Hop videos. Visiting Holmes County, Ohio has been on my bucket list, so I enjoyed viewing the fabric beauty through your lens. My favorite would be Miller’s Dry Goods, though all of the quilt shops have such beautiful fabric goodness to share. Thank you!

  248. Linda says:

Thank you for sharing you shop hop experience. It was great seeing all the different wares in each of the shops. My favorite was the hand quilting.

  249. Michele Lindberg says:

They were all wonderful with so many new ideas!! My favorite had to be Lonestar Quilt shop. I made some Christmas stockings with small lonestar patterns and now I am hooked. Next project will be a large Lonestar Quilt to hang on my sewing room wall.
Thank you for sharing your travels, it was so much fun to watch!

  250. Phyllis Rosenberger says:

I loved them all, but especially Miller Dry goods. Thanks for the tour. I hope to make it to Ohio one day!

  251. Kitty Davenport says:

AnnaLouisa’s Quilt Shop has such charm and character!
Anna’s Secret Garden quilt is wonderful. Beautiful blooms with color plus the quilting is outstanding. Thank you letting me travel and shop with you!

  252. Shirley Travis says:

I loved the Plaid Sheep shop and especially loved “Tigg Garden”. She did an amazing job!

  253. Janet says:

Thanks for sharing your travels to the shops. After watching the videos I now need to plan on joining in on the fun in 2026.

  254. talentedthoroughlyb85d453cbe says:

Thanks so much Corey for your wonderful shop hop videos. I live in area where we don’t really have many shops ( or at least I don’t know about them). I love watching you every week. It is the highlight of my Saturday morning. I loved seeing all the different versions and way to use the fabrics. Thanks again!

  255. Michele Klein says:

I loved them all! My wallet would have surely taken a hit! I think my favorite was Millers Dry Goods although it really is hard to choose. These videos have inspired me to visit the area next summer! It was so interesting to see the variety of quilt designs using the same blocks and fabrics. Your heart must be full! Congratulations on your anniversary and beautiful gift!

  256. Judy Grothause says:

I loved the shop hop video! I’m excited, too, because we recently moved from California to Michigan and I am hoping to do this shop hop myself in 2026! Thank you for sharing about it! Visiting Holmes County has been an area I’ve wanted to explore for years. It’s where my brother & sister-in-law go to when they look for quality hand-crafted wood furniture for their home. I’m excited they have some great quilt shops to visit, too!

  257. Pam Peterson says:

Corey, thank you for taking us along on your shop hop adventures. I am envious of the amazing and inspiring shops you have in your area. I have noticed many comments on FB and YT about Miller’s Dry Goods and I know I would need a good amount of time to peruse this store. I also would enjoy visiting the Plaid Sheep, and I know I would have a fun time visiting any of the shops you showed. Thank you for sharing your trip and the blocks for your shop hop.

  258. I really enjoyed the Lone Star quilt shop!! And how sweet of your husband to go back and gift you the quilt!!

  259. Vicki O'Neill says:

Wow what a whirlwind of shops! So much seeing all Amish quilting! Never been to Ohio but I need to go there! I hope I win but if I don’t it is like a prize to watch you every Saturday!

  260. Patti Wobig says:

All of the shops are just amazing! This area is on my bucket list to visit. Thanks for sharing these fabulous stores!! Too hard to pick just one. Also their hop quilts were all just stunning 😍

  261. Alice Bair says:

Hi, Corey, I loved your shop hop visits and may need to make a trip to Ohio to shop hop next year. I think my favorite was the Lone Star shop and those beautiful hand quilted pieces (what a great gift from your husband!) but I also really love the bow from Miller’s Dry Goods. Your videos made me feel like I was right there with you. Thanks so much for including us in your trip.

  262. Logan Campbell says:

Hi Corey!! Loved this video duo SEW much! I especially loved seeing all the hand quilted items and I appreciate that you took time to highlight those for us. My favorite setting is the very last one from Lone Star. I’m so glad Ryan got you that Lone Star quilt for your anniversary. Happy Anniversary!! Please include me as an entry for the giveaway! Love your channel, thanks for doing the giveaway! Merry Christmas!

  263. Carol Williamson says:

I live 3 hrs away from Holmes county. I can’t wait to do a spring tour of all these quilt shops.

  264. Megan Russo says:

Thanks for the tour – that was a lot of fun to watch. My favorite shop was the Lone Star. And dang, I wanted to buy that quilt! Well, I had bought a half yard bundle of Peachy Keen when it came out so maybe I will have to make it myself. I almost always hand quilt my quilts so I was delighted to see a shop with hand quilted quilts. Hand quilting is my favorite part of quilting!

  265. Joanne Lee says:

I love Miller’s Dry Goods and have shopped there many times. It has to be mt absolute favorite quilt shop. I enjoyed seeing all the other shops on the tour and saw a few I didn’t know about!

  266. Carol says:

I live 3 hrs away from Holmes county. I can’t wait to do a spring tour of all these shops.

  267. Lillian Finley says:

Hard to pick a favorite because all of the shops were so beautiful. I think that I would have to choose the Lone Star quilt shop if pressed and I loved the gift that Ryan secretly purchased for your anniversary. It was wonderful to see all of the beautiful hand quilting, too.

  268. Karin Pavlovsky says:

I loved the lone star quilt shop. They had so many lone star quilts on the wall and on display. The hand quilting is superb. I had a quilt hand quilted many years ago by a quilter in Iowa. The only problem was she smoked and it took some work to get the smoke out. That probably would not happen today but it is still one of my favorites.

  269. Pam says:

I love the idea of renting time on a long arm machine! I’ve always wanted to try to one. I would love to visit Chestnut ridge to give it a try!

  270. Cheryl says:

I loved the quilt at the Plaid Sheep! That has been my favorite shop for a long while. Mostly because I have gotten to know the ladies who work there. They are all a delight. Even if I don’t need supplies, I pop in for a friendly hello every time I’m in Holmes!

  271. Katie R. says:

Absolutely enjoyed the videos touring the quilt shops. I loved seeing the amount of quilts that were hand quilted. Amazing! I loved Millers Dry goods. The store looks like a dream to shop in and the Moda aisle looks tempting.

  272. Lori Jarmin says:

How can I choose a shop. There were so amazing shops with a wonderful and large selection of fabric. I think Chestnut Ridge was a favorite. I loved the pattern they created for the shop hop. I’m also anxiously awaiting Saturday for the last BOM! See you then!

  273. Kathy Hyatt says:

Thank you, Corrie and Ryan, for going to all the shops and taking the time to share. All of the shops had beautiful displays. I participated one year in the Arkansas shops hop and it was so much fun! I do have to say my favorite shop was the Lonestar Shop. Those quilts look so complicated. I have one my mom had sewed and love it! Thank you for sharing your love of quilts and all that goes into this process.

  274. Susan K says:

All of the shops made me drool, but I absolutely loved Plaid Sheep Company’s shop hop quilt!

  275. Mk says:

What a fun idea to take us all along on your shop hop! I’m still partial to the Plaid Sheep, all the samples on display are inspiring but Jenny’s design for the shop hop quilt told a delightful story and was my favorite thing! I am on the Plaid Sheep website frequently so much fun!

  276. Nancy Crivaro says:

Loved Plaid Sheep quilt shop. I admired the determination in designing the quilt – and the name/inclusion of Tiggsie!!

  277. Sherry Staples says:

I have really enjoyed this shop hop trip. Visiting all of these shops has been an adventure. It’s hard to pick just one shop, I actually have two that I really liked. They would be Miller’s Quilt Shop and Helping Hands Quilt Shop. Both of these shops had beautiful quilts and amazing displays.

  278. Carol P says:

I absolutely loved Carlisle Fabrics and Quilts! Those quilts were so beautiful hand quilted and wished I lived close, but I’d probably spend so much money there! Such wonderful 2 episodes to sit and enjoy! Thank you so much!

  279. Liz Laurichesse says:

Hello!.. well these past two videos were so much fun! I enjoyed all the shops, but I’ll tell you which quilt was my favorite, the one over at Plaid Sheep Company “Tiggs Garden” that was super fun and whimsical. I’m not sure my skill level is up there, but boy would I love to make something like that! I also loved the mustard cardigan you are wearing at the end of the video. Happy holidays!

  280. Teresa Robinson says:

First off, WOW – love that Mr. Yoder purchased that lovely lone star quilt for you! Second, all of the shops were beautiful and each displayed fabric and samples creatively! I truly love the Old Mill Dry Goods shop and the Lone Star quilt shop < definitely my favorites.

  281. Sue Chandler says:

I liked all of the shops. I especially liked the last two with all of the beautiful hand quilted quilts. I wish there was a quilt shop near me.

  282. Denise Sundquist says:

You hit all my favorite shops in the area and I saw a few that are new to me. Lone Star is a real favorite, along with Chestnut Ridge, Miller’s Dry Goods, and Plaid Sheep. I really loved the Tigg’s Garden pattern at Plaid Sheep. Do you suppose they’ll eventually sell that pattern? I could use different blocks (if I don’t win the shop hop blocks) or even use the center pattern with different borders. So many fun possibilities at all the shops!! Thanks for taking us along. I know some of my retreat buddies who are locals (I’m in Minnesota) met you at one of those trunk sales and really enjoyed everything they saw.

  283. Andi Brasel says:

Thank you so much for sharing your shop hop with us! It’s very difficult to choose a favorite shop! For some reason, Miller’s Dry Goods, probably stuck with me the most! I love their Moda fabric section because of course, Moda fabric is my favorite!!

  284. Mary Colley says:

I throughly enjoyed your shop hop videos. I have been to all the shops of the second video but use unaware of the others. I need to expand outside of the main Berlin area on my next visit. I come to Ohio(my home state) to visit family but also to get quilting supplies. I don’t have a shop nearby that sells the quilting needles or hand quilting thread. I also watch all your videos, and get pointers from you on how to explain to others. I have started a local sewing and quilting group at our community center. I have ladies from age 15 to 80 coming, learning and sharing their experiences and skills.

  285. Judith says:

Thank you and Ryan so much for the trip through Holmes County. Miller’s Quilt Shop holds a place in my heart – my husband took me to the shop years ago and he encouraged my quilting so much. My son’s family lives in Coshocton, but I don’t get to visit Amish county very much. Will there be a 2026 shop hop? Thank you again.

  286. Caroline says:

Loved the shop hop series. What a great experience and amazing journey!
    Thank you for sharing!

  287. Joni Coble says:

What wonderful quilts. Makes me want to head to my sewing machine and get busy. Still have Peachy Keen fabric waiting for the right quilt to showcase the beautiful fabrics. Also just purchase the In The Garden fabric line as I couldn’t pass it up!

  288. Lisa Whitmore says:

The Miller quilt shop duo was my favorite. I hope to go through a few of these shop when I go to visit my home state of Michigan.

  289. Bonnie McGrew says:

Thoroughly enjoyed the Shop Hop videos. I am a big fan of your fabric lines – always very cheerful with a hint of vintage. Thank you for sharing.

  290. Jo Wiley says:

I enjoyed the 2 day quilt shop hop! Thank you for the fun virtual tour! I look forward to Saturday morning you tubes from you!

  291. Jacqueline says:

I was ‘blown away’ by the shop hop. I was amazed by the amount of fabric and craft in each shop. Thank you for taking us along on this fairy tale ride. Love from UK.🇬🇧♥️

  292. Nancy Offenhauser says:

I loved your shop hop tour. Hard to say just one favorite…Little Red Quilt House and Plaid Sheep Company are at the top of my list. I would like to plan a trip to visit all the shops in person.

  293. Jan says:

What a great tour! Thank you. All the shops were wonderful! My favorite was Lone Star. Amazing to see so many hand quilted quilts. How fun to have many shops close. The peachy keen lone star is beautiful!

  294. Martha Anderson says:

I loved the Lonestar quilt shop. I loved the hand quilted quilts you showed and I’m so glad Ryan surprised you with the Lonestar quilt. I was hoping you bought it because it’s a great representation of you and all the hardwork you do to bring us lovely fabrics, designs and sew alongs. Thank you for all the wonderful inspiration and the fun shop hop. I now have to visit Ohio. ~ Martha. -San Jose, California

  295. Kim Hamilton says:

It was so fun spending the morning watching your videos while I hand stitch my binding. All the stores were amazing. I really liked the quilt from Chestnut Ridge Sewing. I look forward to next weeks video!

  296. Lisa Ceniceros says:

I really loved the birdhouse quilt at Fabric Obsession and then some of the out of print fabrics I saw at Polka Dot Pincushion that I missed out on when they were released.
In the second video, one of my favorite quilts was the birds quilt at Plaid Sheep Company. They are all so beautiful and unique but I guess I have a soft sport for birds and critters 😂

  297. Trudy Martin says:

Hi Corey, Enjoyed your shop hop videos. Thank you for sharing.

    Trudy

  298. I totally enjoyed the two shop hop videos. Such amazing shops and women that run them !!!! Thank you for sharing with us…

  299. L Spangler says:

I live 50 minutes from Berlin. I’ve been going to all of the Amish country quilt shops for 25 years, once a month from March-November. It would be difficult to pick a favorite because they all have a place in my heart. I don’t go down in the Winter, but I will be watching your videos again in February when I start missing them all. Hoping that March will come quickly!
P.S. I knew the Lone Star Peachy Keen quilt was going home with you! What a lovely keepsake and memory.

  300. Kelly Hamlet says:

There were so many great shops! But the Lone Star Quilt Shop really caught my eye. Hand quilting is so amazing!!!

  301. Mary Parker says:

Thank you Corey, loved seeing all the shops and the countryside so beautiful! I really enjoyed driving by the horse and buggy! You don’t see that in California!
All the shops were beautiful but I really liked the last one and there quilt, so pretty, I’m a sucker for anything log cabin!
Would love to win all of those beautiful blocks!
    Thanks again!
    Mary Parker

  302. Nedra Richardson says:

Thank you for sharing all of the wonderful shops! It’s hard to pick just one. I’m going with Plaid Sheep for their selection of homespun. I’m inspired to plan my own shop hop trip!

  303. Donna Hanneman says:

I have been on a shop hop in your area and visited each of these shops. Each shop provides such a different experience and variety of quilt related fabric and other items so it is too difficult to pick a favorite.
Thanks for the opportunity to see these shops again. What a wonderful surprise anniversary gift.

  304. Linda Smik says:

This is the first time I was unable to participate in the Amish Quilt Shop Hop in several years. I just want to say that you and Ryan did a wonderful job giving a tour of all the wonderful quilt shops who did participate and showing off their creations as well as all the fabrics & quilting supplies that the shops carry. I feel especially lucky that I live in Canton and all these shops are within a relatively short driving distance of my home.

  305. Jackie says:

I really enjoyed the tour. I visited several of the shops in Berlin area several years ago. Thank you for offering a giveaway.

  306. Corinne Haehl says:

I can’t decide I enjoyed all of the shops. I would love to visit them all. Thank you for giving us a tour.

  307. Tina Almond says:

Hi Cory! I love the plaid sheep Tiggsy Garden quilt. I just love your kitty. The design was beautiful and she did a great job with the layout. I really enjoyed the full shop hop and all the quilts were beautiful. Thank you!!

  308. Deb Ellsworth says:

I loved the creativity of each shop to design their own style of quilt. It is like composing music with the same notes but each one is so different. In such a competitive shop environment, it is great to see they have focused their specialties and talents to be individual yet part of the whole. The best part was seeing your excitement for familiar and new shops. I am definitely planning a shop hop trip next year! How blessed you are to have grown up in this rich quilt heritage area. I can understand your unique talent better. Thanks, Corey!

  309. Nadine Merrick says:

Loved them all but The Helping Hands Quilt Shop really caught my eye with the whole cloth hand quilted quilt and all the other hand quilted items on the display racks. Whole tour was lovely!

  310. Margaret LaVenia says:

I’ve been to all of these shops and go to the Holmes county ones at least 2-3x a year. I like both Sew Deja Vu and Polkadot Pincushion because they are more local to me and both have lots of nice bright colors. When my youngest granddaughter was 3 we went to Sew Deja Vu to pick out fabric for a pillowcase for her that she helped me sew!

  311. Ellen says:

I loved following along with you on this shop hop. All the shops were great and I hope to visit at least a few of them on my next trip to Ohio. I really love star quilts so the Lone Star Quilt Shop really caught my eye. What a great anniversary present from your hubby! Thank you for all your videos. You are a joy to watch! And thank you for such a generous giveaway!

  312. Kim Darling says:

I loved watching these videos, and it led me to see when the Amish Country shop hop normally is. Maybe next year I’ll be able to visit them all myself.

  313. Katherine says:

Very enjoyable video of the shop hop quilt stores! Hard to decide which one was a favorite….maybe Miller’s Dry Goods? Thank you for creating this video. The hand quilting was amazing as were each of the quilts designed by each shop using the shop hop blocks.

  314. Debbie Kochick says:

I enjoyed seeing all the shops, I think Marshall Dry Goods was my favorite. What a great shop hop. I am in a quilt desert, so this was great to see

  315. Loreen Kennedy says:

Love the content for the past 2 weeks! Would love to see more of these in the future!

  316. Rebecca says:

I loved seeing all the quilt shops, but the Lone Star quilt shop was my favorite. All those quilts that were hand quilted was amazing. Thanks for sharing.

  317. Jennifer Gunn says:

Good afternoon, Corey. I enjoyed the trips through the quilt shops and felt envious as I was home with wintry weather (snow and very cold winds and shoveling that snow). I especially like all the samples in the shops……giving me inspiration. It would be fun to visit these shops especially those with the hand quilted quilts. I traveled through Ohio in the middle of the night on an Amtrak train going from Chicago to Washington DC. It looks like a beautiful country.

  318. Audrey says:

Hi Corey! Thank you for sharing the all the store’s. I loved seeing how other areas run their shop hops and the quilts they all come up with. I loved seeing Miller Dry Goods and and the Lone Star shops. I wish I was closer to stop in to them personally but I’ll have to settle for the shops in Washington state for now. Thank you again.

  319. Ellen Ford says:

I love this series of shop hop videos and thank you! The one thing that really caught my eye, was the quilt at Millers Dry Goods! It is absolutely stunning…I have your panel and would love to make this quilt! I plan to contact them to see if the pattern they made will be available for purchase!

  320. Jennifer Komaromy says:

Love you videos and patterns. Thank you.

  321. Brenda Smith says:

Thank you for sharing these shops. The hand quilting is remarkable. I’m sharing this shop hop with my sister, so we can
make plans for next year. Love your fabric and I enjoy watching you every Saturday. Merry Christmas and God Bless

  322. Katy Eimers says:

  332. JUANITA KOTTEMANN says:

You should know that a quilter can NEVER pass up a good shopping expedition! I am an elderly (that is so hard to type!) and so I know that I will never fly from southern Mississippi to Ohio’s Amish country to go on a shop hop. Thank you for allowing me to live vicariously through you! I’m so glad you listed links to the shops. After week 1 I had to contact Fabric Obsession in Medina to get their pattern. My husband has a love/hate relationship with the squirrels in our yard – so I am going to make their quilt with the bird feeders and a lonely little squirrel in the bottom corner just for him! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  333. Nancy DeCoste says:

My favorite quilt store was millers dry goods.

What a wonderful video I wish I was there beautiful quilts. Like a kid in a candy store.

So much talent thank you so so much for sharing.

  334. Polly Moore says:

Wow Corey! I must choose just one?! I know that when I saw the first shop, Miller’s Dry Goods, I immediately stopped the video and had to look up the shop online. How blessed you are to have so many quilt shops to choose from!
I was super impressed by each quilt shop’s version of “Abloom”. Do the shops sell patterns for their quilt design?
I purchased your panel and fabrics and these quilt blocks would be so fantastic!

It was so fun to see all of those shops through your eyes. My daughter and I live up in the Cleveland area and have participated in the Ohio shop hop for the last 2 years. We have visited all of those shops and enjoyed seeing all of the beautiful quilts! It is very inspiring. This is the first time that I have heard of the Amish shop hop, and I know that we will be participating in it next year! I think my favorite quilt was the Tigsy quilt at the plaid sheep. It was great fun to see the shophop in your area. All of the shops seemed very well organized and fun. I liked something in each one. Wishing I could visit all. If I had to pick a favorite… I am always drawn to the Lone Star design, but since you bought that one, I am going to pick the first one you showed us with the bird houses. I loved all the shops, but Miller Dry Goods was my favorite. I love seeing all the quilts and especially the ones that have been hand quilted. I just think of all the time and the precious people that have quilted them. All the memories that went into the quilt. I want to make more hand quilted items for sure. I am so thankful that my Mom was a quilter. I have many of her items she made and I have them displayed in my home. They are Priceless to me. 356. Darlene says:

It’s amazing that you have that many WONDERFUL quilt shops in your extended communities. A wealth of beautiful fabrics to see and feel. A lot of us depend on the internet to purchase fabric, it’s just not the same😔. Not to mention the absolutely gorgeous samples and the hand quilted quilts that are forsale. This was a wonderful series.
Thank you for sharing your adventure.

  357. Debi Schepers says:

It’s so hard to pick just one as a favorite! I enjoyed both Lone Star Quilts and Miller’s Fabrics because I had just been to those 2 the week before the shop hop, and it was fun to see the fabric I bought and to drool over the fabric I had to leave behind. But I think my favorite was The Polka Dot Pincushion. It felt homey, had beautiful fabric, and let’s face it — any shop who has Tilda fabric is a shop I want to go to.

The last 2 times I have went to Holmes county to visit, there were bad storms and tornados or high wind damage. It looks like even the stores I have been to have changed since last there. 400. Dianne R. says:

I thoroughly enjoyed the quilt shop tours. My absolute favorite was the Plaid Sheep tour and the featured quilt of Tiggs Garden. I am going to have to watch the video again or search the shop online since I loved that pattern so much and want to make that exact quilt. I ordered a one yard bundle of the Abloom collection and just can’t cut into all the pretty fabric until a pattern just makes me fall in love and Tiggs Garden did just that. It is a must make on my list for 2026. I loved seeing all the blocks and different designs to give me inspiration on how to use Abloom. I also liked seeing all the hand worked quilts since they are very rare here in South Carolina. I have always wanted to visit Ohio and do an entire week of shop tours in the state and my husband has somewhat promised that we could do that on our 30th year anniversary so I hope to do that next year. Abloom is in my top 5 favorite collections of all time, so seeing it used in so many beautiful quilts has just been dreamy. Loved this video series so much!!

They really went out of the box and made there quilts different. Hope you announce when the 2026 shop hop is I would love to make that trip. I really love the setting for the shop hop blocks at Plaid Sheep, Tigg’s Garden. Sew cute! Congrats on getting that gorgeous Lone Star quilt from Ryan, you have a wonderfully thoughtful hubby!!!

  420. Nancy Matheson says:

  425. Tina Coplan says:

Oh so many shops enjoy it was hard to choose but Lonestar was my favorite because of that aisle of batiks. I have been a batik collector for as long as I have been able to find them. I thrilled that they are much more accessible now. I remember having to hunt for them years ago. I also just loved the Amish atmosphere. I lived in Lancaster, PA for several years and there’s just comfort to be found in a good Amish quilt shop. It made my heart happy for the day. Thank you!

I absolutely loved that sheep pillow, had to call them and order it! And their wool selection is fantastic! I also loved seeing Millers Dry Goods “Barn”, I remember visiting them at least 15-20 years ago so lots of good memories. Plaid Sheep quilt shop is high on my list of favorites, I visited there about a year ago after seeing it in one of your past videos – so many cute things. I loved Lonestar quilts, their hand quilted quilts are STUNNING. Next time I visit my mom (Mentor Ohio) I’m going to go see them in person along with some of the other shops!

  431. Heidi Bell says:

Corey I loved your tour of the shop hop! Years ago my sister and sister in laws and I would do the shop hops in Amish country when they did the recipes also. They were always so much fun. I have to say my favorite shop will always be Miller’s Dry Goods and I still make sure I go there when I’m back in Ohio.

  432. Debra McCarriar says:

My favorite shop was the last one. I love a lone star quilt and their quilts really caught my eye.

  433. Teri L Jordan says:

Hi Corey, really enjoyed the visit to Ohio. The quilts are absolutely stunning. Makes me want to head out to Amish country. After the snow. Maybe a road trip this spring. Just have to talk my sisters into going. I’d love to win this prize, maybe it would help me get my sew-jo back.

    • Teri L Jordan says:

My 3rd comment because I thought the first 2 didn’t work. Not my day for technology. Hope this doesn’t disqualify me for the give-a-way.

  434. I says:

Lone Star shop and the drive to get there. Thank you so much for these two travel Saturdays, the shops were all amazing.

  435. Tina Reeves says:

Too hard to pick just one shop! Miller’s dry goods may lead it for me but hands down my favorite quilt was Tigg’s Garden!

  436. Donna in Bama says:

I loved the Tiggs Garden quilt but I can’t pick a favorite shop. A group of my friends and I have been looking for a place to take a quilty trip. I think you showed us a perfect area. Hopefully that will happen in the spring. Thank you for giving the idea! Are we going to be able to purchase the blocks now that the shop hop is over. I may contact a shop to ask that question.

  437. Elizabeth Heer says:

I think Lone Star shop is my favorite. I do love the lone star quilt and would love to make one. I am always drawn to star patterns. Definitely planning a road trip now!

  441. JWatkins says:

  443. Kristine O'Brien says:

I really enjoyed seeing all the quilt shops but I especially enjoyed the Polka Dot Pincushion. It looked like there was plenty of room to roam around all day looking at the goodies. I also really liked seeing all the quilts they did in the shop hop. I have never participated in a shop hop as I am pretty isolated where I live with only 2 shops nearby ( an hour away in both directions) Thank you for the tour!

  444. Kelly Moore says:

Thanks for taking us along on your shop hop! It was delightful! I would love to be entered in your giveaway!

  445. Tammy Shreve says:

  456. Cheryl Thompson says:

Hi Corey, I love your Saturday videos. Especially the shop hops. I live in So. California but visited friend in Missouri a few years back and purchased an Amish quilt that was hand stitched. I am in awe of those who hand stitch. Wish I was there to visit the shops in person. Everyone was beautiful and inviting. I know I’d spend way too much! I’d love to win your selection of patterns. I loved each shop! and probably the Lone Star shop that had your beautiful fabric made into a lone star. What a sweetheart of a husband that he bought that for you!!! Thank you again,

I thoroughly enjoyed these videos from Holmes County. I have so many relatives in that area.I ended up living in Colorado, but have been to a lot of those little towns many times throughout my childhood and adult years. This was such a wonderful trip down memory lane for me. I think my favorite was the one in Berlin. Millers I believe. My mom started quilting when she was 6 years old. She grew up very much a part of the Mennonite and Amish community . I guess you could say quilting is in my blood. Thank you for taking us on this fun quilting trip.

  469. Robyn Williams says:

Thank you for offering these videos. All of our shops are wonderful. Each shop has something different to offer. My friend Carol and I have been doing the Shop Hop since its begining and I even have a kit from the first one I have not put together. Carlisle Fabrics is such a cute shop and has the best goodies! So I guess that one is my favorite one this year.

  471. Patricia Lang says:

I loved both of these shows. I’m just amazed on how many people still hand quilt!
Quite a few years ago my mom gave me a quilt that my great aunt never got to finish and I’ve been so afraid to do anything because I don’t know anything about Hand Quilting, but seeing these videos, I’m gonna pull it out and start doing some research. Thank you very much for all your inspiration and enthusiasm to all of us, Again Cory thank you very much and happy anniversary to Ryan & you💜
Just wish I lived back there. I’ll have to watch your videos again.

My favorite was the quilts they made with the blocks, I think my favorite was the shop Plaid Sheep Company, I loved the Tix’s garden with all the unique birds and flowers. I love that it was her first big project, I love it and I want to support her so I hope it’s available online. I love you could see so many of your fabrics and patterns, great support you have. So much respect for that community of hard workers maintaining traditions and amazing crafts, I now want to go to see their hand quilts in real life. I hope to get the blocks, I really want to do them after all this inspiration, great work and I hope it was very successful for the shops.

  490. cathy k says:

All the shops look great, but Millers dry goods looks like fun.

  491. Rachelle Eidemiller says:

I loved all the shops. I had been to several of them but have to say Miller’s Dry Goods really caught my eye. Thinking I need to visit all of these shops next time I’m in Ohio.
I would love to purchase all the blocks, wondering if there is a way to do that without making an online order at each shop?
Thanks for all of your enthusiasm and inspiration!

  492. wondrousb314c20de8 says:

Congratulations on 30 years. Julia

  498. Becky Wilson says:

It was a lot of fun seeing all of the shops. I was born in Salem, Ohio but we moved to CA when I was two. I still have cousins in Ohio and think it would be a lot of fun to take a trip and visit all of the shops. I liked the quilt they made in the first shop a lot although they were all beautiful. Who ever wins will have fun picking a setting for all of the blocks.

  499. Jo Guthridge says:

What a fun trip. Miller’s Drygoods lkks to be my favorite. Awesome prize, thank you for the opportunity!

  500. Denise G says:

Loved each and every shop. Your husband has great taste on the quilt purchase. I have been a collector of your fabric line for several years. Merry Christmas to you and your family.

  501. JoAnn Huffman says:

I really enjoyed seeing all the beautiful shops that you visited in Ohio. Makes me wish I lived closer so I could shop in them. I absolutely love the last shop you visited. The Lone Star.

  502. Lianne says:

Oh Corey, you hit it out of the park with tours of all the wonderful shops in Ohio Amish country. I’m in Texas but had the privilege to shop in an Amish community in Indiana where I purchased your Wooly Stars kit when it first came out. I have everything of your sheep (kits, mugs, sweat shirts, etc) so naturally I was simply drawn to The Plaid Sheep. So love what you do for us!

  503. Cheryl says:

Lone Star Quilt Shop was beautiful. Your Peachy Keen fabric in the Lone Star Pattern was amazing. Loved the shop and the absolutely unbelievable hand quilting. When told the history of the shop and that you remember being a part of the history of the shop next door made this visit extra special. What a thrill for you as a fabric designer to walk into the fabric shops and see your fabric featured in every shop. What a legacy you share with the world, in the very heart of quilting country.

  504. Sandy Weirauch says:

Hi Corey! Thanks for the videos. I happened upon Berlin OH a number of years ago when I was working in Ohio. At that time I didn’t sew or quilt but purchased a small fat quarter bundle because it was so beautiful. Fast forward- i’ve retired, moved back to my hometown in Indiana and learned to quilt via YouTube. Again, thanks! I’ve followed along with several of your free blocks, followed by learning to sew/quilt several of your patterns. I’d love to win the patterns, but either way, I’ve already won by following you and learning to quilt!

  505. Kathleen says:

Oh my what a wonderful treat these videos are! My favorite kept changing with the next shop. I love the Shop Hop Abloom quilt at Carlisle Fabric & Quilts so that’s my pick , for now anyway. It was also nice to see a shop with clothing fabrics too. Thank you Corey and Ryan for including us on your journey.

  506. Julie A Henry says:

  511. Jane Goddard says:

I loved the tour of the shops. I visited 7 of them over the years and looking forward to the visiting the rest. I visit each a couple times each year. Walking in the door to many of those shops takes a quilter’s breath away. Beautiful fabrics, stunning examples, handy kits or tools, great inspirations and friendly, helpful staff are many of the thoughts I have about each store. I never walk out of a store empty handed. Corey your fabrics and patterns greatly add to the atmosphere in each shop. I have a couple quilts made with them and look forward to making more. Thank you for your talent and helpful videos!

  512. Elizabeth F says:

Loved the videos! Nothing like a good shop hop. We enjoy one across the lake in SW Ontario every summer!

Really enjoyed watching the shop hop. I attend a quilt retreat in Berlin each year and make sure I go to each of the featured shops when I am there. All the quilts were beautiful! I think my favorite was the one at Lonestar Quilts.

  515. Oregon kay says:

So happy for you that Ryan purchased the peachy keen lone star quilt for you! It is absolutely gorgeous. I especially appreciated that Chestnut Ridge Quilt Shop allows patrons to get certified on their longarm and then are able to rent it to quilt their own quilts. Also liked the huge selection of hand embroidery quilt blocks available at Helping Hands Quilt Shop. My favorite shop hop quilt was the one at Carlisle Fabrics & Quilts. Loved this tour of the quilt shops in your corner of Ohio – astounded by the quantity of hand quilted items available for sale. We just don’t see this in the PNW.

  516. Louise Hesse says:

While all the shops were lovely my favorite was the Millers dry good. I loved when she was showing the quilt and said how she loved quick to put together quilts and how she put the quilt together and it didn’t look like it was supposed to and had to fix it. I think that was very relatable for all of us ❤️ I also liked haw she was incorporating her moms style but inserting her own as well. Loved the bow too lol Louise

  517. Kayleen Page says:

This was great!! I love all things sheep, so Plaid Sheep Company was a fave. I spied a gray sheep mug and will be ordering one. Reminded me of your red sheep mug that I use every day. Loved the quilt with Tiggs, she did an amazing job for a first time. The Lone star quilt your husband bought was gorgeous and in awe of all the handwork. All the shops were wonderful and considering a road trip to OH next year. Thank you for doing this!

  518. Erin Hayes says:

Enjoyed watching both videos! Can’t wait to do this shop hop with my mom next fall! I’m excited to see all the shops but did love the lone star quilt the most!

  519. Patricia Ritter says:

Thank you for the tour. I have visited the Plaid Sheep and think it is a wonderful shop. I love their wool selections and patterns. They have lots of good stuff!

  520. Fran Sakelarides says:

I love the Plaid Sheep shop. I’d like to buy the Holiday Cut Ups pattern you mentioned by Suzette Miller but I can’t find it on their website.

  521. Kathy Carter says:

Loved them all but Miller’s dry goods was my favorite. I loved to drive thru the Amish Country. Great quilt shops and my husband’s favorite are the baked goods.

  522. Suzanne Kempton says:

Hello Corey, oh my goodness I soooooo enjoyed these videos, coming from Australia it was so wonderful to see the areas on the drive along with the quilt shops. I will confess I was sad when they finished as I didn’t want them to end. Well done to both you and Ryan for such a great job. When I saw you lovingly look at the Peachy Keen Lone Star and then it went on the bed I was hopeful that it came home with you and so happy when I saw you had it. What a lovely husband to do that at such a special time for you both. Again many many thanks for all what you do in the quilting community.

Also if you can let Ginny fromPlaidSheep Company know that she did an awesome job on Tiggs’s Garden Quilt. My favourite.

  523. Lorena Covarrubias says:

Thank you for taking us along on this wonderful shop hop! All the shops were amazing! Great videos, I was glad to see the shops and want to gather my girlfriends for a road trip soon. Thanks for sharing.

  525. Nelva Bohannan says:

Thankyou for the wonderful tour! I loved all the shops. Each one had so much variety to offer. I think my favorite one was the one in Sugar Creek. That area of town with its beautiful buildings may me think that’s what Ohio is supposed to look like. Thanks again for all of the wonderful things you bring to us on your channel. Also so proud for you and Ryan on your anniversary. I was so glad he surprised you with that gorgeous quilt!

  526. Justine Ralston says:

Love “visiting” all the shops with you. I have been to a few of them and they are some of my favorites. The Lonestar quilt is beautiful!

  527. Denise says:

I absolutely LOVED both videos of the Amish country shop hop. I saved them in my YouTube folder to watch again and again. It inspired me so much I’m looking into possibly making a move to central Ohio. My mom’s family is from the Jamestown/Mayville area of western New York State and I spent a number of summers as a teen and adult going to Amish farms to purchase quilts, produce and even had a harness made for one of my horses. These videos brought back such great memories for me and all the shops were wonderful and different in the best of ways. I think Deja Vu quilts was my favorite because I love the bright pallets of their sample quilts and fabric selections but all of them had something terrific to offer. Thank you for sharing these videos with us.
    Denise

  528. Marcia says:

Thanks so much for the shop hop tours, I especially enjoyed all the hand quilting as well as all the sample quilts using your fabrics. So inspirational !

  529. Kathy Bussieres says:

What a fun trip from the comfort of my recliner! All the shops were special in their own way but I’ve always been partial to Lone Star quilts so my favorite would be the Lone Star Shop.

I would love to see these shops plotted out on a map for us!

  530. Carrie Burton says:

I loved them all, but my favorite was Miller Dry Goods with their bow!

  531. Teresa says:

Corey, loved seeing the shops in your part of Ohio. My quilting buddy and I visited many of those shops in 2023 with the All Ohio Shop Hop. Anna Louise was the most amazing but I loved that Helping Hands shop as they had ladies doing hand quilting in the shop and for me there is no better quilt than a hand quilted. Would love to make your shop hop quilt. Wish I could have gotten off work to hop along with you to those stores. Thanks

  532. Merri says:

I really loved them all. Especially Millers Dry goods. I wish I lived close. But Colorado is alittle to far. Happy Holidays

  533. Cindi Schroeder says:

The shop hop videos were great! We always go to all of the shops on day 2 but I learned of new shops for our next vacation in Berlin. I got my bow pattern at Millers Dry Goods when we were there in September. I made a big red bow for the top of my Christmas tree. Love my Saturday mornings with Corey!!

  534. Pam K. says:

The shops in both episodes were UNBELIEVEABLE! I wish I lived closer to the area that I could go in person to see them. The hand quilting on the quilts was one of my favorite parts. Ryan did a great job in showing the hand quilting. Another favorite thing was how each shop created a quilt that was all their own design. Thanks for a very enjoyable two day road trip.

  535. Cheryl P Easton says:

I love the Shop Hop stores. I hope next year you give us a heads up early so we can plan a visit during these special days. Ohio sounds beautiful in fall. Thank you for sharing. All the quilts made were stunning. The bow pattern is so festive for all occasions.

  537. Debra collard says:

Those were two awesome videos. My friends and I traveled from Maine/NH in June 2022. We had an amazing quilting retreat/shopping excursion trip planned. Imagine our surprise to be woken up in the middle of the night on a June 14 by a tornado. . Our first night in Millersburg. Needless to say, most of the surrounding communities were closed due to power issues and storm damage.
We’re able to visit a few shops away from the area. Anna Louise being one. That was an amazing shop. Unfortunately, most the other shops you visited were not open. I had especially wanted to see Millers Dry goods and that amazing covered bridge in Charm. Hopefully, I can get back there for a well deserved do over. Enjoy all your shows, quilts. Patterns. Thanks for giving us this opportunity

  538. Barb T says:

They all looked like great shops! It is really hard to choose a favorite…..kind of like having a favorite grandchild. Can’t choose just one. I liked Fabric Obsession if I have to choose one. It would be so fun to make that trip to visit all of them in person. Thanks for sharing your trip with us, it’s the next best thing to making the trip ourselves.

  542. Sara says:

On my honor, Corey, if you decide to stop quilting and I don’t recommend it, you would make a great tour guide. I loved the Lone Star and Millers Dry Goods. I actually loved them all. I need to go back and watch the first video again, because there was a quilt there that I want the pattern for. Thanks to you, I know want to take a vacation and go to Ohio. Were I live, it is 120 miles between towns and not enough shops to hop to. Thank you for this.

  543. Cindy Matthews says:

Thank you so much for sharing your adventure on the shophop! Though it’s hard to choose, I think Miller’s Dry Goods is my favorite. I live in West Michigan and have heard and read about the shop. It is absolutely beautiful. Happy Anniversary.

I live very close to the Amish area in central Pennsylvania and we have some great quilt shops as well.

  564. Carol B. says:

I really enjoyed you Amish Quilt shop hop. Where I grew up in Iowa we didn’t live to far from an Amish community. I started quilting about 30 years ago and have been to a lot of quilt shops on shop hops, mostly in Nebraska where we have live for almost 20 years but I have slowed down on that now that I am past 80. Don’t have the stamina I used to have but still enjoy quilting, just takes longer than it used to. Love all the shops you visited and the different settings they designed for your blocks. Would love to win the patterns and would put them at the top of my list of quilts I want to make. The quilts I really enjoyed were the ones with the animals and flowers they added to them.

  565. Doralee Gray says:

Thank you so much for taking us along with you!

  572. Lucinda Bice says:

Hi, Corey. I loved all the quilt shops. They are all so special with lots of personality at each one. I was taken aback when you were at Helping Hands and talked to the owner who told us how the shop was started by Elma Mullet. My grandfather was William B. Mullett (he added an extra t at the end of his name). He grew up Amish so hearing my maiden name was so exciting.

  573. Margaret Kooda says:

Such great inspiration. Thank you so much for taking the time to make these videos. My favorite shop was the Plaid Sheep Company and the Tigg’s Garden quilt stole my heat!! Thank you again, Margaret

  591. Caroline Baginski says:

Do you really think we could pick just one shop? It was such fun to watch both videos!

  592. Michael Todd Harris says:

What a fun trip you had. It was beautiful scenery along the drive and beautiful quilts in the stores. I think I enjoyed your last three stops the most the gorgeous hand quilting blew my mind. That solid white one was spectacular! I esp sally loved the Tiggs Garden quilt. The Lone star shop was so awesome especially seeing that Peachy Keene lonestar. It was stunning. When you popped back to your studio for a sign off and had it hanging behind I couldn’t stop grinning it was made for you. Your hubby is a great gifter. Happy belated anniversary. Thanks for sharing. God bless you and yours, Michael Todd

  593. Veronica Johnson says:

I loved them all. I just love all quilt shops and look forward to Shop Hop every year. I would love to find the carpenter’s star pattern shown as one of the shops’ Shop Hop quilt. Thank you for taking us along for the past two Saturdays for the Ohio Shop hop. I enjoyed both episodes, seeing all the beautiful quilts made with your fabric collection, and all the high points you and Ryan highlighted in each of the shops. You are correct – y’all are very lucky to have such a good number of beautiful shops in your area! We had a wonderful field trip with you!

  595. Cathy Smith says:

I very much enjoyed both videos of the shop hop! I have gone with friends in past years to those same shops, and love seeing what they are up to now. I think that my favorite of the shop designed quilts was in Plaid Sheep. The incorporation of birds and such cute flowers (and TIGGS!!!) was so creative and bright. One of the things that I have always loved about Helping Hands is the quilt frame with quilt mounted off to the side, hand quilting in progress. That shop is always high on my list to visit, too. Thank you for sharing, Cory and Ryan! What a lovely vicarious shop hop for us to experience!

  596. Roxanne Sherburne says:

Dear Corey, Loved seeing the Quilt shops on the hop! You are so lucky to live in this area in Ohio. Loved the Helping Hands Quilt Shop as well as the Lonestar Quilt Shop. 598. Sushma Kumar says:

Hi Cory , It was very informative and interesting to watch the Ohio Hop Shop tour that you brought to us. The most interesting part was the hand quilted quilts . It’s amazing to see how beautiful work Amish quilters are doing. The best ones is the lone star quilt that caught my attention. All of your fabric collections are adorable. I am sewing along the mystery block of the month with you using your Cali &Co collection and going to do another project using a bloom collection. I received a cross-stitch panel in Sew sampler box from Fat quarter shop . That I am cross stitching. Have some questions about those embroidered blocks how to incorporate them in the quilt. Do they need interfacing in order to long arm quilting ? I watch your videos regularly and enjoy them a lot . You are my favourite designer.

  599. Mena Weigant says:

My local quilt shop, The Quilting Studio in Tulsa, Oklahoma always has a nice display of your fabrics. It’s always fun to see it in person. Thank you for the generous giveaway.

I love the Peachy Keen Lone Star quilt! That fabric line came out just before my dear sewing friend passed away from breast cancer. She also owned a peach orchard. I made each of her children some hot pads from a peachy keen layer cake. I have often wished i had made a quilt from that fabric line. I am amazed at the hand quilting you showcased in your videos. Someday I will have to visit the Lonestar shop. It was so fun to see each of the shops and the variety there in. Thanks for all the fun viewing.

  605. I LOVED these videos! What a wonderful husband you have to sneak back and grab you that quilt! I enjoyed seeing all the shops but like you Miller’s Dry Goods is special to me too. 606. Judy says:

Corey, Thank you for taking us with you on this shop hop. I have ordered from Millers Dry Goods online in the past and was very excited to see it with you. The quilts were just stunning! The hand quilting was so beautiful. Plus the scenery on the drive-I can’t tell you how wonderful it was to feel like I was part of the world again. Wishing you and your family a very blessed and Merry Christmas!

Thank you for highlighting the wonderful shops we have in Ohio. Luckily these shops are not closing like so many of our shops in the Columbus area. They all have their different personalities. But if I could only visit one it would probably be Anna Louisa’s. I visit Lone Star and Millers the most often because of location. I do a couple quilt retreats a year in Berlin.

  632. Nancy Wisniewski says:

Helping Hands was my favorite shop. I fell in love with the layout they created for the 12 blocks. The Quilt spoke to me the moment I saw it. Thanks for sharing this wonderful adventure.

These were such fun visits! Thank you, Corey, for taking us all along in your shop hop! I can’t pick just one shop as they each had interesting fabrics and displays. I know that if we ever visit Holmes County again (we did several years ago) I would revisit these videos and visit the shops and delightful towns!

  636. Gail Whitaker says:

It’s hard to choose as they were all so unique in their own way! Thank you for doing the Shop Hop so we could all see what’s out there.

  637. Kathy says:

Corey, such a wonderful trip to follow you through all the quilt shops in your backyard. The quilts were all beautiful. And, that anniversary gift was fantastic. Again, thank you for letting us all tag along.

  638. Marcy H says:

I’m not sure you could have picked a more difficult question to answer! It was so fun to see them all. If I have to choose one shop, I will pick Sew Deja Vu. I spotted the zippered pouch made with Beautiful Day fabrics hanging near the display of Lella Boutique fabrics & reached out to them about it. I think my first attempt at a zippered pouch may be happening soon.

Thanks to you & Ryan for taking us on such a fun tour! How amazing that you could visit that many shops in 2 days. My “local” quilt shops had a Snowman Shuffle shop hop several years ago and I almost didn’t make it to the 4th shop in one day & certainly didn’t have time for leisurely shopping due to the distance between shops.

  639. Kristie Jones Kristie Jones says:

    Hi Corey,

Loved your shop hop tour! My favorite was Miller’s dry goods. What a sweet lady running that shop and the varieties of offerings there. That bow is a bonus as well. I have gone to their website and am putting things in my cart that I can’t find here in Houston Texas…Thanks and very Merry Christmas to you and yours.

  640. Katja Krull says:

Thank you for taking us on the shop hop tour. So many beautiful stores.

  641. Rachel Summy says:

So hard to list just one shop, but here goes, Chestnut Ridge in Millersburg. Would have enjoyed looking at all the nooks and crannies with you there. And what tops it off is I’m also a Bernina machine gal! This was such a fun time exploring Ohio with you and Ryan! Thanks for all you do to inspire us quilters!!

  642. Karen Williams says:

What a wonderful tour of the quilt shops! Thank you so much to both you and Ryan for taking us along with you!

  643. Sonia says:

I loved seeing all of the shops you visited in the videos. I want to shop them all.

  644. Elaine Mitzel says:

I enjoyed watching all your videos! The shop hop was awesome! Thanks for sharing.

  645. Judi Jamieson says:

I liked all of the shops but Miller’s Dry Goods was my favorite. Thank you for sharing your road trip with us. I can see a road trip of my own to visit these shops in person. Thank you for all you do and giving us inspiration to continue learning and creating quilts of love.

  646. Mary Conrad says:

Love your videos! Particularly loved seeing the quilt shops on the tour.

  647. Laurie Talbott says:

My favorite shop is Anna Louisa’s. Love, love, love the wool room and all the reproduction fabrics they have as well the current fabrics out.
I sure enjoyed watching both parts of the quilt shop hop videos and seeing all the quilts with the abloom fabrics. Thank you for taking us along!!

  648. Lorie Shay says:

Hello Corey! Loved your shop hop and getting a peek into so many wonderful shops. They all were so nice, but I really liked Miller Dry Goods and also Plaid Sheep Co. Loved all the settings for the blocks!

  649. Linda J Andersen says:

I collect BIRDHOUSES! So Fabric Obsession was my 1st choice with their quilt! But, Millers is definitely one I would want to go to and shop! What a fun trip that was to go on with you! xo

  650. Leann Erickson says:

Thank you so much for taking us along on your shop tour. All of the quilts are amazing. The Lone Star quilt is beautiful. I would like to visit this store and I am planning a road trip for next year.

  651. Dawn Nygren says:

I loved all the shops and it is almost impossible to pick one, but I will say Lone Star – since you found that beautiful lone star quilt in your fabric line! I’m hoping to take a road trip to all the shops in the future.

  652. Betty says:

Hi Corey! Thank you for your fabulous videos and this giveaway! I look forward to tuning in whenever you post. I absolutely love that peachy keen lonestar quilt. It just happens to be one of my favorite fabric collections of all time. I learned that blue and peach/corals is one of my favorite color combinations. Fingers crossed about the giveaway, those patterns are so pretty.

  653. Donna Potts says:

Hello Corey, I wanted to say how much I enjoyed your videos on the Ohio shop hop. What fabulous stores you have in that area. I live Florida and have nothing that even comes close to such wonderful shops…so jealous! I’ve enjoyed working with some of your fabrics and patterns. Wishing you and your family a Merry Christmas and a happy and healthy new year.

  654. Beverly says:

I really enjoyed all the quilt shops on the hop. I loved seeing the Lone Star Quilt Shop and all the Lone Star Quilts. My mom made me a lone star quilt when I got married over 50 years ago. She did it all by hand and it’s still very much loved and cherished. Thanks for sharing the shop hop.

  655. Lindsay G says:

I don’t think I can pick just one shop that I liked the most. They are all amazing and had so many different things to highlight at each shop. I am already thinking about planning a shop hop of my own with some friends to visit all of these wonderful shops! This really was a great idea to capture all of the shops on your travels and to share them with all of us! Thanks for always delivering a great Saturday morning video! I look forward to watching them every week! I hop you and your family have a wonderful Christmas!

  656. Janet Sinclair says:

Thank you for taking us along with you on this fun and informative shop hop. I felt like I was there with you. A couple of the shops really caught my eye, Lone Star Quilt Shop and Carlisle Fabrics. I loved the shop hop quilt at Carlisle and all the hand quilted quilts. I also loved the large assortment of DMC floss at Helping Hands. It’s so hard to find a variety of colors of floss at one location.

  657. Terri Cheek says:

I loved watching the shop hop stores! I think my favorite store was Lone Star. The hand quilted quilts you showed were so beautiful.

  658. Terry Grolemund says:

I so enjoyed watching your shop hop adventures. I lived in Ohio several years ago and miss our visits to Amish country. So many good memories. Thanks for sharing.

  659. Connie says:

Thank you, Corey, I love that you and Ryan took time out to do 12 of the shop hops, they all have such beautiful fabrics, and all the different products they have. I think my favorite one is Miller’s Dry Goods they have so many beautiful quilts wall hangings, I see in my future visiting some of the different stores!

  660. Megan S says:

I usually only do the small shop hops each year. I always love these stores and what they do with the years choose fabric line. The abloom fabrics were beautiful in all of the quilts. I bought yardage of the fabrics at each shop. With the plan to make my own quilt as soon as I’m done finishing my Christmas gifts. Thank you for taking us with you on your shop hop! It was great to see those quilts a second time!

  661. Kimberly Green says:

Thank you so much for sharing the shop hop. I didnt participate in my local one this year and now I feel like I did and didnt spend a dime doing it. It does make me want to take a trop to Ohio and visit these shops in person… maybe some day.Have a very Merry Christmas!
    KIM

  662. Terri C. says:

Your visit to Helping Hands Quilt Shop was my favorite! I love all the hand quilted quilts they had. As a previous hand quilter ( before hand arthritis got the best of me) I truly appreciate all the time and effort that went into each and every one of those beautiful quilts.
Thank you for taking us along on your adventure.

  663. Natalie Shamley says:

Thank you for taking us along on the shop hop. Someday I am going to visit that beautiful part of the country. I too love the hand quilting. The first quilt I made I hand quilted. I need to get back to it. Thanks again Corey

  664. Cathy Hughes says:

What a wonderful trip. I did this with friends many years ago. So glad to see these shops are still there! I love Millers and the town of Charm., and Berlin and just the whole area. So worth the visit.

  665. Karen Lantron says:

I simply cannot pick a favorite shop! My favorite item in the shops were all of the quilts they had for sale. And being from Texas, I especially liked the lone star quilts.

  666. Michelle Y Whiting says:

There are so many amazing ships in your area. I was raised in Bellbrook, OH but moved away at age 12. I’ve been to a few shops back there but none of these! I wish I had seen them the last time I was there. Next time… My favorite quilt is Tiggs Garden. I think Millers Dey Goods is my favorite shop. How wonderful to be near so many amazing shops!

  667. Patricia J Hartman says:

What a beautiful journey you took us along on. The quilt Ryan lifted you for your anniversary is so very special! I really enjoyed to bird quilt with Tiggs. Merry Christmas to you and your family. Thank you again for the awesome tour.

  668. Joy Roberts says:

Good morning! I’m coming to you from Boone NC where I am visiting my daughter. I so much enjoy watching the unique and lovely Ohio Amish country quilting culture! This shop hop tour has really put me in the mood for cozy sewing and Corey Yoder fabric goodness!

  669. KT says:

Loved all the beautiful quilt shops you have in Ohio!!! Thanks for sharing!

  670. Amy Ferris says:

That Lone Star quilt is just stunning! Im so glad it came home with you.

  671. Sharon Palmer says:

I enjoyed seeing all of the shops you visited, but I think my favorite was Millers Dry Goods. Thank you for taking us on your Shop Hop journey.

  672. Jeanne Rupp says:

Loved looking at all the quilt shops. Millers dry goods was amazing. Thanks always enjoy your videos and love your fabrics.

  673. Karen Uhrik says:

Thank you and your husband for letting us join you on this 2 day shop hop. I loved the creativity from each shop. They were amazing!!! You live in a beautiful area!! I always look forward to your Saturday videos.

  674. Darlene says:

    Hi Corey,
I loved the quilt at Lone Star Quilt Shop. Called the Lone Star quilt, the fact it was hand quilted really inspired me to try hand quilting. It was breath taking!!
Thank you for the fun ride to all the quilt shops!

  675. Katie Benchoff says:

Thank you for taking us on you tour! I want to visit all the shops, but will wait til spring when these frigid temps are gone. I really want to visit Helping Hands and check out the cross stitch pattern blocks!

  676. Michele R says:

First, congratulations to you and Ryan on your anniversary. Judging by his thoughtful, beautiful gift to you, he’s a keeper. The shop hop was wonderful. I was especially impressed by the many different settings from each Shop Hop quilt. They were all so different, yet all so beautiful! The different shades used for the background fabrics was inspiring. To pick one shop as a favorite is impossible, so my top 3 are Fabric Obsession due to it’s bright, uplifting colors, Sew Deja Vu with the funky zippers and bold, modern colors (the Windswept quilt),and Lone Star because of the Wow factor in the Shop Hop quilt. Your shops reminded me of the shops around my area; I’m 20 minutes away from the PA Lancaster County Amish, which still sell hand quilted quilts as well. I remember you said early in your marriage, maybe on your honeymoon? you went into a quilt shop in Intercourse PA and bought fabric. What fun, all these years later, to go on a Shop Hop in Ohio Amish country with you.

  677. Mary Anne Flowers says:

Hi Corey – Joining you on the Shop Hop was awesome! It is almost impossible to choose only one favorite but I would say it’s Lone Star quilts – seemed a great combination of quilting “supplies” including machines but also completed samples hanging up that inspire more creativity! Belated Happy Anniversary to you and your husband!

  678. Deb Cook says:

Loved your tour of the Ohio quilt shops, especially Helping Hands with all the hand quilted projects. So many ideas with your Abloom fabrics. Thank you for sharing these video’s. Missing the feel of the Amish crafts after moving to the Lonestar state from the Midwest. Always looking forward to your Saturday videos for inspiration.

  679. Margaret says:

Miller’s Dry Goods was my favorite but wish to visit them all…a little far down the road because I live in California…thank you for sharing!

  680. Rhonda Barton says:

Hello Coriander Quilts and Merry Christmas. A Quilting Shop Hop, what an exciting event. Having 12 Quilt Shops within driving distance, i am so jealous!!! My closest Quilt Shop is 45 minutes away, and all others are over an hour-and-a-half. It is so hard to choose which shop is my favorite, probably easier to choose my favorite things at each shop. I did love the way Anna Louisa’s had such a cozy look, and I loved the one quilt you panned by. Thank you for taking us on your adventure!!!

  681. futuristicnut2765869d9f says:

What a wonderful show you put together highlighting some of my favorite shops in Ohio. With each quilt shop you visited I learned something new. Plaid Sheep is one of my most favorite because I always get that comfort of home feeling. The sample quilt that Plaid Seep made was absolutely beautiful because it told a story. Great shop hop videos and highlighting some of Ohio’s amazing quilt shops!

  682. Mary Lou Denesowicz says:

Thank you for sharing your 2025 Ohio shop hop journey. So many wonderful shops, hard to choose a favorite. Miller’s Dry Goods reminds me of a shop we had in PA that was on the second floor of a grocery store. It was great because you didn’t need an excuse to go fabric shopping!!

Kudos to your hubs on filming & driving … bonus points for going back to Lone Star and purchasing that gorgeous Beautiful Day Lone Star quilt!! 👍🏻

  683. Suzanne wolffer says:

Love ur sat videos, your quilt shops are so homey. The hand quilting is so beautiful. I just did your barn star pattern and did big stitch on it from your videos came out great, still need to do the binding, all thanks to ur videos

  684. Paula Seagraves says:

Hi Corey! I so enjoyed your Shop Hop videos! I live in Northern Kentucky and hope to visit some of the shops soon. So many beautiful fabrics and quilts and goodies!! Thank you and Ryan for sharing your journey with us. Hope your holidays are merry and joyous!

  685. zealoussensationally0cddc02f9e says:

My favorite was Chestnut Ridge Fabric Shop and my favorite part was the discussion on Flange Binding. I have been doing this for several years and I let each quilt talk to me and that’s how I know which quilt gets it and which one doesn’t.

    Diana
    Knoxville, Tennessee

  686. Leigh Phillips says:

What a fun road trip! I would love to do something like that someday. Than you so much for sharing in all the fun and thanks for all your videos and tutorials. They are such an inspiration!

  687. Donna says:

I’d like to say THANK YOU Ryan & Corey for such a nice job on the Shop Hop field trip. I don’t get to visit shops much and found this enjoyable. Now I see why I was unable to buy Abloom Springtime Rose in Robins Egg for my borders 😉

  688. Becky McClellan says:

Thank you so much for sharing your Ohio Shop Hop with us. I’m hoping to make strip to visit some of these someday!

  689. l says:

This was sew fun to go with you and your husband on this shop hop. Our Down by the River Quilt group traveled there in August and it was fun to revisit the shops with you.

  690. Linda Taylor says:

I so enjoyed seeing all the quilt shops! I live in west central Pennsylvania and am going to try to convince my husband to take a few days to travel to Holmes county.

  691. Sandra Stevens says:

Loved the shop hop tours! Such beautiful viewing of all the fabrics, quilts, & crafts! What fun you must have had. My favorite quilt was Tigg’s Garden! The shop with the bow pattern caught my eye as well. So beautiful! I can’t pick one shop. They are all so lovely with their own uniqueness! How wonderful to live in such a stitchy community. God bless and have a wonderful and Merry Christmas!

  692. Anita Noland says:

Thank you for taking us along on your shop hop adventures! What great quilt shops and am excited to explore them further online!! Am really glad Ryan purchased the Lonestar quilt made with Peachy Keen. It is beautiful and it is perfect in your home!!

  693. Jenn Patterson says:

Thank you for sharing this adventure with us. I love seeing different fabric shops and seeing all the different ways that make them unique.

  694. Jeannie Walen says:

I loved your trip through Amish country. It’s so hard to pick one shop there were so many great parts to each one. I would have purchased ten times the amount you did. Thank you so much for sharing your trip with us.

  695. Rebecca Papadopoulou says:

Hi Corey, what a brilliant two weeks it’s been, watching all these wonderful shops you have near you! I loved them all but I especially loved the Helping Hands quilt shop, it was the never ending hand quilted quilts that won me over! And what a history this shop has!

  696. Teresa L Ayars says:

Oh my! The choices. Originally I’m from SW Ohio living in the center of Pennsylvania now. I travel across Ohio to visit family and never make it to Amish. The beautiful blenders and basics got my attention at Chestnut Ridge sewing! I’d definitely head to that section first.

  697. Twila Stone says:

What a great tour! Especially loved seeing all the handquilted quilts. The Lonestar shop was amazing!

  698. Charmaine Wardrop says:

Corey, thank you for taking the time and showing all these wonderful shops.
I was born in Ohio but was brought to Washington State at 6 months old. I read voraciously about the areas my biological father’s family is from. Your video highlights a few of those places in your stops.
I especially loved the Helping Hands Quilt Shop because of the hand stitching. It amazes me to know people “stick threaded needles through a few layers of fabric” and a beautifully stitched masterpiece evolves. I re-watched that section a couple times. Still in awe!
I am a sucker for cheater panels, and have multiple yards of both your Abloom and Camille’s Nantucket Summer.❤️
    Thank you again!

  699. Gina WYLIE says:

Loved both fabulous videos! Carlisle Fabric & Quilts is my favorite choice. The shoppe’s quilt is beautifully designed! The hand quilting is an added bonus. The owner seemed so delightful! Would enjoy meeting her myself. I’d definitely take time to visit if in the area. Thank you so much for taking us on this journey. Hope you can do this again.

  700. Judy DeLaet says:

I loved them all! Its to hard to pick a favorite. Thank you for bringing us along on your shop hop!

  701. Barbara Costello says:

I think my favorite shop on the tour was Miller’s Dry Goods. The quilt she designed was so beautiful and I loved the big pieces in the setting. I also loved the way her shop was organized. I’m sure that picking fabrics for a quilt would be much easier with all of the colors grouped into colors like she had hers. I also liked them lying down flat instead of standing on end. Thanks again for the wonderful tour. 😍

  702. Elizabeth A. Jameson says:

I think I liked Chestnut Ridge the best. Probably because of the Berninas but also because it was so close to The Plaid Sheep. I hope to visit that are and hit all the shops that I can this coming year and your video helped me to know where all the stores are located! Thank you so much!

  703. Janis Taylor says:

Thank you so much for the great videos on the quilt shops. I loved the quilt at the last shop that was made with the blocks, but it was extremely difficult to choose from all the shops. I enjoyed your tours so much it makes me want to get a few friends together and make a trip to Ohio to visit all the shops. Thank you for all you do for us!

  704. Annette Ellis says:

You are very fortunate to live by so many wonderful quilt shops. It was so hard to choose one quilt shop over the other ones. They are all so beautiful and offer just a vast array of products. I was saying while I was watching , Corey, you need to buy the Lone Star quilt done in peach keen fabrics. How nice of Ryan to buy it for your anniversary. How thoughtful. Wishing you both a very happy anniversary and Merry Christmas. Thank you for taking me along on the shop hop!

  705. dianna58 says:

Thanks for the tour of the shops have been to about half but hope to do more now
I loved the trunk show I attended on the Tuesday night with a friend

  706. Patty Ahearn says:

Loved all the shops and could see me making several purchases! Especially enjoyed seeing quilts that were hand quilted. My favorite was Millers Dry Goods. Thanks for the wonderful videos!

  707. Kathy says:

I really liked all of the shops. If I had to pick just one, it would be Anna Louisa’s quilt shop. I really liked the wood walls. It made it cozy in there. There was also a lot of inspiration hanging on the walls.

  708. Cathy Corley says:

I loved all the quilt shops but I liked Anna Louisa’s shop and Miller’s Dry Goods and I loved the quilt Tigg’s Garden…so cute!! Wish I could make another trip out to the Amish Country…it is so beautiful. Thanks for all of the tours.

  709. Carolyn Keierleber says:

Thank you for your shops hop videos. I love seeing the great variety of quilts and the cute shops you visited. I have long loved the Lone Star pattern and am thrilled that your kind husband purchased the peachy keen hand-quilted one for you. It’s beautiful.

  710. Mary Jane Rieg says:

All the shops are fabulous. I went on the shop hop and had a really hard time choosing a favorite. I honestly was so excited about each featured quilt that I didn’t really pay attention to the ready made quilts in Holmes County. Now I want to go back and browse those. Thanks for your videos. I enjoy them every Saturday. I enjoyed your trunk show and meeting you and Ryan and Nicole.

  711. Rachel Perez says:

I can’t pick just one shop, they all we unique. It was fun to see some of the places I have read about in my Amish books I like to read.
Hope to get out that way this spring or summer.

  712. Jayne Foster says:

I really liked seeing how different it is to here in the UK. We do have fabric shops but not as many as you in the USA. I loved all the different settings for the Shop Hop blocks but I did really like the Millers Dry Store quilt I love the carpenters star (my husband is a carpenter) and I hope to make a big one like theirs for him one day. I’m still quite new to quilt making and am in awe of the hand quilting that was in the shops (loved the Lone Star Shop and quilts) Love all your fabrics and have all the Barn star patterns with the intension of making them all (one day). Thank you for taking the time to do videos every Saturday and for sharing your fabric, blocks/quilts and extensive knowledge.
Merry Christmas and have a great New Year
    God bless

  713. Penney Murren says:

Well now I’m really bummed! My husband took us to the Football Hall of Fame in Canton, a trip from Colorado. He didn’t tell me about all the quilt shops! We might need to make another trip!! Thank you so much for sharing, amazing how each of the settings of the blocks were so different. Some very talented quilters there! Amazing two episodes. Thanks again.

  714. Angela Mason says:

Dear Corey, thank you for sharing the absolutely beautiful quilt shops! I’m an ohio girl myself. I don’t live very far from these shops. My favorite ones that I visit often are the Medina shops, plaid sheep, helping hands, and Carlisle fabrics & quilts.. I’m a hand quilter and love getting my threads and notions from these shops. They have such great selection on patterns also. Have a merry Christmas! ❤️

  715. Kathy Sumulong says:

Hi Corey, I enjoyed both your videos of shop hop. I liked them all but the Plaid Sheep Co you mentioned along with the Homespun fabrics caught my eye. This will make a great quilt for a family member up north. Merry Christmas and enjoy your time with family.

  716. CATHY SMITH says:

I was born and raised in southern Ohio and now live in Oklahoma. Your travels made me a bit homesick, especially for all the great quilt stores and fabric ‘opportunities’. 🙂 Thank you.

  717. DebbieLiz K. says:

Thank you for taking us along with you on Holmes County’s shop hop. Seeing all the wonderful shops and listening to your commentary highlighting the beautiful quilts, fabrics , patterns, and notions is amazing. The photography and editing enhance the experience watching your videos. I can’t decide which quilt and setting is my favorite but every one is tempting to make.
A trip to Holmes County quilt shops is now a must.

  718. Gloria beadle says:

Hi Corey, thanks so much for taking us along for the shop. My favorite shop was millers dry goods. I have always wanted to visit. Again thank you

  719. Sandy says:

What a lovely tour!!! I’m in PA, not too far away. I think I may just have try the same tour. A favorite????? That’s too hard. Each one was unique, I enjoyed them all. What a sweet husband to purchase the lone star quilt for you. Happy anniversary,,!!!

Thanks for all you do in the quilting community!

  720. lovingmaker3279e8426b says:

I liked all the shops I even looked them up online and went to their websites. I found some of the stuff I was missing and was able to get fabric to complete some projects that I had wanted to do. Millers dry goods looked fun because I love the owl quilt. my favorite was the Plaid Sheep with the Tigs garden quilt. As we have a family that includes 9 cats. I would love to make that quilt. If course adding all my cats.

  721. Laura R says:

I liked Chestnut Ridge Sewing shop. I noticed the Featherweight sewing machine while you were talking about the longarm sewing machines. I have been to each shop and could never pick a favorite, it would be like trying to choose my favorite child.

  722. Corey Tibbs says:

I thoroughly enjoyed your giving us a peek in your local quilt shops. You have such a great variety to choose from. Miller Dry goods is a favorite of mine.
How lovely that Ryan got you that beautiful Lone Star quilt for your anniversary. What a great quilt to cherish for years to come. The perfect use of Peachy Keen fabrics is inspiring.

  723. Barbara Brooks says:

These shops are all my favorites as I am from Ohio and try to visit these shops at least once or twice a year. My first love is Miller Dry Goods. On one of my first visits there when I found the Moda collections, I remember commenting to a friend, “We’ve hit the mother load”. Haha. So true. ❤️

  724. Elizabeth Lenderink says:

This two-part series was amazing! Thank you to both you and Ryan. I have never been to Ohio but now you have me dreaming of a fall getaway! Every shop did an amazing job with the setting and I love how all the blocks are different but look like they are meant to be in the same quilt!

  725. Sheryl Coleman says:

I liked AnnaLouisa’s Quilt Shop. I’ve wanted to try working with wool. The selection looked amazing! I agree with you. The displays were striking. I live in Ohio and would love to travel there.

  726. Deb Worthman says:

What a happy surprise for an anniversary gift!

  727. Roxie Tew says:

I liked Miller’s Dry Goods in Charm, Ohio the best of all the quilt shops. The reason is I love the quilt they designed with big pieces and panel parts from your fabric. It was gorgeous and looks so easy to make and fast!

  728. Dawn says:

Carlisle Fabrics & Quilts was my favorite shop. I went to that shop a few years ago when I was visiting my friend. The shop hop quilt there is my favorite. Thanks for taking us on your shop hop adventure. I really enjoyed it.

  729. Sara C says:

I loved the Helping Hands quilt shop and the design for the quilt. Loved seeing the hand quilting ! Thanks for letting everyone tag along!

  730. phylcat70 says:

I thoroughly enjoyed your last two shows on the quilt shops. As far as a favorite, I cannot say because they ALL had beautiful quilts, fabrics, notions, etc. It is too hard to pick just one. What a blessing to have so many near you! There are only two near me in VA!
    Thanks you Corey!
    Phyllis

  731. Michele M. Bresso says:

The Miller’s Dry Goods store is the one I was most curious about because a friend had mentioned it to me two months ago. It’s her favorite store! Thanks to your video, I was able to see it for myself and enjoy the quilty goodness. Thanks, Corey! 😀

  732. Cindy Wilkinson-Claggett says:

All the shops were great! My favorite shop was Helping Hands with the packaged embroidery blocks.

  733. Judy Moore says:

The Shop Hop tour was fantastic. I so enjoyed seeing the countryside. and fell in love with the Ohio River Valley long ago on a trip. Especially liked following the horse and buggy. Every quilt shop has something special to offer that it is difficult to select just one. It would be wonderful to visit them all. The shop which offered embroidery quilt blocks is so unusual that I would probably select that one as my favorite. I believe it is the Miller’s Dry Goods store. I did purchase the Abloom cross stitch panel for future project as soon as I finish the appliqué quilt I started several years ago. Thank you for a wonderful two week trip.

  734. Roxy Seh says:

Thank you so much for your videos through Ohio. I live in Arizona but I was born and raised in Pennsylvania where the Amish community was prominent. There is only one quilt shop where I live now. I think I need to move back home😁.I must say your video made me homesick.Your so lucky to have all those quilt shops near by.

  735. Rosanna Mize says:

I loved your tour of the amazing quilt shops! My favorite is the Lone Star Quilt Store. I love the Lone Star quilts and I’ve made a few. I never saved one for myself however. I love quilting and gifting them to family and friends, or even as charity money raising, and even to our American Veterans. Thank you for this opportunity! Have a very blessed week!

  736. Maryanne says:

I loved watching your shop hop. They were all pretty and I just loved Polka Dot Pincushion. Many of our local shops have closed in the past 5 years so seeing all these shops was wonderful

  737. breadbriskly671e0d44bd says:

I loved your hop shop videos. What a beautiful anniversary present. The colors are just stunning. All the shops were very unique and beautiful. You live in a beautiful part of Ohio. Merry Christmas!!!!

I loved watching your tour of quilts shops. I especially loved the LoneStar Quilt shop and the quilt that Matt bought.

  739. Brenda Wikoff says:

The Helping Hands Quilt Shop had two beautiful quilts that caught my eye. I loved the whole cloth hand quilted white quilt. What a keeper! The shop hop quilt’s color placement was exceptonal. It was so much fun to travel with you via video and meet such talent.

  740. Sara Beaudoin-Cook says:

It looks like you and Ryan had lots of fun those 2 days. It looked so amazing to see all the beautiful quilts. I am amazed you walked away with so little but I’m sure it was challenging. I so appreciate you sharing the shop hop adventures.

  741. Heidi Bartle says:

I loved all 12 shops and have recently started quilting (about a year ago). It is addicting. I have made new friends and would love to do a three day trip from Michigan with my new friends down to these shops. Thanks for the detailed information about them.

  742. Sue W says:

I loved ALL of the shops. I particularly love the Lone Star Quilt Shop with all of the hand quilted quilts. My mother, 90, was a hand quilter and I cherish the ones that I received. Her poor crippled hands from holding the hoop are “resting” now as she is in Hospice and only days left. 🙁 But, the legacy she left us with her beautiful quilts will go on and on!

  743. Cheryl Sharp says:

Impossible to pick a favorite!! They all have such unique character and charm. Seeing you traveling to each shop took me back to my childhood and reminded me how much I loved passing through the small towns with my parents on weekend road trips. I grew up in the Columbus area and although we moved to Fla when I started high school, I truly love the memories of living in Ohio.

Thank you for your videos and all you do ♥️

  744. Hope Volpe says:

I loved the Tiggs Garden setting best – I can’t believe that was her first large quilt design!

  745. Norma Cooper says:

My husband & I visited Holmes County during December. My husband shopped at Keim Home Center while I went to Miller’s Dry Goods. I bought fabric for a Christmas themed quilt while I was there!
Thanks for showcasing so many quilt shops. Each has something special to share with visitors. The bow pattern you showed looks intriguing, too.

  746. Nancy Watson says:

Hello Corey, having visited all the quilt shops it’s always so hard to pick a favorite! So, I just go to all of them and enjoy what each and every one of them has to offer! I look forward to Saturdays and watching your tutorials. I also am a Tilda lover and have made your proposal pattern in her fabric. Thanks for your smiling face and joyful personality. It truly brightens up my day.

  747. Patti says:

This was so fun to watch!! Some really amazing shops. I think my favorite was the Lone Star shop, all the hand quilting was so beautiful and amazing!! I kept telling you, you need to take that lone star quilt home 😂. Glad it made it home e with you ❤️

  748. Linda Friend says:

Oh my goodness what a wonderful part of our country you are blessed to live in. I absolutely love this tour of the shops. I cannot begin to pick a favorite. Thank you so much for sharing the shop hop with us. Kudos to Ryan. He did an amazing job keeping up with you!

  749. Regina Apple says:

I love how you took us along for the shop hop. After just having back surgery a little over a week ago I felt like I got to get out and go with you to the shops…lol.

I loved the helping hands quilt they put together and the hand quilting was so beautiful. And then I loved Tigg’s Garden quilt. That was so creative and she did a wonderful job especially being her first time to create something like that.

Corey, I love how you as a designer mention other designers fabrics and even show that you use them in your personal sewing, that says a lot about you. You area great example of supporting and encouraging others. 🥰

  750. Tammy Riemer says:

I love Holmes County. I loved Miller’s Dry Goods and Plaid Sheep. Loved all the samples and all the fabric and sweet notions. For 4 years we lived in Ohio…2 years in Columbus and 2 years in Bowling Green. In fact our first son was born in Bowling Green. Such great memories❣️

  751. Ginger Seidensticker says:

Oh my gosh the HELPING HANDS quilt shop was my favorite! I’ve hand-quilted only two small baby quilts (gifts) and a table runner, but seeing that shop makes me want to try even more!!

  752. Lorraine Piche says:

Such a fun arm chair shop hop- I would love to see all the shop but north east Alberta Canada is a little too far. I love the Miller Dry Good shop but truly would love to see them all

  753. Cheryl Serafini says:

Oh my goodness, Corey thank you for showing us around the shop hop stores. All that beautiful countryside scenery and stunning shops . My favourite store even though I’m not a hand quilter was Helping Hands- swooning over the stunning craftsmanship

  754. Debi Frick says:

Thank you for taking us along on your shop hop. All of the shops are wonderful and it’s hard to pick just one. I like Miller Dry Goods and wish I lived closer (in Wisconsin). I like their fabric selections, the layout of the shop, and the shop decor. I love your patterns and fabric and look forward to your videos each week!!

  755. Thank you for taking us along on your shop hop journey! Each store offered something unique. I want to visit them all! Since I can’t chose a favorite store, I chose the most unique quilt for the shop hop, from The Plaid Sheep quilt shop.

Did the shop offer patterns or kits for their quilt designs using the hop blocks?

What were the price ranges for those gorgeous hand-quilted quilts? I LOVE that your husband got you the Lonestar Peachy Keen quilt. Your face lite up when you were showing us that quilt and I wanted you to have it!

  756. Kimberly Erpelding says:

I loved the quilt at Carlisle Quilts and Fabrics. It was awesome. I love your videos. So pleasant to listen and watch. So glad Ryan purchased the Lone Star quilt for you on your anniversary. I have fondness for lone star quilts because I am from Texas “The Lone Star State”. I would love to be able to do Ohio’s Amish Country Shop Hop.

  757. Elena Battles says:

The quilted bow at Miller’s Dry Goods was darling! My favorite of the trip, although there were so many pieces that caught my eye. Wonderful shop hop – thank you for the virtual trip!

  758. Diane Busbin says:

Thank you for taking us on the shop hop with you. So many great stores. Here in South Georgia we dont have any quilt shops. We have to drive 3 hours north or over to the next state for fabric. All the shop hop quilts were fantastic. I think that the Dry Goods store showed so many different ways to make and display fabrics and quilted items .

  759. Laura Whicker says:

I loved that you have taken us along on a shop hop. My favorite shop is on Day 2 at Miller’s Dry Goods. I really loved her large oversized star quilt that the owner had created. It was amazing and I was trying to find that pattern to make for my own bed. And I also loved the bow that was made. That was really super cute. I loved how they displayed the bolts of fabric on their sides instead of standing on end. You can really see the fabric better. And they had them coordinated by color which is a big help for me. That shop was amazing! Thanks again for the tour

  760. Nancy Page says:

I loved watching the shop hop. I think my favorite was PlaidSheet, but each had so many beautiful displays. I’d love to visit all those cute shops. Thank you!

  761. Margaret Wilson says:

I loved the shop hop videos. I just finished doing the All New England Shop Hop and had so much fun. My favorite quilts were the first with the bird houses and the one with Tiggs Garden. The hand quilting was amazing. I might like to try the Ohio hop next year.

  762. Kathy Gerhart says:

Thank you so much for taking us along. Your country side reminded me of Lancaster, Pa farm land. I found all of the shops were beautiful and would love to shop at all of them. I did love all of the quilt designed for the shop hop. I love the Plaid Sheep’s Quilt. So pretty. How many times can I say “love”. Your Lone Star quilt is perfect and made for a special gift for you. Again, thank you for sharing your trip.

  763. Kathy Burns says:

Thank you for these great videos of the Shop Hop! I loved seeing all the fabric and quilts. I have actually put this on my calendar as a possible trip to take next fall. So many beautiful shops, I don’t know that I could pick a favorite, but I would definitely like to visit Miller’s Dry Goods. You did a great job of showing us around all the shops and your husband did a fabulous job filming and putting the videos together seamlessly. Thank you for sharing your trip with us

  764. Lisa Keller says:

I truly enjoyed your two days of shop hopping in Ohio. My favorite shop shown was Miller’s Dry Goods. I would love to visit all of these shops too.

  765. Becky Parker says:

I truly loved shop hopping with you on these 2 videos! Quilt shopping in Amish communities of Ohio is on my bucket list! I loved them all but the one I like the most would be Helping Hands. 766. Camelle says:

    Love seeing all the quilts

  767. Tracy Backstrom Thurber says:

  768. Kira Headlee says:

I would love to win this. I actually and delayed in watching the video this week but I am catching up and while all of the quilts were beautiful I fell in love with the Lone Star Quilt Company finishing pattern. I have already reached out to them about seeing about the pattern. Maybe I will be lucky enough to win this to help complete it but I have some other ideas as well.

  769. Linda Lane says:

I absolutely loved watching you visit all of the quilt shops. I was in the area in the fall and recognized several of the shops. But…had no idea that there were so many more that I missed. I can’t wait to plan another trip to the area to revisit several and to scope out ones I missed.
In a time where the internet is filled with negativity, it is so enjoyable to watch a video that is so wholesome and it brings a sweet peace to my soul.
Your family values are a breath of fresh air.
It would certainly be a bonus to be lucky enough to win a prize!
Thank you and Ryan for sharing this lovely experience.

  779. Sonya Jurnak says:

Hi Corey thank you for the great videos I love to watching the two shop hop videos I’ve watched them a couple times now. Unfortunately right now that’s all I can do is rewatch your videos but I’m learning a lot that I missed the first time through. I really loved Miller dry goods because the owl quilt really caught my attention owls are my favorite. My most favorite of all was Plaid Sheep because we are a family of cats also 9 to be exact. I really appreciated the Tigsy’s Garden quilt. Absolutely gorgeously adorable, all in one.

It’s always nice to see such lovely quilts. I especially liked the Lone Star quilt store with all the beautiful hand quilted quilts. I wish I had the patience and time to hand quilt. The closest I’ve come is a pillow and that took me two months to complete! Appreciate all of your videos and fabric lines. Hope your sister and baby are doing well.

Thanks for taking us all along on your lovely shop hop. I think my favorite shop was the Plaid Sheep Company was my favorite. In part because of their quilt for the hop. It told a story. (The Stitch Obsession quilt for the hop was my second favorite…I seem to have a thing for birds!). In addition to the quilt, I found that I like the smaller projects on their website…seriously considering the towel of the month club…and I “need” to make some seasonal pillow wraps! Again, thanks for the chance to get to know these shops.
