I did one of those a few years ago! Love mine – love yours
The magic is supposed to happen when you wash it!:)

I am going to be basting today as well. Looks like we will both have sore backs tomorrow 🙂
You are not kidding!–That is always the first thing to bother me. =)
Awwww. And does little girl have toe nail polish? 🙂 The quilt is lovely, by the way.
Cute toes there….your quilt is going to be fabulous!
Can’t wait to see how you quilt it….I am boring and just stitch in the ditch up and down the seams
I have three quilt tops ready for basting. I hope to join in the basting fun today too!
Ahhhh….my LEAST favorite part of quilting. I wish there was some magic machine. BUT, at least it would be more fun with a little helper in your lap! 🙂
oh the colors are just heavenly on this piece….and the sweet little feet!
This quilt is looking prettier each time I see it!
I have the pattern, just need the time and the perfect fabrics! My grand-daughter will love it (surprise) in her new bedroom.
I love this quilt, my 7 year old daughter would love it! What fabric is it? Very fresh yet soft!
The fabric line is Secret Garden by Sandi Henderson for Michael Miller fabrics.
Basting day means the end is in sight … can’t wait to see your completed creation. I am a regular follower of your blog & just love it … thanks
A very Lovely quilt! I don’t use much white because you can see through it but yours is breathtaking!
Thanks! I cut out the back behind each applique piece so I didn’t have any problems using that much white–it’s no different then regular piecing–I only have a 1/4″ of overlap. It worked perfectly!
I can’t wait to see this one all done and washed…your first commenter was right…that’s when the magic will happen!
Thank you so much for that, I’m off to buy some – the colours would suit my daughter perfectly! Love your quilt every time I see it!
The french roses are adorable. And little painted toes too. Can’t wait to see how you quilt this. I have one basted but can’t decide how to quilt it.
