Scraptastic Quilting Bee–January Blocks
First blocks for the Scraptastic bee will be on their way today. Jennifer sent the little starling print featured in the center of the blocks as the inspiriation fabric and requested non-wonky, modern log cabins.
The starling fabric had tons of great colors so choosing the coordinating fabrics was a blast. I had some great fabrics to choose from and even broke into some new ones. Hope you love them Jennifer! You can see more of Jen’s blocks here

I love the spring colors, gets me excited for the coming months! The use of the colors gives a wonky feel although it is not, I am partial to wonky so love it!!!!!!
