Serendipity Quilt Along Row 4

Today is the release of the fourth row of our Serendipity Quilt Along hosted by Fat Quarter Shop.

For this row, we are making these pinwheel type star blocks.  You will find all of the patterns released so far for this quilt along at this link.  And if you’d like just the link for this row, you will find that here.

Do keep in mind that this is a fundraising quilt along benefitting Make a Wish Central & South Texas and a $5 donation is encouraged for the use of each pattern.

There are 6 blocks in this row…so they will take a bit of piecing.  Don’t you just love getting the pattern on a Saturday.  It makes for a wonderful weekend spent sewing, if you have time and so choose! =)

My blocks are a mix of Apricot & Ash fabrics for the prints and I’ve used the white on white from Sugarcreek for the background.

My Serendipity quilt is currently at my quilters and I love the way it all came together…Apricot & Ash is so much fun. =)

I hope you have a wonderful weekend! Corey

Can’t wait to see this finished in apricot and ash. I’m not great at selecting fabric so I often use a kit. Seeing your choices helps me learn.
