Sewcialites Round 2, Block 12
The 12th block of Sewcialites is the Captivate block brought to us by Barbara Groves of Me & My Sister Designs.
You can find the free pattern here.
This block was a little bit simpler than some of the recent blocks and I quite enjoyed sewing it up. =) For the half square triangles, I used 1″ finished triangle paper and then trimmed them down to the size I needed for the 3″ block.
This week is a week of deadlines for me so I don’t have a lot of time to chat but I do have a chatty video to share tomorrow along with a fun little giveaway so be sure to stop back!
Happy Sewing! Corey
I absolutely love how tiny and cute the blocks are!
I would love to have your partial quilt items to finish!!!! Natalie
The color of your fabrics are so soft looking.
I have 20 quilt tops that needs quilting, I’m working on other tops now, just can’t get in mood for quilting. My wips are piling up, but I’ll get them done if I have to send them to a quilter.
Hi Corey! Happy New Year!
I would be happy to finish your WIP quilt!!
I admire your color choices as I struggle with that process. WIP? Aren’t we supposed to collect them? It’s another hobby!
Corey, like everyone else that appreciates your creative work, I would love to receive the gift of finishing your project. Should you consider my plea it would be much appreciated it❤️
