Sewcialites Round 2, Block 24

It’s the last block of the Sewcialites sew along friends!

Our final block is brought to us by Lisa Bongean.

You will find the block pattern here.

I had to add one final fussy cut bee center for this last block.  I really enjoyed how nicely those bees fit in the centers of these 3″s blocks…what a fun little touch. =)  I hope you have all enjoyed sewing along with Sewcialites for this round…I know that I have!  Next Friday, Fat Quarter Shop will be sharing their layout for this round.  I also plan to share how I’ll be piecing together my blocks–hopefully with a video on my YouTube Channel.  I’m doing a simple layout using the blocks from this round plus last rounds blocks.  I made them all in the 3″ size so I have quite a few!  If you a member of the Sewcialites Lounge Facebook group, there has also been a lot of chatter about layouts so you might get some other ideas there. =)

If you’ve missed any of the blocks from this round of Sewcialites (Round 2), you can find all them here.  And if you missed Round 1, all of those blocks are available here.

See you back here tomorrow with the next block in our Sunny Patches BOM! =)

Knowing how small these bees are, really makes you realize how tiny these 3″ blocks are! You have done a beautiful job with them! Looking forward to the Sunny Patches block tomorrow!
