January 2023 WIPs Video & Giveaway
It’s time for another WIP/UFO chat over on YouTube. =) I’m surprised how quickly January has zipped by and here we are already!
In the January 2023 WIPs video, I chat about some quilt blocks I found (surely I am not alone in finding an extra pile of quilt blocks every now and then!), my Sewcialites blocks, and we finish up the video with a fun giveaway.
It is time to move these pretty blocks and block pieces onto a new home! I always enjoy letting someone else enjoy one of my WIPs if I know that I am not going to finish it. And this is one such project!
Giveaway is now CLOSED
If you’ve watched the video and would be interested in receiving this WIP, leave a comment on this blog post with how many WIPs (works in progress) you think you might currently have. Don’t worry…I have many of my own!—your number isn’t too high. =) I’ll leave the giveaway open through January 27 (11:59pm EST) and announce a winner here next Saturday, January 28.
Have a wonderful Saturday! Corey
I have at least 12 wipes and some only need a border? I still like adding tops to my list….thank you for all you do.
I love your quilts and patterns. I have two WIPs and one of them your Irish chain which I’m giving to my mom. I would love to finish your quilt!! 🥳 Have fun quilting. Thank you. Your such an inspiration!
I currently have 7 WIPs. That’s not too bad. I pick which one I want to work on when I have time to sew. Or sometimes I pick an item that is hand work to relax at night. You just never know
I have 3 wip and would love to have a 4th with the give away I love the dusty fabric colors and would look awesome on my bed in my freashly painted gray bedroom
I have 5 WIP. I am hoping to be able to finish 1 this month. Thank you for the chance. Have a great day
I have at least 10 WIPs – 2 are active right now… others have been in time out for a long time- some years. I am in an RV for a couple of months so I’ve brought some along for the ride!
I have 3 or 4 WIP. I love the colors in your giveaway!
I have around 7 WIP’s currently. I am trying to finish one each month this year. I love the colors you have chosen for the project giveaway. I have that pattern and made a quilt using it for my daughter. It is beautiful!
I currently have 3 wip. 2 , I am currently working on. And 1, I know I will never finish. I would feel absolutely honored to finish your WIP. And it’s a beautiful one that. Thank you Corey!!
I have more quilt tops finished that need quilted (15-ish). Takes me longer to figure out how I want to quilt them so they sit and simmer while I decide. I quilt them on my domestic machine. I love piecing!
I currently have 3 WIPs (works in progress).
I have way too many, I need to quit buying fabric. I did finish 31 quilts last year so my ufo’s ages are down to the last 3 years. I have 19 without starting anything new but what fun is that? Thanks Corey for the videos, I love seeing Tiggs too!
Those are gorgeous, and my favorite color combo! Actual WIPs, I only have 5…. kitted up things not started, is a whole other story… YIKES!
Well, I do not have an official count of wips, but I have 10 that need quilted, one that needs binding, and more than 8 quilt projects that are waiting to be a top. I have crossed 5 projects off the list in the last 30 days including a string quilt that has been on the books to be done since October of 2019.
I am a monogamous sewer/ stitcher so have one queen size quilt in the works and 2 cross stitch pieces I am working on. Lots more in my to-do basket, fabric closet and in my thoughts! 🪡🧵
Oh my really? 😂 It’s ironic. I have just tried to organize and really take stock and list where I am and prioritize. Some are very close, Others not so much. So I have 16 written down and another 17 I have fabric and patterns to match and 5 to bind and Bountiful is ordered. Still cleaning, organizing, and letting go.
I would love to finish that and the fabrics are gorgeous.
I enjoy all your videos learn so much
I have at least 10 or 15 WIPS. Including the snowman quilt I’m making as an anniversary wedding quilt because my husband and I were married next to. A snowman Christmas tree december 27 2021. Thank you for all you do!! And can’t wait for the newest line to come out this year!!
I have 5 WIPs as of right now with 2 others I haven’t cut the fabric yet.
Love the fabrics you chose for this project Corey! I have 6 WIPs that I need to complete, but if it wasn’t for multitasking my brain wouldn’t function – ha!! Thank you for the videos and the opportunity to enter for the project. Have a happy weekend!
I have 3 WIP’S right now. Thank you for the chance to win.
I currently have two works in progress, but plans for many many more.
My husband was wonderful and took the week off at the end of last month to be with the kids and give me lots of time to sew, so I only have 2 WIP’s right now, both started this month. I’m not sure that’s ever happened before…
Hello! I am new to your site. I have been catching on your older posts. I currently have 4 works in progress. I have only been quilting for a year.
I currently have 7 WIPs
I have around 16 WIP’s I’m actively working on give or take a few I’ve forgotten about. It’s funny how when I started out I didn’t start the next one until I finished the one I was working on….there are so many more to be made
I currently have 2 WIPS. I love the fabrics in this!
Hi Corey, I love the energy you bring to your videos! Right now I must have 8ish WIPs, including a temperature quilt I started last year.
I love your fabric choices in your works in progress. I love the blues and French Generals too.
I have 2 wips that need binding. 4 (or more) scrappy projects and around 4 projects I’ve started and set aside for a later time. Scrappy is what I currently enjoy.
Hello Corey. Your fabric choices for this quilt are definitely different than your norm. But I think that’s what cool about it. Sometimes a deviation from what is our current standard is inspiring and gets you thinking outside the box!! Wonderful!!
I have 4 WIP currently.
I’m retired so have time for one more:)
I believe I have about 10 works in progress. I know one of them is the Dresden Plate. I have it almost finished. I try to work on it when I really don’t have something to work on.
Hi Corey – I stumbled upon your YT channel recently and so look forward to your videos every week. Would love to be entered into your contest. Keep up the great work. I plan to start the Irish Chain scrappy quilt soon.
Corey, I currently have 7 WIP’s to finish. I would just love to get my hands on your project. The finished blocks are gorgeous!
This pattern and fabric would be a great addition to my guild charity quilt project here in Tennessee. Thank you for your videos and ideas for quilting
I think 🤔 I have 11 WIPs currently. Haha plus so many others I want to start on. After seeing your Dresden quilt I may just have to give one a try finally. I like the shorter length of yours. Thank you for the inspiration!!!
I have 20ish WIP. When I get stuck, I move on to another WIP until I can find a YouTube video to get me unstuck.
Hi Corey! I currently have two WIP. And, I would love to win (and finish) the quilt you’re giving away!!
I only have 2 works in progress! I’ve been away from quilting for a few years now but I’m back!! I’m retired now and ready to jump back in running! Love your You Tube videos and your beautiful quilts!!
If you count tops waiting to be quilted, about 20, but if you don’t count them, only about 3 or 4. I haven’t used my longarm too much for the past year because it is downstairs and I just had a total knee replacement in the summer of 2022 and am scheduled for the other one in march this year.
love all I learn from you
Currently I have 7 WIPs in various stages. 3 have been quilted & just need binding. I really don’t know why I let those 3 sit but they WILL get done before the end of June. I guess finding patterns, material and then piecing are my favorite parts!
Fantastic giveaway, it would be great to actually finish one of your WIPs. I have 0 wins. Happy Saturday everyone.
I have 5 WIPs at the moment. 1 being close to finished. Love your videos!
Hi Corey! I have eight unfinished quilt tops and projects right now. It’s easy to prioritize them when there’s a due date like a baby shower but otherwise, not so much, lol! The colors in your giveaway project are very pretty. Have a great week!
Hi Cory! Enjoying your blog and quilt patterns. I love your granny square blocks and would have a great home for them here in Texas! Thanks for sharing
I have probably 5-6 WIP’s. 4 of those only need the binding put on. Would love to add another WIP to my list!
Just finished piecing Jelly Sticks!! 2 more WIP to go. Thanks for the opportunity to win those beautiful fabrics and pattern. Outside my comfort zone but would love it.
I currently have 4 quilt tops done but not quilted and at least 7 others quilts planned and ready to be done. As WIP, I keep scrap fabric in a box for crazy blocks. When I don’t know where to start, I make one of those blocks.
If I counted correctly I have 17 WIPs. hoping to get that number wayyy down this year. I’m participating in the American Patchwork and Quilting UFO challenge and hopefully I can get that down to at least 6-9 by 2024. It seems like a long way away as we just started the year but it’ll be here before you know it lol.
So excited about the new fabric line! If you need testers I’d be more than happy to help out (teehee)
I’m fairly new to quilting but I have about 8 or 9 works in progress even though I said I wouldn’t do that! I thought that I would start and finish one before I moved on to another. I was so wrong!
I have 4 WIP that I am working on. Loved seeing your kitty!! I would love to win your WIP giveaway and pattern to complete it. Thank you for update. Can wait to see how your Scrappy Irish Chain is coming along. Did I hear you say new fabric’s possibly in March. How fun!!
I have 12 quilt top to quilt and i have 6 quilt top on the go
I have 8 works in progress going, all quilts, 2 are blocks of month, the others are weekly
I so relate to starting a project and getting stalled! I love creating the tops and sometimes don’t get around to the quilting and binding! Your post made me think of a yellow & blue dresden block quilt I need to finish up for my daughter. I have wanted to do some granny squares and would love to finish your project!
I have About 4 WIP.
I currently have 2 WIPs i need to finish!! The granny squares and fabric are beautiful! I would love to have this as a new project in my home.
You are such a joy every video! You make me smile and I am so inspired by your cheer and warm spirit. I decided I wanted to quilt last year and have thrown myself all in completing 50 projects last year and improving my skills with each one. There are some late nights and early mornings, but with 6 kids ages 4-10, those are sometimes the only hours to do it! I currently have 13 works in progress… most of them BOM as then I can just do little bits at a time. I am sewing like crazy now until the weather warms as when it does it becomes go time on the farm and the fields call! Thank you again for sharing your joy for quilting…. I love it in your fabrics as well as in your videos!
Hello!! I have 8 WIP’s in progress. 😬 I like all things Americana and would love to finish your project. My husband is retired military and I find myself drawn to red white and blue projects. 🇺🇸
I would love to be included in your drawing for the WIP give away. I could make room for it. Thanks. Linda Silber
Oh my, where to begin…. I think I probably have 4 WIPS right now…. Not to mention a handful of ones that just need that final step of binding! Lol
Hi Corey!
I have been working hard to get caught up on my WIPs! I currently have 5 projects left and hope to have them all completed soon. Thanks for all you do!
Hi Corey! Well let’s see…🤔…I have 2-3 quilts to bind, 4-5 that need quilting, one too I’m actively working on and 7-8 in the wings waiting to be started. Then I have a duvet cover I’m making for a friend, a pair of slacks my other friend wants me to hem, and probably a couple other things in the pile. Sounds like enough to keep me busy for awhile!!
I have 10 WIPs waiting yo be done. I love your 3 in Sewoicialte blocks!
I would love to get that kit, I have never done a granny smith block/quilt, I currently have 5 UFO’s.
I have 4 quilts WIPS that I’m working on I love the Heartfelt quilt I am just finishing it. I am a veteran wife and would love to finish that quilt made by you. I have some liberty fabric that would match to finish a scrappy border and binding. Thank you so much you are such an inspiration. Rita
Here’s my tally – 5ish total
2 quilt tops that have been waiting for months to be sandwiched (my least favorite part of the process).
1 table set (2 out of 4 placemats done and the table runner cut but not pieced)
EPP a couple hundred hexes are basted – this just keeps my hands busy on my meal breaks at work, no solid plans for these yet
A quilt kit just purchased but haven’t opened it yet. Does that count?
So far, my WIPs is only 4… that I know of! I didn’t count the BOM or QALs. Those are supposed to be ongoing WIPs that are scheduled 😆
My current number of WIPs is 6. In addition I have 12 planned projects. Thank you for the opportunity to enter this giveaway!
Hi Corey, Love the fabric and pattern for the confetti cake WIP giveaway. I’m currently working on a mystery quilt, have one to bind and five projects that need quilting. Enjoy following you!
Oh geez! I know I have 6 WIPs for sure. And, probably 10 that are kitted and ready to go. I am down to only one that needs quilting and binding though! Sadly, it has been a sandwich for probably 6 years…I really want that one done this year. I love the colors of the blocks you have completed. Very sweet of you to give them up. I am excited to see what you have been working on!
Give Tiggs a hug, he was cracking me up nibbling on you…silly boy!
I loves those fabric and blocks and would love to finish them
I have 5 quilt tops ready to be quilted and a few smaller WIP. I would love to have another one to add to work on!
Thank you for your videos and opportunity to enter the giveaway . I have two wIP at this time the Scrappy Irish Chain and a baby quilt for my new Granddaughter .
Cleaning out my fabric projects I found 18 pending. My goal this year is to complete them all. Really enjoy watching your works in progress.
Hi,
I just organized my WIPs, I have 6 I hope to finish by the end of 2023.
Always enjoy your videos, stories and tutorials- Nohemi
I have 7, once the top is finished I’m ready to start a new one!
Wow, feel much better after reading these comments. I have a total of 8 WIPs, 6 are tops just waiting to be quilted, and 2 are tops slowly moving to the finish line. New year’s resolution, get at least 2 tops quilted.
Absolutely love the fabric choices for the Irish chain. I don’t use navy that much, seeing it here seems to sharpen the muted shades.
The polka dot Dresden that you started 10 YEARS ago! Wow. Finishing it now, it would be interesting to see if you change your original plan for the final quilt. Looking forward to seeing it finished.
Good morning! I thought the rules of the quilting game is whomever had the most WIPs wins. LOL
I have 4 WIP’s and 2 BOM that Im behind on…..🙃. Hoping to get more free time!!! Love watching your videos!!
I haven’t counted my WIP’s but more than I should have. I am telling myself this is the year to get most of them done. I love the blocks and colors in your giveaway. You are such an inspiration for me to get things done.
Hi Cory, I have at least 6 quilt tops that I need to quilt and bind, but I would live to win your wip, what an honor and pleasure to finish your beautiful work thank you for giving us all an opportunity to get the chance to win something beautiful started by you❤.
I loved watching your video. Such cute dresden blocks! I have at least 26 WIP that I want/need to finish up. I doubt I will get them all done this year.
I currently have 9 WIPS’s, 4 of which are wool appliqué’, plus I have 5 quilts that need to have binding. I retired a year ago, so I’ve joined some BOM’s that have increased my WIP’s.
I’ve recently been organizing my fabric closet and I think I could probably sew for a year without buying anything! I discovered I have 10 BOM’s I need to complete as well as 20 or more quilts kits! I should probably think about rehoming some of mine!
I have 3 quilts in current progress. Also stitching up a bag for my sister…I have had for a year now. There are 6 other works of art in project bins need finishing.
And lots of projects I have not cut…..
You are such an inspiration. Thank you for taking time to share with us. I have started a charm pack collection of your fabrics.
I am currently going through one of my WIP totes right now! Working on a lone star with a lonely forgotten jelly roll 😊. If I count the ones stewing around in my brain I think I probably have 10-20 WIP!
Hi Corey! I would love to add your WIP to my WIP’s that probably number over 20! I have to get to work on them, but then so many new things come out!! ❤️🤣
There are 4 WIPs in my sewing room…all started in January. I’m not counting the finished tops hanging near the longarm!!!🥴
I love your YouTube videos! ❤ I’m always learning something new from you. There are at least a dozen wips in my quilt room. That’s not including the 30+ tops that need to be quilted. So many ideas. I have always wanted to make a quilt like your giveaway and it’s in the fabric style and colors I use most often. Many of my quilts are given to family, friends and charity. Thank you for all your beautiful work ❤
I have 2 ongoing WIPs. Tula Pink Butterfly QAL and the Scrap Irish Chain inspiredby you. Also a few long term scrap busters. And a long list of Quilts I want to make but haven’t started yet. I’m more of a start to finish maker.
I got rid of my WIPs a couple years ago, so I only have the 1 project I am currently working on. A miracle, right! My space has gotten much smaller so I have to either finish or get rid of. I’m almost done with the one I’m working on, so acquiring a WIP someone else (especially someone famous like you!) has already cut sounds wonderful as cutting isn’t always the fun-est part.
I have 4 current WIP’s.. I have a retreat coming up in 3 weeks and am only taking unfinished items to work on. Nothing new, but am tempted to.
Would be happy to add your WIP to my list.
Love your videos and Tiggs.
Corey, I love your videos and the happy fabrics you use. I say I’m a Covid quilter since I finally found the time to learn to quilt when the world shutdown for the first few months of Covid, been hooked ever since. YouTube videos are so helpful for a newbie! I have a few WIP and would love to finish this quilt.
I have been wanting to make a granny square quilt. This might be a jump start. I enjoy your YouTube videos very much. Thanks for taking the time to do them.
I have 6 WIPS right now! 4 are really finished-I just need to send them to be quilted and then bind them! I seem to procrastinate at that point. I would love to finish your WIP. The colors are beautiful!
I have 17 and this is my year to finish at least half of them. I’m trying real hard to stay focused and not start any more.
Thank you for showing us all the fun stuff! Love your fabric❤️
Ive currently got 3 WIPs….and 2 at the quilter. I love the granny squares giveaway! It looks like a color pallet I could add my grandmothers apron fabrics too! Looking foward to your next video!
I am still new to quilting ( have been sewing a long time) and have several WIPs. I appreciate that you are patient about finishing projects as I find that life sometimes changes my plans to sew. I would love the opportunity to finish your quilt top! Thank you!
I have 4 wips
I would love to finish your project! It’s beautiful!💕
I don’t count it as a WIP/UFO unless I have started cutting into it! Hahaha! I have a ton of projects in totes, but most I haven’t yet started. Just all the supplies gathered! But I have a good number of WIPs as well. Let me count and I’ll be right back 😉 12! Some are really close! This is one of my focuses this year! Thanks for your awesome and encouraging videos! Your fabrics and designs are also inspirational!
I really did a lot of finishing up during the pandemic and down to 4 WIP.
Corey, you are such an inspiration! I love your Scrappy Irish Chain quilt pattern. I didn’t start one because as a longarmer, I really don’t have that many scraps and only three WIPs of my own. I would appreciate the opportunity to complete your WIP and share it with our local women’s shelter. I’m happy to share pictures upon completion. Let me know if you have a preferred longarm pattern you would like to see on it.
Warm regards from Greenacres Florida,
Gigi Ro
I have 4 unfinished projects, one I need to catch up with sew along. Enjoy watching your videos and excited to see new fabrics! Have a great day!
Hi Corey, i just started back quilting and i quilt one at a time i have bought fabric but have no specific plans yet, lol. Thankyou for sharing your quilts,
I have 5 works in progress. Love the fabric you have chosen for the blocks. Just my style. Thank you for all your encouraging videos and posts.
I have to—— many to name WIP’s
I must have about a dozen wips. I always try to go through them before I start a new project to avoid the “guilt” of an unfinished project 🙃 I would love a chance to complete the confetti, they are my color wave. Thanks for sharing and love your videos.
I have at least 10 WIPs at this time. Hope to get them all done in 2023!!
I have 3 WIP! I just started quilting a couple years ago and couldn’t understand how people would start something and not finish it before the next project! Well I soon found out! So 2 years later I have a rule I gave myself! I have 4 baskets, and I can’t start a new quilt until a basket is empty! The best part of the rule is that I made it and I can break it!🤣
I love your WIP. I love the colors and I love Granny Squares. I could break my rule and add a 5th basket!😉
Yikes. I probably have a dozen WIPs. Some are mine and some were given to me by my MIL. I would love to have one of yours! I am sure the quality of sewing would be much better than mine!
Omg I haven’t officially counted but because I moved across the country from Ohio to Colorado 1 1/2 years ago, I was forced to pack up all my quilting WIPs. So, combined with those moved plus what I’ve sewn in Colorado, I would guess at least 15-20 WIP’s. Lol and I have so many more planned. Wish I could get as motivated to finish them as I do to start them. Got any good suggestions to help me get motivated to finish?
This would be a fabulous pattern and group of fabrics to win. And including blocks you have made…extra score. Wips – I have probably 6 or so big quilts I have started and left for other ideas. This happens mostly for Christmas stuff…easy to sew in the winter…Spring/Summer much harder to focus.
I have roughly 4 WIPs. – a couple are with fabrics I am no longer that “into”, but will finish them one of these days and give them to friends. Does WIPs also include the fabrics and patterns you’ve purchased but haven’t cut out yet? – Cause I’ve got about 10 of those! Every time I go to Miller’s Dry Goods I buy precuts. I think they have the best selection of all the quilt shops I have visited.
I have 9 WIPs! My goal is to get them finished this year and not buy anything new ( or very little😉 wink). Three of them are BOM so not as bad….I guess. I love the fabrics in your giveaway. The blocks are so pretty!
Good morning, Corey! I love your videos and learn so much from you. Thank you so much for what you do for all of us quilters. I have probably eight WIPs going on but three of them are t-shirt quilts for my three granddaughters that graduate this May. So they will be completed by then.
I think I have about 20. After the weekend the number might go up. Thanks for sharing your beautiful work. Would love to finish your WIP.
I decided January is going to be the month I work only on wip. So far I’ve finished 5 tops. I still have 7 but they won’t get finished. February is when I’ll get the long arm going to quilt the 5 finished tops. I did sneak in the sewcialites blocks and a baby quilt for grandchild #17!
I have 2 that just need binding and 3 tops that need finished. Binding is my least favorite!
I have 5 works in progress. The main one I am working on right now is a shoebox full of triangles given to me by a friend who found them while cleaning out her sister’s house when she died. These were from their mother. My friend told me to do whatever I wanted to with them-a hospice quilt maybe. It is now 2 years later and my friend’s son-age 43-passed away from cancer about a year ago. She has had a really hard time dealing with his passing. I was looking for a project to do a couple weeks ago and stumbled upon this shoebox. Let me tell you, you have no idea how many triangles can fit in a shoebox! I have used about 1500 and there are at least that many left. Anyway, I have decided to give the quilt to her. She has her son’s dog and if she doesn’t want to use it, the dog can lay on it!!
I would love to finish your quilt, Corey! Right now I have 2 wip’s that I am working on. Hope to get them done soon. Thank you for this give away. I love all your fabrics. I bought buttercup and slate for a future project.
Corey Those are wonderful blocks. It is a pattern I have always loved and wanted to make. Right now I have3 or 4 WIPs
I like to call some of mine “kits” that I have all ready to be sewn lol. 2 ready for a retreat next month and 1 of those is the scrappy Irish chain. I did 25 scrappy log cabin blocks so some day that will be a quilt. A bunch that are ready to be quilted either by hand or machine. This is something that has only happened to me in the last year or so, I used to start and finish a quilt before I moved on to the next, but there are just so many beautiful fabrics and patterns now.
Oh dear. I have at least 50 WIP because many of the tops are done but they aren’t quilted yet. I am actively sewing 4 quilt tops right now.
I have 3, but have finished 2 already in 2023
I would love to finish your WIP quilt. My “Comfort, go to” color palette! I have about 5 WIP, one only just needs binding stitched down. Good for TV time. Thank you for your wonderful videos & blog!
I have six WIP and have been slowly working on a couple of them. The fabrics in your giveaway are really pretty! I would love to sew with them!
I have somewhere around 10 WIPS… some just cut out and ready, some waiting for borders, and some on-going hand piecing.
Good morning! That fabric in the giveaway, is GORGEOUS!!! I always enjoy your videos, because you are always so cheerful and uplifting. I probably have at least 10 works in progress, and way more than that in my head, that I want to do.😂😂😂
I have 10 W.I.P.s. most just need quilted and bound. 3 need piecing completed. Your fabrics are all so happy and cheerful. I love sewing with them. Especially during a brown Missouri winter.
Love this! I currently have 3 WIP. A baby quilt almost finished binding; a panel that I’m trying to learn FMQ watching YouTube mostly done; and an Amish With a Twist IV Kit with almost all the blocks made.
Love watching your vidoes. Yours always very sweet. I have about 6 WIP and managing them so far. I would love to finish your WIP. Thank you for the opportunity. Blessings for a fabulous weekend.
I have 14 WIPS, about 7 are actively worked on (some are sewalongs). I just wrapped up a couple more, as it has been a focus. I would love to finish up this one for you, the fabrics are so pretty.
I love the variety in designs, colors, and patterns that you have. This makes quilting more interesting. I’m slowly working on WIPs.
I have 6 WIP all are sew alongs I’ve joined since I started quilting a few months ago. Someone is going to be so lucky to be able to finish your quilt ❤️ I think I’ll halt the scrappy Irish chain until I get more scraps, I’m just not happy with the fabrics I purchased for it. Thank you for all you do for the quilting community Corey!
What a fun giveaway!!. I only have 2 ufo projects to complete. I’m pretty structured on making sure I finish what I started before I move onto the next project.
Happy Saturday! I was happy to see your post this morning and the ‘found’ block give away. January 27th is my 50th anniversary and these blocks would be fondled and loved if I should win. I am doing a sewing room declutter challenge and just updated my WIP and UFO I have 47 quilts that I have fabric and pattern and person to receive picked out. I have over 80 that I have a pattern, or a panel or yardage in my stash for future, future WIP. 🙂
I have 5 WIPs and 4 tops waiting to be quilted. I love your colors and the block and would give it a good home.
Love your giveaway wip fabrics. I have about 20 quilt tops that need to be finished with borders. I finished one of my mom’s tops with dresden.
Hi Corey! Your wip videos are my favorite. I just finished cutting all my fabric for Friendly Neighbor, and the scrappy Irish chain. Thanks for the video.
I have 2 WIPS. I try to finish each project as I go along. I’m excited to participate in your Irish Chain quilt along. TY!
I love your fabric choices!
I have about 8 WIP although some are block of the month that are in progress. You are definitely not along in finding unfinished blocks. I was cleaning my sewing room a few months back and found a set of completed red and white log cabin blocks. Of course I had to stop cleaning and sew them together. LOL I would love the opportunity to finish your quilt top for you. Thank you for all your inspiration.
I currently have about 20 or so WIPs going on! Nearing completion on about 10 of them…just need to send them off to the quilter…
I have to say I absolutely love the fabric you chose and the granny square is my favorite block…probably because that’s the first one my grandmother taught me to make. So, it’s always had a special place in my heart.
Regardless of who wins, someone will end up with a beautiful quilt to enjoy! And I would love to see the finished quilt once it’s completed. I’m sure it’s going to be stunning!
Hi Corey! Currently I’m machine quilting the Liberty Star quilt using Edyta Sitar’s Noel fabric line. I put extra borders so it will fit on my bed. At any rate, I have 4 WIP’s waiting for me.
I have two queen sized quilts I’m hand quilting and then I’ll be caught up. I want to do some scrappy fabric mixed media journal covers next. I’d love to finish this quilt you started. I made my sister a granny squared quilt and it was so much fun. Thank you for your generosity in sharing.
I don’t really keep track of my WIPS but if I had to guess I’d say 7, I love the granny square fabrics you selected.
I have at least 12 in various stages of progress! Great video! I love those Dresden blocks – so pretty! I’m looking forward to seeing your new fabric line. I love seeing beautiful fabric…and spending my money on it! LOL
I have 5 works in progress currently. I have several more (not sure exactly how many, I need to count) kits to play with when these 5 are done.
Good morning
Love all your projects
I think I have like ten but I am on a mission to finish some ❤️
Hope you have a blessed day
Btw I love love your shirt
Love seeing Tiggs! WIP’s I think I have 10 or 12 left. I’ve been working on them over the last year. And when I find one I really don’t like anymore it goes to a new home! Happy quilting…
OMG- I can’t even begin to count WIPs- 13 need binding and 15 need quilted. I’m gonna guess at least 30 have been started – cut and some sewing done. I may have a problem!
I know I have 2 actual works in progress. I have a couple more that just need borders or quilting.
I have 3 quilts in progress, 3 tops that need quilting and at least 5 in my head that want to be made. As long as there are motivators like you, there is no way that I will ever catch up. Thanks for your willingness to share.
At this point in time, I will say that I have 6 projects that are in various stages of being completed. Anywhere from bindings to block and top completion is where I am at. I have been looking for a “grannie square’ for a while. Yours is right up my alley!
Presently, I have three WIP. Two I began last year that are scrappy, so still sourcing scraps for them and the third is a fabric collage called “Baby Buddha; enlarged from a photo of the grandson when he was about 18 months. This last one will probably be the first one I finish as when I do collage I am like a woman possessed.
Good morning! I currently have 2 wips, which is not bad for me. I am hoping to finish them before I start any new projects. Thank you for the wonderful videos!
I have 5 or more quilts in various stages, but if I won your WIPs I would make them up quickly! Love your fabric lines. Beautiful Day is my favorite so far!
I have a few with Sewcialites being my biggest one with five unfinished blocks.
At least 10. Every time I think I’m getting finished I find another one tucked away!
I have fewer than before but I bet it is more than 25 with over 200 finished tops in the basement waiting to be quilted. I have sold and decluttered kits and projects over this last year. 5 kits went to someone in Bosnia. A friend and I have made over 100 quits for the two charities we sew for.
I have 6 quilts that need quilted, and then 6 WIPS plus a BOM that I have all the fabric and instructions for but haven’t started, and a bag project, a pillow, and a table topper.
I have 5 WIPs and fabric for more that just need to be started. I would love to make it 6! Thanks for your fun videos and happy smile!
Love your videos, patterns & fabrics. Thank you for the chance to finish a UFO!
Hi Cory. Love your videos and fabrics. I have about 7WIP. My problem is I’ll start one and then see another one I have to see if I can make. But it is so enjoyable and thank you for the tips.
I totally remember the Flickr BOM/Color themed swaps. That’s when I was first entering the quilting world, coming from children’s garments. WIP’s count = easily a dozen if not more. I’d love to be entered into your giveaway and take on another!
I wish I could say that I only have one or two, but I have about 20. Most need the backings constructed so that they can got off to the longarmer!
I have 3 quilt tops that need to be quilted and 5 more quilts that haven’t made it that far yet.
Oh I would love to finish your WIP! I have a handful I’m working on now from 2020/2021 sew alongs. Most recent was Spring Brook Blossoms. Now to figure out quilting. Thank you for the giveaway and beautiful designs.
I have probably 12 to 15 WIP along with many finished quilt tops ready to quilt. Some are already layered, some not. I would love for you to move your unfinished project on to me, as I love the pattern and fabrics you have chosen. You have such beautiful projects going. Thank you for sharing your love of quilting with all of us!!!
I have 9 wips. Love watching your videos!
Oh gosh, I probably have a dozen WIP’s but I love working on several projects at a time! I always love your color selections!
That would be such a beautiful quilt when finished. I would love to finish it. I think I have about 15 unfinished quilts in progress. It is so nice of you to share.
I currently have 5 WIPS. I try not to get over 5 or I start feeling overwhelmed 🤗. I hate the cutting process but love the quilting process and hand binding is my absolute favorite.
I only have 6 WIPs! That’s the most I’ve ever had. Just started a new organizing system to keep up with it all and it’s working great! (THANKS Lori Holt.)
I completed quite a few projects last year but have many projects in mind for this year. As for actual WIPs, at this very moment I only have one but there is a lot of fabric waiting to be used!!
I have 2 WIP’s (I like to keep at a minimum) – I love your pattern and colors!
I have a few patterns in mind for family members this year. I’d love to work on someone else’s project to break up the boredom of constantly working on the same block.
I have 2 WIPs at the moment. Ok, make that officially 4. I forgot about a couple. I’m trying to get them completed but…SQUIRREL!!! and I’m off on another project.
I have 2 wips and am a newby I would love to win this giveaway it look like it will be beautiful when finished. Quilts were on my bucket list for 40 plus years and I started last year.
I think I have 6-8 WIPs at the moment, but there is always room for another! I’d love to finish your WIP. That pattern (or one like it) has been on my bucket list for a while!
Thank you for this opportunity! I would love to finish your wip. I currently have about four wips going. I also have many quilt tops that need to be quilted too 🙂
I am so happy that I found your blog and YouTube channel! I’ve introduced your channel my sewing friends. We are all busy cutting 2.5” squares for your Scrappy Irish Chain sew along. I truly appreciate your organized approach to scrappy!
To answer your question…I have at least 5 WIPs. That crazy squirrel keeps distracting me and enticing me to start another project. I have one in mid that I need to re-home.
Th am you for all your inspiration!
Good morning. Hmmm…WIP’s. Well I almost have too many to count. Doing several BOM’S, plus sew alongs like the O Happy Day. I guess, in all honesty , I have 10 WIP’S. Have a great day.
I think this pattern is gorgeous as is the color choices. I currently have a king size pineapple pp quilt and a Pioneer Woman fabric throw I’m making for my daughter. I’m also working on my fabric storage and putting them onto comic book boards so they can be stored where they can be seen and not forgotten. I’m a self taught quilter and still have so much to learn. I’d be honored if you chose me as the recipient of your WIP! Thank you.
Love your videos! I can’t imagine why you don’t want to finish your WIP that you are giving away! The blocks are beautiful! I have disciplined myself to finish a top before starting another. However I have many waiting to be quilted
I have 4-5 WIPS. I am making great progress on one of my WIPs. I love the fabrics you showed.
I would LOVE to win your blocks Because one of my WIPs is a Scrappy Album Block Quilt! I have 5 other WIPs although one is a Very longterm project–making kitchen curtains from all my left over 2 1/2 inch squares & two others are the final quilting. Love your videos, patterns, & fabric. Waiting for my pre-order “SUNWASHED” to come in so I can start another WIP!
I have 4 works in progress. Most are still in pieces because I started them with fabric left from a previous quilt and then moved on to something new.
Hi! I’m only in my second year of quilting. The only WIP I have is a Christmas quilt I didn’t want to rush this past season as it was a skill stretch for me. I have several “kits” of planned projects and would love to add your WIP to this year’s plan. Thanks for all you share with the quilting community.
I have tried very hard to finish ufo’s in the past year. I’m down to 4! Wow! I never count fabric gathered for a new project until it’s cut. If I did that….I would never get done. Here’s to a new year!
Granny Squares are on my bucket list, but haven’t made one yet. How wonderful to bypass the fabric pulling and getting right to making these beautiful blocks. I hope I win this WIP giveaway!
Hi! I’d love to rescue your blocks and material! I have only I wip, so I’d be able to complete your project fairly quickly! I’ll provide a good home!
I have so many! I think Im up to 4 separate quilts started for myself but then another fabric line comes out that I fall in love with and I wind up making a quilt for someone else! Someday my bed will have a quilt. That’s my 2023 goal!
I have 3 works in progress. I recently retired and have been revamping an extra room into a sewing studio. Sew excited to get my machine humming. Thanks for all your inspiring videos.
50 to 55 but finished 25 last year. In January already I have finished 3 so hope to keep the momentum going.
I’ve been afraid to count how many WIPs I have! It’s probably in the neighborhood of 20-25 and they aren’t small projects. Covid kept me from getting many of them to the Long Arm quilter and now I feel a bit overwhelmed – Ack! I really enjoy your video’s, Corey.
Hi Corey! I have about 5 WIPs right now.
I love your giveaway WIP. Thank you for all your videos and your blog posts. I have learned alot!
I’m guessing I have at least a dozen WIPs. I like all the different stages of quilting and don’t mind having something to work on depending on my mood and schedule.
Hi Corey. I love to watch your YouTube videos. You are so happy and energetic. I probably have 12-15 WIPs. All the quilts I make are 120×120 so it takes me a while to finish them. I do have 1 flimsy finished and another one that should be finished in the next couple of weeks. Thank you for your generosity in giving us a chance to receive one of your WIPs! You are my insperation
I have two WIP’s currently and three or four more I have fabric for but haven’t started sewing yet. Some day I’m going to try making a Dresden, I like your idea of a table runner to keep it simple. Love your giveaway project.
Hi Corey! I love your videos. I am a new quilter and I have learned so much from you! I have 5 WIP’s!! Thank you for the chance to win one of your unfinished projects. Thanks for all you do!!
Greetings from Oklahoma. This Ohio girl is too far from home, so I’ve surrounded myself with fabrics and my Juki.
I found several unfinished projects, but am more concerned about the mountains of fabric I’ve acquired during the years I wasn’t able to sew because, you know, life. I’m back at it now.
Thank you for your videos. They encourage me to keep sewing.
I have around 15 WIPs. I am trying to get them done but it is so easy to get distracted. For instance, I see a cute granny squares quilt some one started and I would love to finish it!
Hi Corrie I do the most weird things when quilting. Even though I have UFOs if I see a quilt on YouTube it’s fun to join in with others as there are no quilters I know in my small town to quilt with. That way I can feel like I’ve company. I’d be honored to have your scraps as I know I’d work on this as soon as it arrives. Ohhhh life is great.
I am just beginning to get started with quilting. My grandmother was a awesome quilter. Very old school. Life was busy so never had time but now I’m making time. I love your lines of fabric. I have probably 6 WIP’s. Your videos are always helpful. Thanks
I’ve got about 5 WIP, but so many more in my head 😊 Thank you for such a generous giveaway!
I probably have 5 WIP. Close to finishing a couple. One of my very first quilts was a UFO that my friend wasn’t going to finish so she gifted it to me. What a blessing! It was a pieced boat (complete with cardboard templates lol) that I made for my little boy. (He’s 28 and still has it.) Her kindness started me on my future love of quilting!
Hi Corey, new to your channel, wips 12 or so, I have made a quilt like the giveaway, but used 30 reproduction prints, it was a wedding gift for my brother and his wife.
I love your red white and blue fabrics! This is embarassing to admit but I have 23 wips!!! This is the year I am attempting to finish all of them or give some away. Thank you for the opportunity to win your wip!
Hi Corey! I would love the giveaway! I’ve been finishing some projects myself! You are inspiring me to do more! Thanks A lot!
Hi Corey!!! Wow, there are a lot of comments for you to read!!! I have 3 unfinished quilts that just need to be quilted but I have a handful (maybe 6) WIP’s that aren’t yet completed! I love your utube channel, and your beautiful fabrics/patterns! Can’t wait for your new fabric line!! ❤️❤️
I have 14 WIPS. Ten of those are tops ready to be quilted, the remaining 4 just need the binding.
Thank you kindly for your generosity! 4 WIP … just got 2 back from the quilters. Keep shining with your love!
I love all the tips and encouragement you share. I have at least 4 WIP’s. I would love to finish your WIP. Keep up the creative work. I can’t wait to see things you share in 2023.
I am so happy to find your blog and youtube sites!!! I am really enjoying the Scrappy Irish Chain that you posted at the beginning of the year, and I would love to take that pattern and fabric off your hands 😁😁
I only have 12 but I have 4 quilts tops done waiting for quilting. I do have some projects ready to go but haven’t started so I’m not counting those LOL
I have 10, I think, works in progress! Plus quilts I have the fabric for just haven’t started😁😅🤣
I only have two WIP! LOL soon to be more.
I have between 5 and 10 WIP. My goal for 2023 is to finish what I’m doing before starting something new. I have a friend who only works on one thing at a time and always completes it before starting something new.
Oh my… My pile is currently around 15 WIP’s, growing daily. I also have a stack of unquilted tops🫣 such is the life of a quilter, right 😁
Love the fabrics you chose. I have 1 WIP IKR! unheard of. I don’t start a project unless I finish one, otherwise none would get done. Thanks for the chance to win!
To Have a WiP of yours would be so exciting. I have 6 Wips at present time. 2 long term. An epp and an applique. I then have 4 others in various stages of completion. But I am gathering fabric for 2 sew alongs. Not sure if they are WiPs. Yet. Love what you do. So enjoy your content and projects. Thank you for the chance to win something of yours.
I only have 2 o3 baby quilts to quilt. I got an unwanted vacation from December 1 until this week. I broke my peddle foot!
Hello from Canada!! I just recently found a local quilt store that carries your fabric!! I “need” to go shopping!! I’m ready to start the Scrappy Irish Chain with you as my incentive!! I currently have 7 WIP and 5 tops that need to be quilted!! I also have 3 quilts at the spa. 😮💨
I have 17 WIPS that I counted, although a couple have transitioned into the UFO stage. I have a stack of old quilt ops that I bought off eBay and estate sales to quilt. I love bringing those to a useable state as their creators intended. My count of 17 does NOT include those. I also have a tub full of handkerchiefs I’ve collected awaiting my inspiration. I would be thrilled to work your WIP blocks into a project. I love watching your videos and keeping up with your blog to get the creative ideas flowing!
I have 3 or 4 works in progress. I am making progress on them so number is going down.
I have 3 UFOs (haven’t touched in 6 months) and 6 WIPS – one of which will be finished this week. Thank you for the giveaway!
I must have at least 12 WIPs in progress. I sometimes get distracted by watching so many creative videos–like yours–and get started, only to move on to the next project. You are an inspiration.
I currently have 5 wip and I will get to them eventually!
I recently counted them up and I have 5. Four of them are from I first started quilting and one is more recent. I love your choice of fabrics for this pattern.
Doing a quick count in my head I come up with 15 WIP. Not so bad, right??? There’s never enough to keep me from starting more and buying beautiful fabric to make them! I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of Sunwashed to my local quilt shop! I love it 🥰 I can’t decide which project I will do with it. Thanks for the inspiration, Corey!
I currently have 4 WIP’S. Trying not to start anything else but the scrappy irish chain is very tempting.
Yes please! I would be delighted to take your offering of fabric! It would be an honor to finish up. It never occurred to me to give away projects I felt I wouldn’t finish. Instead they stare at me from wherever I have hidden them. My quilt group has quilt camp in April and I believe I will take them there! Thanks for the idea!
I would LOVE to finish that UFO <3 the colors <3 We all have several UFO's/WIP great idea to pass them along when we realize we will never finish them. Thanks for the chance to win <3
Good morning
Corey I love your channel. I have 6 WIPs currently. I love the granny squares. I moved from Indiana to North Carolina and the fabric shops are different here! Lori Ruckel
I currently have 3 WIPs, but busy adding to my quilt bucket list! When watching your scrappy Irish chain video, I thought how much fun fabric shopping with you would be, now after seeing these choices on your giveaway, I know I could learn so much! Ah, a girl can dream!
For WIP’s I have 7 plus 2 cuddle. Pleasantly surprised, as it looks like so much more when the pieces are spread out all over the room. Feeling quite motivated now to finish one off today! Thanks for the motivation!
What a wonderful opportunity to be able to jump in a complete one of your projects. I just love your color style.
Good morning Corey, I love your videos. You always brighten my day. 😃. I made a list of my WIP’s earlier this month and hope to finish one each month. 🙏🏻 I currently have twelve! I just finished the backing for one yesterday and plan to get it loaded on the long arm today. That would bring it down to eleven! Yay! As the saying goes, slowly but surely wins the race! Let’s hope so. 😉. I would love to add to my WIP list with your giveaway! 😆. The fabrics are beautiful and the granny square quilt pattern is on my bucket list to make. Good luck everyone! Thank you Corey for this fun giveaway. Have a blessed day.
I”m embarrassed at how many WOP I currently have! (Well over 12). Love your block, thanks for the chance to “share”!
Several WIP but finishing one this weekend. Just started longarming so finishes are coming quicker😉. Live your fabric lines.
I would love, love, love to finish that beauty! The colors of the fabric are stunning!
I only have 2 WIP. I usually just work on one project at a time until it is finished. One of my WIP is squares I cut from my fathers flannel shirts. When he passed in 1999 I cut 5 inch squares from all his flannel shirts. I made throws for my brother and sister but after that I just put mine away. I have yet to get mine made but the squares are cut and ready.
Well…. First, thank you for the awesome up cycle giveaway! I have about 10 WIP, I would have more but I really try to finish things before I move to the next project. This has inspired me to get on it or recycle it some way. Again thanks so much, keep on Quilting my friends.
Love the fabrics in your WIP and would love to finish it 😉 I am only working on one quilt right now but have many on the to do list to start when finished with the current project.
Thank you for the opportunity to receive one of your WIP’s!
Corey, I have a list of about 24 quilts to finish, 12 of them are cut out and 12 are still in the project bags to cut. I love your fabric and finished 4 quilts in 2022 with your fabric and patterns. I especially love Beautiful Day and Buttercup and Slate and 2 of the quilts were the sew along with you. Thank you for the opportunity to enter this giveaway and if chosen, I will finish them this year.
If “WIP” includes “I have the idea and the fabric” then I have at least 16-20. If it means “cutting has commenced” I’m actually at 0 at this moment!
Too many mostly holiday and occasion quilts like Christmas, Halloween, Valentines and Baby quilts. Love the idea I can always choose to work on a project to finish. You always inspire me! Thank you, blessings.
Corey, I have 6+ WIP! They keep me busy and I never have to wonder what I am going to do! An idle mind is the devil’s workshop! Love the fabrics in your giveaway ! Have a wonderful day.
Oh my! Time I guess to fess up . . . Corey, like you, my beginning quilting days also started with cerel box cardboard templates. Then moved to “Shrinky Dink” plastic because one side of the plastic had a rougher surface that made for less movement when tracing. How bad is it that one of my WIPs (I have a total of 7) is in a box, along with the Shrinky Dink templates, on a shelf? My only excuse over these many, many years is that I’m saving it all for the first “Quilting Time Capsule!” Whew; I feel better now that I’ve confessed.
I have 53 UFOs. Most are inherited from my mother but I am doing more than 12 per year plus getting a few new quilts done each year too. I will get this whittled down. I love those granny squares.
Hi Corey!
I have 6 WIPS and several in line waiting to begin. A Granny Square happens to be one in line but the pattern isn’t for strip piecing. I’d be honored to finish Confetti Cake for you. I love your choice of fabrics! Blues are particularly my favorite. I enjoy your videos. Thank you for sharing. Amy
January has been my WIP month. I didn’t realize how many I had, surprise, surprise. 3 done and 4 to go. I think I am doing well! Thank you for this opportunity. That fabric is just beautiful would be a wonderful opportunity. Thanks and thank you for such beautiful fun fabric lines!!!
I would love to win your WIP! I currently have 3 WIP – I seem to stall out with putting borders on once I finish the main design. I need a day or two of putting on borders to get caught up.
I have 6 WIP. One is a quilt for my daughter, BH4 with your setting. She chose Betsy Chutchian collection, Maria’s Sky, and the setting is with blue & cream Grunge.
I would be thrilled to finish your giveaway.
I have 4 I am working on and some tucked away. When I finish enough I have a quilt give away for my family at Christmas If i win it may end up being a Christmas present.. I look forward to your videos each week
>This is SO embarrassing< but I have 33 active WIP; that’s 26 tops in various stages of (lack of) progress and 7 completed tops awaiting quilting. And that does not include 15 projects for which I have fabrics, but have not yet started. I really should not even be entering this giveaway 🫢😳😊
Love the quilting tips and hints! I probably have a dozen WIPs and they are all in need of machine quilting. 😆 I love making tops but hate the rest. Would love to finish yours 💕
Love your videos! I currently have 3 wips. I also like to move fabric along that I may not use. Riggs is the best!
Hi Corey!! Love your videos!! It seems like you are a personal friend stopping by to encourage me in my sewing. I am a retired 5th grade teacher, and we recently moved from CO to MO. So we are starting over with friends and church!! So I have had a lot of time to sew! That has been fun. And I really enjoy our “visits”. Would love to continue on your granny square quilt that you are wanting to re-home. Thank you!
Diane Swanson
Good morning. I really enjoy your video’s and looking at all your creations. I dont have anything started just yet – I have patterns and fabric but I just can’t decide what to start on …. The Confetti Cake blocks look amazing and love all the fabric you picked. I would be honored to receive such a gift from you just not sure I would do it justice. Thanks for all you do and share.
Oh goodness, I think I have 10 or so. Some that were a bit above my skill level when I started them last year. Some that I got stuck. Now I want to go stitch instead of work. 🤣 Thanks for the chance! ❤️❤️
Love, love those Dresden Plate blocks you showed on your video. I can’t wait to see it finished. And thank you for the giveaway. I have lots – probably 10 or a few more – of UFO’s to complete. My goal this year is to complete one each month. What’s one more. I love those blocks and fabrics. Pick me!
Hi Corey. I also have many wips. At last count it was 10 and 3 waiting to be quilted.
I have several works in progress. However, I am definitely going to make the scrappy Irish chain! I absolutely love your fabric choices thanks for sharing your tips and ideas.
I currently have only 2 WIPs! I retired from the Navy a few years ago and I am blessed ✝️ right now to have some leisure time and keep up with my projects 💗
I am cleaning out my sewing room! How did it get so messy?! I haven’t finished cleaning but the count is up to 10 right now. What was I thinking? It will help to get organized!
I know I have at least 15 WIPs! I get started and then something else catches my eye and I start it!😂 I’d love to put your blocks on the top of my “to do” pile! I always enjoy your videos. Your fabrics are some of my favorites! Thank you for all you do! I was disappointed last year that The Plaid Sheep didn’t participate in the Ohio Amish Country Quilt Shop Hop, but we stopped there anyway.😊
Thanks for the opportunity to win one of your WIP’s. I have only 3 on the go right now but that’s enough.
I have only 3 unfinished projects but I’d hate to admit how many projects I have all fabrics and patterns for that have yet to be started. Shopping and planning is sooo much fun
I think I may have 10 – 12 WIPs? Watching your videos is challenging me to get them done!
Thank you for your wonderful videos and inspiration. I currently have 3 WIP to piece, one of which is your scrappy Irish chain. I am sewing on the Irish chain today with 2 blocks completed so far. I have 5 projects that need to be quilted, bound etc. Thank you for the give away and the chance to enter.
I have five unfinished projects. Two of them only need binding. I was up to 12 last year. Would love to finish your Granny Square UFO. Beautiful fabric selection.
I had plenty of quilt WIPs but a quilting sister died and I now have all her WIPs as well – so over 70. I made a list of them in order of fastest/easiest (wall hangings, table runners) down to the more complicated (larger quilts with lots of pieces), and check them off as I go. Good thing I love to sew!
I have several projects to finish but I have been cleaning and organizing my sewing room. I love seeing my fabric. Ready to sew next week.
Love the colors on those blocks! I have been stumped on what to start next. These blocks pattern looking interesting!
I have a couple of projects to finish but the biggest is a
T-Shirt quilt for my granddaughter. Thank you for a wonderful program, It’s refreshing to hear how much like we are.
I have about 6 wips right now. I recently purchased a longarm & having a ball finishing ufos!
Do quilt tops waiting to be quilted need to be counted? If so I have too many- 16. Then other works in progress- 6. I will get them done! Enjoyed hearing about the quilt bees and sharing wips! Wish we did more bees especially quilting ones. They look so fun, handquilting and hanging out with friends!!
I love the fabrics for your give away blocks. I currently have 3 WIP which are full quilts completely sandwiched and ready for quilting. Just purchased a sit down FMQ machine and am having fun learning it while piecing a new quilt for my oldest granddaughters birthday in February. BTW….. Love your kitty.
Not that I need another WIP, but I do make Quilts of Valor and the red, white and blue them of your giveaway would be perfect!
I have 5 tops waiting to be quilted on my domestic machine and 1 top I am piecing at the moment. Love watching you, love your fabric.
I have been so encouraged by your WIP videos (love Tiggs, too) that I have pared my own unfinished projects down to just 2. I think your idea of clearing out a WIP by passing it on to a fellow quilter is just great. Though I have completed my WIPs myself, I burrow through my fabric stash frequently and any fabric that I don’t absolutely adore or can’t remember what I had in mind when purchased is donated to quilting friends or new quilters who haven’t had the opportunity to build their own stash yet. I like knowing that something I had forgotten about or failed to use because I decided to change a colorway will become something new and lovely at someone else’s hands.
I’m guessing I have about 6 WIPs
I have many WIP’s too. I started writing them down just by memory & then later another would pop in my head. Some are small like table runners or wall hangings but there are a few bigger quilts. I want to try & finish most this year. Reality may hit later this year but going to give it a good try! Think I’m at about 20 without actually looking in my sewing room. Wish me luck! Love your videos-they’re inspirational! Thank you!
I have too many to count WIP ?50+? 😉😉😂😂 .I love that pattern Confetti Cake… it does remind me of granny square crochet blocks. I have an afghan my grandmother crocheted. Thanks for the giveaway
I have 4 works in progress right now. I started learning in July of 2021 and have finished 10 quilts plus some smaller projects plus have 4 quilts and 1 wall hanging tops done plus around 4 or 5 other projects set aside to do. I am having so much fun wish I had started years ago
I have 6 WIPS. Most just need to be quilted, which I do myself on my sewing machine. I’m easily distracted by new patterns and fabric. I want to make them all! Pick me, pick me.
I have 5 WIP I am working on and hoping to finish this year 🙂
I have 7 WIPS right now. I finished 3 from the pile the first week of the new year and then lost my mojo. Love those blocks!
Well, I have at least 12, and possibly 15 that qualify for WIPs. That includes tops waiting to be put on the longarm. And I can’t stop starting new projects that catch my eye! Like your Confetti Cake pattern…I love it, and would be so happy to have an already in progress project to run with! Thank you for the giveaway opportunity. Your videos always uplift my spirits, you seem so filled with joy in each one!
If we are including quilt tops that need to be quilted—way more than I want to admit. I keep finding more since we are slowly moving into a different house. My guess would be probably 40 if counting the quilt tops. Thank you for the giveaway. Have wanted to make the Granny Square quilt-this could be my best chance at getting to make it. Thanks again.
Hi Corey, what a wonderful opportunity – you have already done what is the hardest part for me—-choosing a pattern and fabrics! I currently have 12 WIPs, and all are in different stages! Thank you for this generous offer.
Hello,
Thoroughly enjoyed the video today especially the dresden plate quilt and blocks. It is on my “wish list” for 2023 to make a dresden plate quilt.
I sure would like to help you out and take your unfinished blocks and get them finished up! My sewing room is my Happy Place and that would give me a “happy” project to do! Thank you for your wonderful sharing of your blog and videos!
Laurie from Iowa
I have two WIPS, for quilting, but I also have a number of WHIPS for knitting, spinning, watercolor & acrylic painting, hand stitching & many other crafts. That is my weakness….I love to learn something new…watch all the videos, buy supplies & work on it for awhile and then move on. 😂. I do finish projects before starting new one most of the time, but will let a knitting project sit while I work on a painting or quilt.
I have 14 that quality WIPs. There are possible more that I have put away in a tote for a rainy day!!😅
I currently have 37 WIP’s that need to be pieced together and 16 that need binding and labels. Trying my best to finish at least 2 of these each month before I work on something new. I would love to add your unfinished project to my to do list!!!
I love your videos and I am currently working on the Scrappy Irish Chain sew along.
Hi Corey! (And Tiggs!) I have only 2 WIPS right now. One I’m hoping to finish machine quilting today. That’s my hope anyways. I think the next quilt I am starting for the new year is your 🏡 Picket Fence Cottages. 🏡
Hi Corey, I’m not going to go count right now but I’m sure that a dozen would not be far out on a limb for WIPs. I’m trying to work through them, but the fun of a new project is always calling me. Have a wonderful day.
I enjoy watching your videos & love meeting your fun loving cat. I have 12 WIPs. Several are well on the way & I hope to finish them soon. I have a new granddaughter who has been a major distraction!
Since the beginning of the pandemic, I made it my mission to complete my WIP…I currently have 8 left to finish but my number was 15. Thank you and I really enjoy the video’s.
Hi Corey and kitty! My dog is the same. Sometimes he needs all the attention 💙
I have 4 WIPs and the oldest is about 10 years old. I’m still going to do it! I can’t wait to see your new line. Stay warm!
Tina Almond
I have eight currently in the process, and about ten waiting to be started! 🙂
Hi, Corey. I currently have 11 tops, some waiting on backing, batting, or another element, as I must budget carefully. I am currently working on an applique top but need more black ribbon to use as stems. I have plans for 17 more in various stages, fabric only, blocks only, or pattern only. Wish me luck! 🤞
I have at least 20 WIP. Not all are quilts though. Some are quilt tops that need to be long armed, some are other sewing endeavors like project bags, small appliance covers, holiday table decor and memory bears. Two are long term vintage/antique quilt projects where I found damaged, completed or incomplete quilt blocks with some of the feed sack fabric counterparts while thrifting. I used what I was able to salvage, and have slowly been acquiring additional feed sacks to match as I find them. The blocks of both projects were pieced by hand stitching, which has been a fun challenge for me. Five years working on these once abandoned projects and still chugging along; they are definitely long term WIP’s I am a bit of a perfectionist. The colors in the unfinished project giveaway are absolutely lovely. I would be thrilled to have the opportunity to finish it. 💕
I love your fabrics and videos. I do not get to watch you live but always catch up. I love the blocks you are giving away. I of course would love to win but just a note, I have that pattern to make a quilt. I just got it this month. Would love to finish yours. Pick me. LOL
I have 15 plus WIPs not counting the 2 I just finished. 6 now just need quilted and binding. That’s my focus this year. But I always add new projects to the piles to be doing new things. I would love to work on yours. Love your color choices.
I have 12 WIP. I love to go to garage sales and look for unfinished craft and quilting projects.
I started the new year with about 12 WIPs. I recently finished one, which I’m very happy about. It is my goal to finish one each month. Some will require much more time than others. Happy new year!
I have 13 WIP’s. But this has given me permission to pass one of those on to someone who will enjoy it!
Hi Corey I am organizing my sewing room cutting my fabrics into a stash system starting with my fat quarters, into bins then I am going to finish my WIP,s. I have about 15-22. I also started a sewing for our community making 259 adult bibs for our nursing homes, and working on a quilt from our quilting retreat. I love watching your tutorials. It is a joy to spread our love of sewing to someone that really appreciates what we do. God Bless You.
Good morning, Corey!! I currently have 5 active WIP’s. I have 2 in long-term time-out. One just needs assembly, but like you, I don’t think I will ever finish. I plan on giving it to my friend to finish. I have other WIPs in knitting and cross-stitch, but I am more monogamous with those crafts. Once I get one WIP done, my reward is to start the scrappy Irish chain which has been in my wanting to do list for awhile. Love your fabrics and videos! Thank you for all you do!
I am a new quilter and have 2 WOP-s! I love your designs and have purchased your Sprinkling pattern to start soon. I get so much practical information and so much inspiration from you! Thanks!
What a fun giveaway!! love the pattern and fabrics you chose. Most of all, I love all your videos!! I have 3 WIPS (made it a point to finish several others before the end of 2022 and now finishing these before I start the 19 other quilts that are in my planner, just waiting for me. I am also working on 4 different block of the month sew alongs.
Such beautiful blocks and fabrics Corey! Thank you for sharing with us.
I have about 5 small projects and 3 large quilts to complete. My goal to finish these by March 2023🎉🎉🎉
As I’m in an apartment temporarily, some (5-6?) WIPs are in storage awaiting the quilting stage but another 5 are with me and in the piecing stage, mostly from scraps and stash, so life currently divided them for me. Still fun, entertaining, and colorful. LOVE French General color palettes. Your “stack” of cuts would be fun for any of us to work with, I’m sure.
I’m guessing I have 10-12 WIP. Some need borders, some need blocks sewn together.
I like the prints you chose for the granny squares.
I love making scrappy quilts. My mom was a quilter and made scrappy quilts.
I have 8 WIP’s that I’m working on. One of them is the Heartfelt QAL! I have 14 projects planned this year but I would love to work on this project you’re giving away! Love the fabrics and design! Can’t wait to see your new fabric line!
I must have at least 15 WIPs in my pile, and I love each one of them! So why haven’t I finished them? Because there is always a new project that I simply must start!
I think it’s about 10, and some are current quilt-a-longs. Thanks for the giveaway!
Cory, I cleaned up my sewing room the first of January and I counted 7 quilts I’m working on. I made a list and have crossed off 3 on my list so far this year.
I have 3 WIP. Not sure if quilt alongs are included, but if they are it’s bumped up to 7.
Thank-you Corey! That helped. 😀
I have three wips out in my sewing room. The rest are hidden away. Once I complete one, I pull out another. I have been completing one every three weeks or so using this set up. Yay! Completions! I would love to finish yours. LBQ and French General…..irresistible.
I am such a control freak that I HAVE to finish before I start another! Granted, I’m still a newbie. I would love to try an Irish chain. Thank you!
I just recently found you and I am excited with all I am learning. I love the colors in the giveaway. I have never done this before but here it goes. I have currently 6 WIPs including Idyllic which I am making both the two color and the multi colored. My 3rd daughter will be the recipient of the multi colored one and she is so excited. Thank you for all your enthusiasm which comes through. I can’t wait for each time you have a new video. Thank you
Barbara Whitaker
Hi Cory, I have 10 quilt tops that need to be quilted. I have 2 WIPs that I am piecing. My goal this year is to catch up with the quilting, but I can’t stop creating while I do that. Now that I am retired, I plan on creating some quilts to donate. I donated 2 last year and hope to increase that number this year.
I have 2 WIPs currently. I also have a couple QALs planned. I am enjoying all of your content and tips. As a new quilter, they are relished! Keep them coming.
Well Corey, works in progress? I have projects to do. Embroidery, Crewel, Painting, Mending, Quilting. I have everything neatly organized. Life got in the way. Someday….20 plus is my count. LOL I would love your WIP
Love those blocks!! WiPs? Uhhh, yep. I have 5 ready with the backings already selected and waiting to be quilted. I have at least 7 cut and ready to go … (They’ve been waiting a few years, have to admit.) Another 4 that I’ll finish with my quilter daughter … one of these days. I love having projects to work on while working on a current finish. In between, are all the little projects (bags, potholders, mug rugs!)!! Life is Good for this 85 year old quilter!!
I have 5 WIPS and have just signed up for 2 more block of the months.
I have 2 WIP’s and am currently working with my Church craft group to recycle used sheets donated by a local hotel into curtains for the cabins at a local kids camp (a mission).
I currently have 3 WIPS and 5 quilt tops done that need to be quilted.
Love your Confetti Cake blocks and pattern. I’d love a chance at your unfinished project. May the one that receives it be the one that can best use it. Beautiful colors and workmanship.
Oh my goodness you current wip is gorgeous!! My husband is serving in the military and that’s what got me into quilting: wanting to make a patriotic like quilt with reds and ivories and blues. I have yet to do it but would love the opportunity to start where it’s all ready! Currently I only have 3 wip: the scrappy irish chain, sewing some scraps into some sort of semblance without a pattern, and the qal from sherri and Chelsea. Love your colors!!
Would like to finish the blocks! So fun to take on a new project! Many WIPs, 5-6ish…Thanks for the encouragement.
I have four WIP’S. Going to “Try” and get those done this year. One is a Christmas tree wall hanging that I started last year 2022 before Christmas, so hopefully it will be done by this Christmas of this year 😀.
I would be honored to finish this quilt and yes i would love have all the fabric that goes with it
I absolutely LOVE your fabrics and have 3 WIPS! Lately I have been giving my fabric collections to my Mom to help her keep active, and the last one I gave her was your Buttercup and Slate!! She did you sew along with you and had loads of fun! I’m watching for your next and going to supply her with the materials for it also! I would love to give my mother your other!! (Dad is receiving chemo treatments so this has been a good distraction and rest for her🥰). Either way, we both have loved your fabrics and patterns and videos!!! We love you kitty too!!
Oh my goodness, I have 18! But in defense, at least four of these are almost done, just lacking quilting or binding! And I DID finish 9 in November and December!
I probably have 12 or 13 WIPs. After my husband passed away, I lost my SewJo and if I continue to slump back into a slump during that time of year between when he was diagnosed with cancer and when he passed. This giveaway will result in a lovely quilt … but, maybe I don’t really need yet another WIP 🙂
I have two quilts I am making side by side but very different. Love the fabric you are using for the red/blue blocks! Would love to continue them!
Hello from Middle Tennessee! I have 4 WIP’s to finish. The only reason i haven’t finished them is because I’ve been sick. However, I’m getting close to finishing them! I would love ❤️ to win this! I was planning on doing a quilt like this. I absolutely love ❤️ the fabric! Thanks for the videos and the opportunity to win! God bless you and your family!
Hi Corey, I love watching your videos they are so fun and inspiring. I have about 10 WIP’s/UF. Most are small projects. Looking forward to more of your videos!
Hello Corey, I’m a new quilter, I started this past July. I wanted to share an activity with my wife. I have 3 works in progress currently and would love to finish your project if given the opportunity. Thank you for your videos as they help me to learn more about quilting. Jim
I have 11 ufo’s. Finished off 5 last year! Started a new one this year!
I would love to finish your started quilt love the colors! But reading these posts above I know it could go to many quilters that would enjoy it just as much! All the best to all who enter!
Hi! I am in Nova Scotia, Canada. I love all your videos! I am a new quilter and I would love to win your giveaway! I have been quilting for about a year and a half, my Grandmother was a quilter and my Mum still is! It’s a wonderful hobby to share with my Mama!! Thanks for all the videos you share! I love all your colours!!
I would love to finish your blocks and turn it into a quilt, I love the colors you chose and the pattern is perfect! I will have to make this one if I don’t win.
I will send pics of progress and keep you posted if I am chosen. ❤️
I am working on the scrappy Irish chain quilt with you and was lucky to find the same beautiful background fabric. And will be working on midnight madness (Summer moon) with you pumpkin fabric line I am excited to work on them.
My little quilting buddy is a little Pomeranian named Mia
Thanks for all you do.❤️
I’ve been working hard to reduce the pile – I’m down to THREE! 🤪
Hi Corey! I know I have at least 12 Kitted WIPS. I have many more patterns, books and stash for all the quilts I plan to make. It just boggles my mind. I would love to be the new home for your WIP. Alicia
I don’t have any wipes ! I like to finish my projects before I go on to a new one. It is a weird thing with me.😉
I would totally enjoy finishing your project for you.
Enjoy your day.
I wrote wip my device edited gosh!
Love your cheerful videos! I think I have about 8 WIPs… at least that I can think of off the top of my head 🙂 So many in kit stage with pattern & fabrics pulled. Thanks for all you do and share.
Hello Corey, Currently I have one WIP that I am piecing together. I have a very small stack of reproduction Civil war fabric that I would love to put into a quilt. Your fabrics and pattern for the giveaway would be amazing and extra special to use. By the way the Irish chain is technically I suppose a WIP as well. Since I need more 2 1/2″ squares to create the Irish chain I don’t really count it.
I have 3 WIPs. I enjoy your videos. And your fabrics and quilt patterns. My first was the heartfelt charity quilt. I so enjoyed making it and the beautiful day fabric was a joy! Keep creating so the rest of us can be inspired.🌸
Corey, thank you for all of the education and support you provide to the quilt community. The Scrappy Irish Chain is a bucket list quilt. I am slowly picking my fabric, and seeing others posts really helps me so much. I would love to finish. up your beautiful WIP. Thank you for the give away opportunity!
I have 3 works in progress. One English paper piece. Love the colors on ur wip giveaway
Good afternoon Corey,
I’m probably too late to comment. I watched the scrappy Irish Chain videos and I have always wanted to make one. Unfortunately my wife won’t let me buy anymore fabric, she has said, “Use what you have.” Eventually, I’ll make one. I would love to finish your UFO if I’m picked. I’ve watched your videos for a while now and I love your fabric choices and your enthusiastic spirit! Please keep making videos!
I have 3 WIP’s, 1 finished queen top and 1 wall hanging waiting to be quilted. These fabrics are gorgeous. Love your videos.
I have 25 works in progress. Trying to finish one per month this year!!!
I have more wips than i care to mention! Last year our guild held a challenge to finish up projects … even though I listed 10 (not all of them) I only completed 2 by the end of the year! One project was so old that I wasn’t even sure which thread to use or if I even still had the original spool!
I have 2 WIP on quilts and 2WIP on crochet and 1 WIP on cross stitching.
Those fabrics are beautiful. Love your videos so much !
I probably have a couple dozen WIPS. I always have hand stitching projects going near the sofa for when I watch TV and at work for my lunch hour, plus ones I am piecing, cutting out and then quilting. I cannot stand to just sit and not be working on a project at the same time.
I would LOVE to have your WIP!! The colors are perfect for my home and would look wonderful in my living room! Currently I have 5 WIPs but would love one more!!
First, I just want to say that I think those granny square blocks and fabric are just beautiful!! Currently, I have 1 flimsy, 1 in need of binding and 1 project just in the cutting stages, so 3 wips! Love you and your videos!
Hi, I have 4 WIP’s plus 5 quilts that still need binding! So I guess its actually 9 WIP’s? LOL, I love all your fabrics and always enjoy your videos.
I have about 12 WIPs and am really determined to finish a number of them this year! One is ready for quilting (I do on my Janome at home) and many need backs made and then pinned. A very few need more blocks. So I can choose whatever I’m in the mood for here!
I have 5 WIPs that I can recall. I may have a couple of older ones in my hope chest. I love the fabrics in your giveaway and would put that one definitely at the top of my to-do list.
I love your videos! Thank you for the giveaway! I have 6 quilts I’m working on. Trying to work on one now in hopes to finish it this weekend.
Hi Corey thank you for your giveaway chance. I have soooo many. I probably have 20 or more. Mostly tops are done but I need to stop buying fabric and buy batting. Lol! Also a few in proceed. I’m waiting to start new make a wish with your beautiful fabric line. Can’t wait 😛
I currently have 3 WIPs going on. But would just love to add this one to the list
I would love to have your whip but more importantly I would love to win it to give to my dear friend Sue who is experiencing hard times financially. She loves to quilt but does not have the financial means to do so. I would also like to comment on all your video’s, you are a wonderful inspiration to all I know who watches your video”s including myself. You have such a wonderful attitude and such a bubbly personality! I will never be able to thank you enough for the inspiration you give to me! I also love every fabric you have designed so far.
Thank you for being you!
Four WIPS that are really in progress, and multiple sets of patterns and fabric collections ready and waiting on the sidelines. Top of the list is my not-yet quilted Elizabeth Hartman Beehive pattern pieced with Coriander Quilts Sunnyside Up collection. I have wanted to make a granny-squared pattern and love the fabrics you have selected. Please enter me in your giveaway.
I have 6 WIPs but plan to finish one this month for my niece’s grand daughter….does that make me a really great grand aunt? I love watching your videos!
Without doing an inventory, I have somewhere upwards of 20 WIPs. They are all in varying stages of completedness; some are finished tops waiting for quilting and binding, others are cut and ready to sew, others are nicely tucked away in project bags waiting to be released and some are half cut, half sewn. I’m not sure that confession makes me a good candidate for this lovely project … hmmmm! I love the fabrics and pattern and would love to move it towards completion….err…creative avoidance of the other projects… love your style, Corey. Thank you for sharing your gift with us!
Hi Corey! Thanks so much for all of the wonderful information you share. I really appreciate you! It’s funny that you ask how many WIPs we have – I was just counting them up before I watched your video this morning! I have 9 projects on the go right now, but 2 of them are sew-along sampler projects with patterns released over time, so those ones are not my fault 🙂 Thanks again for everything. You are the best.
Hi Corey, I have 5 WIP. I’m within two days of finishing one quilt top. I’m a happy camper. Loved the video.
Hi,Corey! I, too, have a Dresden WIP! I have three other WIPs in addition! I am determined to at least finish the Dresden because I love it so much. I like your idea of the Ohio Star in the centers! I’ve got about half my dresdens attached to the backing and centers are in but I could do the other half with the pieced center and just alternate! Thank you! I’d love to win a Corey Yoder WIP :).
I absolutely love your fabric choices for your granny quilt. It would be an honour to finish it. I am in finishing mode at the moment and trying so hard not to start anything new. Love your programme.
Susan
Hello! I have four WIP and one that is halfway machine quilted.
I have 11 wips in my workroom. I also have about 25 in storage which I will be cleaning out next month. So…36? ish…?
I so enjoyed your WIPs video. It’s always fun to see what you are working on. I loved the Dresden plate blocks and the quilt that was behind you. Yup, one more quilt to add to my dream list!!! I have about 20 WIPs. I could get 10 of these done in less than a month since they just need the binding put on (I made the binding before sending them to the quilter).
I’ve sewn for years but am new to quilting. I have 2 WIPs for now but can’t stop buying fabric. Love the colors on the giveaway project.
I have atleast 12 WIPs right now. I love them all !
Thank you for sharing your scrappy Irish Chain Block piecing video. That works wonderfully !
I would love to win your quilt blocks and would love to finish that quilt! The blocks that you have done are so pretty. I am fairly new to quilting so I don’t have that many WIP’s. I try to finish what I start before beginning another project. That will probably change in the future! I currently have a quilt at the at the longarrmer’s and have a few small projects to work on while I wait. It’s so enjoyable to just sit and sew, even if it’s sewing “crumbs” together! Thank you for your wonderful videos!
I love the pattern you have for your WIP. I am always up for another WIP, even if I have many myself. Love your quilts and the dresden pattern as well.
Even though I probably have 15 works in progress, I love these fabrics and that pattern so much that I feel like it would be the 1st one I finished.
I have about a dozen WIP & I have good intentions of finishing them all this year. I just need to quit starting so many new projects.
i have 4 wips that i am doing 2 of them are for customers 1 is a gift for a customer an 1 is going to be for me its my MS awareness quilt
I have about 10 wips that I can count off hand, there may be more. Love your fabrics. There may be a few more lurking that I can’t remember!
I probably have about 8 wip not counting my plans to start the Irish chain quilt that you’ve recently shown on your YouTube channel!
Hi would love to have these fabrics I have 4 wip right now lol trying hard to get everything caught up .lol
Wonderful video!! I loved seeing your Dresden plates ✨ right now I have 2 wips/ufo (I can’t decide which term I like better 🤪) so not much but I’m a pretty new quilter so I’m sure they’ll grow 😊
God bless you ♥️
I have probably 20. I take a class and so whatever I was working on gets put aside, then the class project isn’t completed in class and well, you know! I would love your WIP, my guild makes lots of outreach quilts to donate to our local community and yours would be a great one to pass along. We have many helping hands that would be happy to finish it up and share the love. Thanks for sharing!!
I have around six WIP’s. One is for next Christmas, one is for Halloween, Also working on a queen size red/white scrappy checkerboard that is looking great plus 3 or so more. Last month I started tinkering with the granny square pattern I drew. I love crocheting them but late last year I decided to patchwork a couple lap size.
I have two WIPs and one of them is the scrappy Irish chain with you. Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.
Hi Corey!
As you know, I’m pretty new to quilting, and have a challenge cutting into my fabrics… but I have been able to get one table runner cut, sewn, and quilted. Binding is tomorrow. Then I’m going to finish my Sunny Day project. Maybe if the fabric is already cut for me, I will be able to start moving at a quicker pace. Would love to have those fabrics…would make a beautiful Quilt to be used for every patriotic holiday! Thanks again for having such a cool giveaway!!
I have at least six WIP. Those quilt blocks are on one of my quilts to do so I would love to win your blocks.
I have three WIP’s in different stages. One needs binding, and two need quilting. I had hoped to start 2023 with no WIP’s but sometimes your current season of life changes and that is okay. You just have to roll with it.
I would be over the moon to get the chance to receive and finish the granny square quilt. You have such a great eye. Love the fabric selection you chose.
I have a disability that allows me to stand or lay down, but not sit. Therefore I quilt standing up and it’s one of the only things I can do. I started about 3 years ago and I have 30 ish tops and what i would consider 3 current wips.
I have one WIP – a “Wooly Stars” quilt for my son. My daughter received her “Wooly Stars” quilt for Christmas. It’s a wonderful quilt for my children as they were involved in the 4-H Sheep project for 12 years. We have many special family memories from our “barn time” with sheep! (My nephew and his new bride even received a “Wooly Stars” I made as a wedding gift since he raises sheep.) I appreciate the opportunity to enter your giveaway and would love to finish this beautiful quilt! Thank you!
6 waiting to be completed, several BOMs as a carryover from last year that I’m just starting on, and getting materials together for our 19th grandchild’s baby quilt. He’s due 2 days after my Valentine birthday!
Today I do not have active WIPs because I just finished my last project. However, I have many ideas in my mind for projects so in the next couple of days I will have several WIPs. One idea is to do a Dresden Plate bench pillow. One goal I have this year is to try new techniques so this is one I will try. Thanks for giving me this idea!
My mom and grandma both quilt, but I am a beginner! I just finished my first quilt start to finish. But I have 3 WIPs. I’m learning that quilting isn’t super cheap lol but I’m loving every minute of it.
So, if WIP doesn’t count projects not actually started yet (and we won out those 😃), I have 4 WIP – 3 quilts, one pillow. I work on them when I feel like it. One UFO – cut it out a year ago and haven’t touched it since.
Thank you for sharing your happy spirit and your quilting skills wth us. Seeing the beautiful vintage colors you chose for your blocks made me smile–isn’t it amazing how color and design can speak to us! I have 7 unfinished projects to work on finished this year, but I think they would have to wait in line behind this one!
I have about 3 – 4 WIP. Some at the point that require only backing, batting and quilting and some that need a bit more work. Hugs and headbonks to Tiggs. As a new quilter (wannabe!), I am still very new to all of the processes.
Currently have about 3 WIPs. New to quilting. Am enjoying creating. The blocks are beautiful!
I have about 8 wins. And lots more in my mind.
I have MANY WIPs… at least 24. One of my goals was to make a list and start getting some of them done. and I have this rule of completing one UFO for each 2 new starts.
Only recently discovered your blog and YouTube Channel. Your instructions are so easy to follow. Love your fabric designs. I have 2 quilt wips as well as knitting and cross stitch projects. I just started the Scrappy Irish Chain. I would love to finish this quilt.
I have only a couple of Project Linus WIP quilts because I really do like to get them finished. But that doesn’t account for all the scrap quilts I want to make with left over fabrics from things I was making to support essential covid workers. I do other sewing too and there are too many WIPs to count! Too many ideas, too little time 😁
I have three WIP’s going at this time. I would love to finish your quilt. I really enjoy your YouTube videos.
Hello,
I love the beautiful fabrics in this giveaway. I think I have 7 work in progress quilts and I do believe I have few sewing projects to work on also. Lol I am sitting watching YouTube instead of sewing at the moment !!! Love to see your fabrics and quilts come together !!!!
I worked hard before christmas and finished quite a few WIPS–now I have about 5 to complete. I love your fabrics and the ones in your giveaway as well. Thanks for all you do for the
quilters!
Hi Corey.
I love your videos.
I have only two WIPs.
Love, love, love your color choices in your giveaway.
These fabrics are lovely colours. I would be happy to finish this and pass it on to a friend who is needing cheering up. Thank you for offering this.
Oh gosh, I probably have 15 or so WIPS. I think your idea of passing on those things you don’t think you will finish and I am going to do the same with my quilt guild. Thanks for the inspiration.
been following your videos for a while, and really enjoy your sparkle. Been plugging away at so many WIPs that have been waiting. Been finishing a few as well as working on new stuff, with 14 completions in 2022, one waiting for border to be added, one in assembly of blocks into top phase, 5 tops completed last year but still to be basted, and 3 not quite finished in the stage of adding big stitch quilting details in the places that matter to my eye once the very basic machine quilting has gotten all the layers with enough stitching to be stable and useable. ADHD runs rampant, lol. Always need variety and mix up what I’m working on a lot. Would love the honor and pleasure of completing your “orphan” WIP. The colors and fabrics please my eye very much.
I have at least 12 WIPs. I love the fabric colors you chose!!!
I would love to complete your WIP. I only have 2 IPS going right now but I am retiring in March and have quite a few kits that I want to do. The colors of the quilt blocks are gorgeous!!!!!
Lol I only have 4 wips but about 10 in the waits. Sigh. Finishing oh happy day this week!!!
I inherited a LOT of WIPs from my MIL when she passed away (at least 12) and I probably have 4-5 of my own. Most just need quilting and binding. 🧵🪡
I currently have 12 WIPs. I love your colors that you picked. I have always wanted to make a quilt using that block.
I just want to say i have 15 on my bucket list, so far, 5 actual wip’s, and so on, but you are such an inspiration ! It’s a pleasure to tune in, always!!!
I really appreciate your videos and I especially love your kitty. He’s so helpful. I have about 10 WIPs, but three quilts (cut and ready to piece) came from my Aunt Jennie and are still a little beyond my ability. I’ll get there one day though.
I have 12 to 15 WIPs. 3 are queen size quilts, 2 are lap quilts, 6 are table runners, a few are tops I inherited and need to finish. Yikes! It sounds awful when I put it into words!
Hello from Cairns Australia. I’ve recently got back into quilting and have dug out about four old projects needing attention and have a couple of new WIPs. I saw those blocks on your colour choices video and really loved them, took some screen shots and want to create that quilt!
Thank you for inspiring me.
Love the Granny square pattern! Currently one of my WIP. Would love to try a dresden in the near future. Absolutely love your enthusiasm and entergy keep up the great work!
I have 8 WIP worked down from 10! Motivated to finish them up! Lovely blocks you made!!
I am a new quilter after being inspired by some ladies in my church. I’m finishing up my second baby quilt today and can’t wait to make more! Thank you so much for teaching me!
I am not going to uncover all the WIP’s here… and I’m guessing there are about 20…. I obviously get easily distracted and have many interests…. I do have a goal to finish at least one WIP every month in 2023. I think that’s a doable goal! And I’m not going to beat myself up if I stumble on that goal!
I have 2 WIPs on my table to finish this month. I’m making 2023 the year of finishing. I fell in love with your color choices – not my strong suit. Thank you for the chance to play with those beautiful fabrics.
Well…..too many to count. If I had to guess….at least 10. I’m sure there are more and tons I’ve not started yet!
Hi, thank you for all your videos. I wouldn’t mind taking your project. I have 8 projects(this includes the sew-alongs) I’m working on now. I justed finish a binding on one throw quilt and a baby quilt for my new great grandbaby due Feb 23, 2023. I have 3 more great grandbabies due. One in March, May and June. So, their quilts are inculde in the projects.
Thank you Patti
I stopped counting at 12, so I will say I have 12. Alot of them need to be quilted..
I have been working through my WIP and am making some progress. The most important WIP’s I did finish were four quilts that I gave to my brother and sisters using my dads shirts. It was more of a labor of love and it was so nice thinking about him and remembering him wearing those shirts! I’m also working on some EPP with lots of fabric scraps of yours that I’m very excited to finish!
Hello! Your kitty reminds me of my Sam the man, who is now gone. He was supposed to be a female that I named Samantha! Ha! I love the fabric in the give away and would love to finish it! I also have an unfinished Dresden quilt!
Boy so I feel much better! I was stressing about hoe many WIPS I have …
OK< in quilts, I have 7. In counted cross stitch, I have 8,
Love that you do this – thank you so much!
Carol
You caught me! I have about 25 WIP in all different stages. You are inspiring me to make a dent in them. I like the dresdins. I love giveaways!
I currently have 2 works in progress that I can see on my table Some others may have gotten lost in my room somewhere.
Hi Corey, I currently have 8 WIPs, which include quilts, crochet and cross stitch projects. I love your giveaway since the fabrics in it are right up my alley! By the way both of your Dresden quilts are gorgeous. I made a sampler quilt which had a Dresden block in it, but I would love to make a whole with Dresden blocks sometime soon.
Hey Corey,
I am finishing up WIPS right now! I have 3 to quilt and bind and 1 quilt top to sew together and another one to finish blocks on – so 5! I would be honored to finished either of your wips you are passing on. Thank you for your videos. Can’t wait to see the new fabric!!
I have 2 wip but they are blocks of the month so I have to wait for the next blocks. I would love the opportunity to finish what you have started, beautiful colors and fabrics!!!
I have4works in progress. I started the scrappy Irish chain too. I have to quilt and find them also. Thanks for your video
Ok ,so I have currently 13 quilt tops for long arming, 1 bluejean cathedral window upcycled quilt in progress, my sister’s stash busting quilt currently under my needle- you should see the pictures she sent me of her 2 “well loved and in tatters ” quilts as a hint she needs a new one lol-, my great nephew’s appliquéd quilt – still a wip, and one quilt that just needs binding. My goal last year was to finish the 27 I had to longarm, did 15,but unfortunately I tore my Achilles tendon, had surgery and was non weight bearing for almost 6 months. Now the doctor informed me I need 2 new knees….nursing and gymnastics were not kind to my body. So I cut out several quilts, getting them ready for sewing together. This year will be dedicated to the 12 tops and finishing up as much as possible before I am down from surgery again.
I have 5 unfinished and starting a new one…. which is a must do baby quilt. I love to look at what you are working on because I love your choice of colors. They are what I like to work with. Have a great weekend.
Hi Cory, so nice to see your WIPS. It would be awesome to win that wonderful fabric. I just love those shades of print. So nice of you to share. As far as my WIPS, I have only two..I know hard to believe huh? But one of my goals before 2023 was to clean up, and finish up so I could start fresh. If I win the giveaway then I’ll have three WIPS. Haha. This year I might have to try making a dresden block. Your quilt is so darn cute🙂
At my count yesterday I have 4 wins. The largest to be finished is going to take some time to quilt, but I’ll get there xx
Always enjoy watching your videos.
Hi Cory, I currently have 2 WIPS I would love to win your giveaway! I love the pattern. Even if I dont win I plan on doing the pattern. Thank you for all you great info for my quilting journey.
I have 3 or 4 WIPs currently and would love to add your blocks and fabrics to my list! Can’t wait to see your new lines soon.
Thank you for giving away this project.
Currently, I have 3 WIPs, I am a beginner and feel comfortable to complete the WIP you give away. There are two school breaks coming up for us teachers here in Vienna and I plan to spend time sewing.
Also I would like to thank you for the explanations you give in your YouTube channel, they are enjoyable and so useful.
Amelia
I have 6ish WIP. Half of them belong to a friend of my Mom who passed away unexpectedly. I look forward to finishing them in her honor!
I just saw your video. Thank You for sharing! I’ve always loved fabrics and sawing . A few years ago I took quilting classes and my family bought me Bernina for my 57th BD! Since then I have done about 20 quilts and one of them was granny square small quilt for one of my granddaughters! Usually I finish what I started as I can not wait to see final product and give as gifts for family and friends! But I have few orphaned blocks I’m planning to finish as baby quilts!
You choose so gorgeous fabrics and my all time favorite colors: blue, gray and red. It would be an honor to finish your quilt!
Irena
I counted about eight, but I know I have more than that. Your quilts and fabrics are beautiful!
Hi Cory..I have 5 WIP right now and interested in giveaway. You’re such an inspiration. I really enjoy reading about your projects.
Such beautiful fabrics! Would love to just sit and sew without cutting. I have 3-4 WIPs and 2-3 planned but not started yet.
I have at least 8 WIPs that I can think of, but oh so many more planned and the fabric ready. (Minus background) those granny blocks are beautiful, you have such an eye for fabrics that go well together. I’m very thankful that there are now lines of fabric as picking fabrics still is a bit overwhelming to me. Such a fun giveaway, thank you!
I must have at least 10 WIPs in my queue! Not to mention the mystery quilt my small quilt group wants to start and the birthday blocks I sew for 2 quilt groups. But I love your WIP and would be happy to take it off your hands!!
Cory, what a wonderful gesture to pass this beautiful project onto someone else! I just love the colors in it! I currently have three quilt WIPS, but please don’t ask how many knitting ones I have!!
Corey
I just stumbled on your video last week and found todays in my list of videos. I only have 1 work in progress which is a T-Shirt memory quilt for my son who lost a friend to suicide. However, I do have 5 quilts that need to be quilted. I am new to long-arming and not that good at it yet and want to get better to finish those quilts. It would be an honor to finish the granny square quilt. I absolutely love the colorway for this quilt. I did a granny square quilt for an employee who retired last year and I really enjoyed making it. Thank you for your videos.
I have 3 WIP quilts (2 of which are made with Beautiful Day fabric), along with several quilt squares that I had fun trying out. I also have fabric and patterns for several gifts for family and friends to give during this year. We got a new puppy d months ago and I’m missing spending hours at a time with my sewing machine!😊
Hi Corey, I love the color combinations and blocks you’ve already assembled in the darling WIP. Right now I have two leftover Christmas WIPs, a table runner and a quilt. I also have a lap quilt gift in progress. Lastly, still in progress is one of my first quilt projects, a miniature log cabin quilt when my skills weren’t as accurate, but too far along to have the patience to fix. I have to figure out what the next step is going to be for that one, but I’ve since bought a better sewing machine and improved greatly. I’d love to pick up where you left off on your darling WIP! So sweet of you to do this giveaway! -Jen
I would be honored to finish one of your quilts. A granny square quilt is in my queue, but nothing cut yet. I have 4 quilting projects, 1 garment project, & 2 cross stitch projects to finish. Thanks so much for this fun giveaway!
I probably have 5 WIP’s, 2 are sewalongs. I also have 4 tops waiting to be quilted. I love your Dresdens. I’ve always wanted to try some. Maybe this year.
I probably have more than I can think of but I’d say at least 8. I enjoy working on many different projects at once.
I’m still new with sewing and your Oh! Happy Days! is the first sew along. I have so many projects at once right now that I can’t even wrap my head around it =) But thank you for all you do and the wonderful and easy to follow tutorials..
I have lots of WIP but none that I feel too tired of yet to give away but that’s a great idea! Love the fabric choices and pattern for your giveaway!
I have about 20 WIP , hope to work on some of them this year
Oh my, at least 150+ and counting (since 1987)!
I new to quilting but have 3 projects in process and 3 or 4 more that I have fabric for but have not started. (I will also be getting your new fabric coming out for the quilt along with mystery blocks-very excited for that one!) Thank you!
I don’t actually have a lot of WIPS currently. 🤔 But we all know that won’t last 😂😂 Great video today 🤗
I love the fabrics in your giveaway today and would love to use them!
Thank you a great video….I would love to receive your WIP… it would so very much help me start my quilting hobby over…it’s been a long time and a bumpy road in my life….♥️
I have about ten of my quilt tops to be put on my longarm machine and currently piecing one. I also just started picking out some of my scraps for the Irish chain you are doing !
Oh…best guestimate is that I have about a dozen WIP’s. Not sure I have any that I don’t want to complete. I love them all!
I have 4 it’s quilt heaven!
I have 4 WIPS and I love the fabrics. I hope you pick me but if you don’t, I hope whoever wins enjoys finishing the quilt. It will be beautiful
I currently have 11 WIP’s.
Let’s see. I have quilt tops that are finished and have to be long armed. Then I have quilts that are ready for binding. Now on to quilts that have been cut and need to be sewn. Just can’t bear to count.
Just GiGi. Not GiGi Si. Oops.
I have 4 WIPS- 1 being oh say can you sew that has a million 1/2 square triangles. 😳 I love your granny square fabric and have always wanted to make one of those!
Hi Cory , i love the fabric and and blocks in the giveaway, I currently have about 12 wips. Have a good day
Hi Corey! I’m just getting back into my quilting after raising my family. I’m building my stash and have made 2 queen quilts, 2 twins (for my grandsons) and just finished a baby quilt. I don’t have ANY WIPS and I’m looking for my next project. I love your designs and the colors in your giveaway are scrumptious! Have a great day!! XO
Found you for the first time today! Currently working on 3 quilts in my brain with 2 more almost cut and 1 with about half my blocks made.
I have 6 current WIP and numerous old WIP. I enjoy watching your videos.
I currently have 3 WIPS of my own, one of which is a small quilt. On occasion, the senior center will have blocks donated and I finish the quilt for them and they sell the quilt.I am debating if I want to make the Irish chain quilt in the size you are making it or do the math and make a small quilt.
Hi Corey , I have 12 wips right now ! Love the fabrics in the giveaway ❤️
I have 5 WIPS. 3 are all pieced, just need to quilt and bind. Of the 5 WIPS, 4 are QALS. That is my undoing. If I didn’t join QALS, I would keep myself at 2-3 WIPS. Now my queue is HUGE, so many patterns and fabrics!
I would like to enter you WIP Fabric contest.
At least 5 at the moment. I love this pattern and would be honored if I were chosen. Love your fabrics too
I have 5 active works in progress. The granny square block is on my bucket list.
It is always fun to see a new video from you. I always enjoy watching them, and you always inspire me to get busy! LOL. I believe that I have seven (7) WIPs currently in my WIP pile. I love the blocks you are sharing with one lucky person. Thanks so much. I am keeping my fingers crossed!
Hi, I don’t have any!!! I try my best not to start a new project until I am finished with the one I am working on. I have tons of things I want to do but I make sure not to start until I have nothing on my table. Fingers crossed I win!
I currently have 4 works in progress. The color pallet and pattern of the give away are perfect for me.
I’m new to quilting but already have 2 WIPs with another 3 or 4 kit/projects waiting. Love the fabrics you chose for this WIP!
I have 2 or 3 wips. I love the colors and pattern in this giveaway!
I have so many UFO’s right now!My life has been so Blessed with new family members coming our way. New grandson in December, one soon to be here any day now in January and new grandson in April. So its been hectic and fun but I have had to set the sewing aside for right now. Hopefully in February I will be able to catch up on some bibs, burp pads, blankets and some crib quilts. Love the colors in your blocks and I think they could used in a crib quilt or maybe three. Have a wonderful day!
I think I have 4 (2 are long term projects) others are smaller. I have a goal this year to try & finish some things off! Milestone birthdays are not exactly helping, but I like to have a variety of things to work on when the mood takes me.
I have to to finish, one I have all the blocks done just need to finish quilting. The other one is half done.
I currently have 2 WIPs. But I also inherited a WIP from my Mom when she passed. I’m new to quilting but I love the fabrics and the exciting designs.
I probably have at least 6 WIPs. The one closest to completion is for my 6 yr old granddaughter. She wanted kitties. It is completed except for mailing it! I don’t consider it finished until she has it her hands. The next one to be finished will be my Ukrainian quilt which will be donated to a
Ukrainian family. Just needs the binding . The WIP you are giving away has such wonderful fabrics and I love the pattern! It would be so fun to finish this quilt for you! I am sure whoever wins it will love working on it.
I guess it depends how you define a UFO. I think of it as an unfinished quilt top. That being said, I’m really not sure but I’m guessing I have at least 5. I tend to finish to quilt top done stage & then have to wait until I save $$ for a longarmer. I loved your video today. I have also given away blocks & partially done quilts that I no longer have any desire for. In fact just yesterday I gave my bestie 12 nine inch civil war blocks. She said she’s always wanted to do a civil war quilt & now I’ve gotten her started. Ha! Thanks for the opportunity to win your give-away! I LOVE all your fabrics & patterns!
I currently have five WIP’s. They are all Christmas quilts from last year that I just didn’t finish. I am hoping they will be completed for this Christmas. I would love to finish your WIP!!! I know it would go straight to the top of the pile!!! Love what you do!!!!
I have only been at this for a year or so, so not too many WIP. I try to keep up. I think right now I have about four quilt tops that need quilting and two that are cut and not pieces so lots to do there. It’s hard to stay on task when there are so many pretty new fabrics coming out to buy and use.
I have 4 WIPS right now. I try to keep it down to 2 or three, but sometimes I get too excited and just have to cut into some new fabric! Thanks for the chance to win!
I have 8 WIP, 4 quilt kits, 1 table runner kit, and about 100 patterns! What fun! Thx for your information and inspiration!
I have six that I am actively working on. Another 8 planned out and fabric set aside in my head and probably six kits that I should be working on lol. But these would be a cute table runner!
I have around 7 WIP, this includes 3 finished quilt tops which need to be sandwiched and quilted. I love these fabrics and your videos and of course love seeing your Ginger Ninja! lol
I have many WIP’s but my goal as of September of 2022 was to complete 1 WIP at the same I am working on a new project and so far it has worked out GREAT. I have enjoy revisiting the projects and it has also inspired even more new ideas. So far I have completed 2 Wip’s and completed 2 new projects as well. I would love, love, love to give your beautiful unfinished project. I love it. The fabrics you selected are so lovely. I always enjoy your videos and they bring joy to my days. Thank you.
I currently have 3 WIPs, but also have fabric for 4 other quilts that I have not started yet (don’t even have the fabric cut yet). Thank you for all your you tube videos, they are very informative.
Hi Corey! I have 3 quilting wins, but I’d love to bump your pretty dusty r,w,&b one to the head of the list! I’ve always wanted to make a quilt in that colorway. Thank you for the opportunity for someone to win.
I have one quilt that needs the binding added. But so many projects in my head!!!! Going to make some potholders and a quilt asap!
Hi Corey! What an awesome idea! I will definitely be going through my UFOs and gifting some to others. I currently have about 10 WIPs; however, I would LOVE to receive a very special one from you!!! Love all of your fabrics and patterns. ❤️
I would love to win your unfinished project! I have a couple WIPS in project bags which I find helpful in not losing them. They are always in my eyesight. Thank you.
I have 11 quilts that need quilting and binding. I have two table runners cut and ready to sew for Valentine’s Day. Love the blocks in your WIP, my Mom loves those colors and I would love to finish it for her.
I have 6 WIP’s. I just organized them and will hopefully finish 1 at a retreat this next week
Hmmmm…. WIPs….. I’d love to say 1, but pretty sure I have 5 out on my table the number is probably close to 20…..
I have about ten going right now. Now kitted and ready to go 20 or more. This year Im trying to make both of those numbers shrink.
I have 3 works in progress!! One for my daughter, one for my husband and one for me!! I’ve just started quilting 2 years ago and I have only finished 2 quilts but I look forward to finishing these this year!
Surprisingly, I have no quilt top WIPS. I work on 1 at a time, then once I send off to the Longarmer, I begin the next project. That said, I must bind the top currently being quilted by the Longarmer once returned, but I don’t really think of that as a WIP…especially since once returned, I bind it so it is finished. wiahing I couls say the same for my xstitch or beading projects or others of my crafts…LOL.
I so enjoy watching you videos, Corey. You are so authentic, kind and creative…AND so easy to listen to.
Have a great.month!
I currently don’t have any wipes I’m new to quilting. So I’m hoping to have a couple for this year
I have about 10 WIP. that I need to get on wiyj
I have two WIP. The first, I’m finishing hand sewing the binding on, and the second, I’m putting on the borders. I’m fairly new to quilting and would enjoy a new project. I love the fabrics and pattern of your giveaway. Thank you so much for sharing your quilting skills and for the very beautiful fabric designs you bring to the world.
I had 5 WIP a few weeks ago but decided it was time to finish those before starting new quilt tops. I am now down to one only and plan to accumulate no more than 3 at a time this year as I go forward.
I am donating them to a charity in Northern Canada where they are needed by families with babies and young children.
I have 5 WIPS and am slowly getting to them. I regrettably started a temperature quilt in 2022 and am at May! It’s so boring!!!! But i will finish it because it bugs me that it is in a box and unable to see the day of light.
I have about 4 ufo’s but another 5 projects I’m actively working on
Hi Corey, I have 4 WIPs and 3 quilt tops to be quilted. I love all those WIPs you have. Your fabric choices are just wonderful. I would love to finish them.
I do enjoy watching your videos and I love the cat. My cat “helps” me too! I hope you have a wonderful New Year.
I have 7 or 8 WIP’s, three of them are just quilts that need binding. 2 are fabric and patterns that I have ready to start. The others are truly WIP’s. Along with that I have loads of fabric with patterns in mind that haven’t been started at all, but are on my list. Always more patterns and BOM’s I want to join coming out daily, lol I just love all the fabrics and patterns, its always so hard to decide. I think your WIP give away is incredible and so generous of you. I love the fabrics you pick and the pattern. I would be honored to receive and complete it. Thank you for all you do and present to us on your tube and the blog….
Thank you, Corey for talking about your UFO’s. My goal this year is to finish at least one project a month but so far this year I’ve finished nine projects; some are small but it still feels great to finish them. It’s refreshing to hear that others have old projects they’re trying to finish.
I am actually shocked as a new quilter to learn that I already have 9 WIP! How does this even happen? lol At the risk of sounding just a little bit creepy- I’d love to come by and just sit with my coffee and stare at your beautiful wall of fabrics! OMG….They make me smile. I only have two children and I am constantly getting their names mixed up – so I have NO idea how you keep rattling off the names of all your fabrics!? haha
I probably have 3-4 live WIPs and hundreds in my mind.
I have 3 WIP. I enjoy your videos.
I have about 7 WIP. Thank you for doing this. I love watching your videos.
I really appreciate your videos and blog postings! Are you defining WIP’s as projects cut and in various stages of completion? If so, then I currently have 7 projects as WIP. If you define it as fabric purchased with a project in mind then I’m in trouble…the number jumps to about 60….then there will be all the scraps! I love French General and Laundry Basket Quilt fabrics. Several collections from both designers are in my list of 60!
I have probably five WIPs now. Caught up on many during Covid.
Love the giveaway fabrics.
I have about 11 WIPs. Thank you for your videos. I’m fairly new to quilting and have learned a lot from you. I love that you are an Ohio girl too. I love the look and colors of this project.
I love the idea of finishing up wips. I have kinda thought of this for 2023 also. I started your quilt along on the scrappy Irish chain, just to use up my scraps, so I can move on to making other quilts. Thanks for the giveaway , and all your great videos.
I have 5 WIP’s in progress, and probably adding another since my niece is having a baby. 😊. Love watching your YouTube and reading your blog.
I have about 6 wips going
I’ve spending January finishing projects that have been sitting around years too long because I’d like to start with fresh projects. I’m on my last so I’m ready for a new challenge!
I have 5 wips. Love your videos and fabric line. Keep them coming. Great inspiration.
I have 6 Wips , I’m new to quilting and a little nervous !
Hi! I have around 6 wips. They are mostly bom’s so waiting on the next releases. I’ve enjoyed your videos and would love to won the confetti cake giveaway!

I’m a new quilter with only two completed quilts, a few placemats and some table runners for practice. Quilt #3 is getting borders now and #4 is on the design wall. So, I guess you could say that I have just 2 WIPs. I love all the coordinating French General type fabrics you chose for your Granny Square quilt. The old style colors and prints really speak to me. I do hope we get to see the finished project at some point from whoever gets the fabrics. I think it’s going to be beautiful. Keep the videos coming. I enjoy all the ideas and inspiration I get from watching them.
Hello, I am a beginner so I only have 7 WIP’s. I have what I need to finish the tops, but always have to wait on the backing. $$$ Thank you for this opportunity.
I think I have about 6 WIPs, one I know I will never finish and plan on giving it to someone at our Guild who would be interested in finishing it. Love your videos and your star seeking cat. Janette
WIPs- oh my! I bet I have over 20….way too many!😳
I currently have 1. I just need to quilt it.
I wish I were Emma with onlyone. I have a closet full of quilt tops ready to be quilted and 3 bins of “works in progress”. ADHD anyone?
Hi. I’d love to win the giveaway. I really like the pattern and the fabrics you have put together. I have a lot of ufos, but at one point I had over 50, and that number is definitely now less than 20. My biggest ufo is Dear Jane. I too sometimes fall out of love with a project and give it away to someone who wants it. There is no point of putting more energy into a project if you no longer love it. Thanks for your inspiring channel and blog. Pick me. Lol
I have to admit I have at least 10 WIPS. The fabrics and pattern in the giveaway are beautiful. Thanks for all that you share and the inspiration.
Hi Corey! I am scared to count my WIP’s. I probably have at least 15 projects I have started. At least 15-20 tops in my pile of finished and waiting to be quilted and so many more I have organized with fabric and patterns waiting to be started. I quilt and longarm for Project Linus so it’s difficult sometimes to find time for personal projects, but I love the challenge!
Hi! I have my fair share of WIPs … 9 waiting for me to baste and quilt, 7 in piecing stages, and 5 kits waiting in the wings. 2023 plan is to not purchase any kits or piecing fabric, just backing, border, batting, thread and maybe tools if needed.
Hi Corey! I currently have 2 WIPS. Starting a new quilt project…which will be a wedding gift to my son and future daughter-in-law. Once it is finished, I hope to get back to my WIPS.
I have a self-imposed rule of not starting a new project before the previous one is ready for the long arm. However, I am breaking my own rule. I have 4 in progress and a 5th I am preparing fabric for. Those new ideas keep calling out to me!
Hi Corey! I have one WIP right now – an EPP project I started using scraps from making masks during COVID. (shhh….some new fabric got in there too!). I would love to receive the project you started!
I’ve started cutting scraps for the scrappy Irish chain. Still have more scraps to cut. I have 5 or six tops made but they needs to get basted and quilted. I need to get started on a baby quilt for a friend!
I have quite a few wips as well, but would love to win this one to do my 2023 red/wh/blu quilt. I think it looks so old fashioned with the taupe in it.
I think I currently (that I know of for sure – lol) have 10 WIP’s – oh wait I just finished one yesterday so I now have 9 WIP’s. love your videos and your patterns & fabrics.
I currently have five, but I already finished my oldest and largest just this month. Love the scrappy irish chain and am following along.
I have 3 major WIPs for which I have set deadlines. But, I have many other WIPs. It is fun to see your WIPs and finishes. Love your videos, fabric lines and patterns.
I have four WIPs to finish. One is your Heartfelt quilt. The WIP you are giving away looks like it would be a beautiful Red, white and blue quilt. Thank you for all you do Corey. I love watching and learning new techniques from you. Thank you 🧵❤️🧵
Oh gosh, you are really asking us to air our dirty secrets, aren’t you? 😂 I have two tops ready to quilt. There are 4 WIPs that I’m willing to commit to finishing. And I only have a million on my list that I would love to make this year1
I think I have 8 WIP’s. Three are started and I work on them now and then. The others are resting in their project boxes waiting for me. I love scrappy quilts or that scrappy look.
I have at least 10 WIPs. I just got back into quilting more this last year, so some of them are older. I’m hoping to finish most of them this year.
Hi Corey, I love watching your videos. Can’t wait until you get a new one out 💕
I’m very new to quilting, so far I’ve made 3 lap quilts for 3 great-grandbabies 💖💙💙.
I can use any help I can get!! Thanks for all your sharing and caring 💟✝️💟
I have three WIPs, but always have room for more! I love the fabric you’ve chosen. Thank you!
I am currently in the process of organizing my sewing room which was recently expanded :). I am also trying to organizing all supplies and WIPs ! I will admit to having at least 5 WIPs, but I just recently discovered a project that I started 20 years ago when I was learning how to quilt (I will be finishing that one!)
Thank you for your positive news uplifting videos! They always inspire me to sew!
Not counting all the finished tops still needing to be quilted, I have at least 5 WIPs, but would be thrilled to have one of yours! Your color choices are always so beautiful.
Hi
I have 2 wip.
1 year Old and 1 handsown thats ower 20 years
Hi Cory I have many project quilts ready to start but I haven’t started any of them! I am working on Winter Soltice. A large quilt that I ironed appliques to (many of them) the quilt came that way. Well they all started coming off and curling up on the ends and corners so I am sewing each one down with matching thread. I am down now to just green, cream, white and black! I can’t wait to get it finished so I can move on. It has dogs, cats, snow men with buttons, hats, carrot noses, hats, scarves, houses with roofs, chimneys, windows, curtins, doors OH MY GOSH! the lish is endless but it will be beautiful, can I send you a picture? Anyway I would love to have your material and blocks and finish the quilt top, it is beautiful and in my colors. You are a generous woman. Thank you for all your videos, insperation, and beautiful fabrics. I am using beautiful day for the block of the month by FQS for book 4 of Jolly Bars! and your beautiful fabric for the new Charity Quilt. Thanks again, MiChelle
I have already identified 9, but your sweet blocks would be such a great addition!
💗💗💗
Hi Corey, I have 4 WIP, just getting done with a bh mystery quilt and cutting out for the scrappy Irish chain. But really motivated to use my scraps and trying to contain “mt. Scrapmore”!
I have 7 Wip’s. Would love to finish yours!
I have 9 that are in process of completion. This doesn’t include tops waiting for quilting.
I have 11works in progress, which includes 3 started just this month! In addition to those, I have 24 completed and waiting for me to get to them on my longarm. I’ve had it for four years, but I still struggle. Right now, I’ve got my Oh Happy Day quilt (in Buttercup and Slate) loaded and started. Will finish her tomorrow. You inspire me.
I think the answer is “too many”, but I just love starting projects when I see them. I have 2 old UFOs, but the rest of my projects are being worked on continuously. Love your videos.
I think I have about 12! Gads that is overwhelming when I say it out loud. But I would love to add these blocks and fabric to it!! And I love your Dresden with the little Ohio star. Love watching you Corey!!!
What a wonderful pattern. I would love to try that one out.
This looks like a challenging pattern, one that I would learn new skills by doing. I’ve always wanted to do a type of Granny Squared for my Mom. But haven’t done it yet. As finding forgotten blocks, yes, one for an On-point lap quilt that was going to be used for a Prayer Lap Quilt. But not enough fabric was given to me. Just a thought 💭 I could make a Prayer pillow case! WIP’s lost count, John Wayne material from RBD Cowboy Quilt for my Dad. Sewcialites 2, getting ready for “Sunwashed” and Barn Star Sampler Quilt Sew-a-long with FQS. GIVE TIGGS a great big smooch 😘 and hug 🤗
I currently have less than 10 quilt wips. Getting better about finishing them and off to family/friends who express interest, some I will keep and the rest I donate to fundraisers for charities I support including guide dog schools. I have been a volunteer puppyraiser for a guide dog school raising and sharing daily life with German Shepherd pups from 8 weeks to about 14-16 months when they are returned to the guide dog school for finish training and placement with someone who is visually impaired. I love to support this important charity with my quilts as fundraisers.
Thank you for the opportunity to get a wip from you and add to my donation.
Hi , Cori I love your fabrics & your videos ! I have probably 15 – 20 WIP quilting projects . I have many more crocheting & cross stitch projects ! Fabric scraps & piecing quilts is my passion .
Corey
For You’re newly, old Dresden Quilt Blocks. Could you maybe guess how much fabric would be needed to do a Queen size quilt. And the Fabrics for Give-A-Away, would you consider them to look like Civil War fabrics? Also, I’m trying to figure out the Proposal Quilt in the O’Happy Day book. I’m making a King Size for Nephew ‘s Wedding in July 2023.
I wouldn’t even be able to guess on the fabric requirements without sitting down and spending some time doing the math or they wouldn’t be accurate at all! =) I don’t consider the giveaway fabrics to be Civil War fabrics. And the easiest way to increase the size of any quilt is to either add blocks, add borders, or do both. =)
I have at least 10, that I can think of. Plus others packed away in boxes that I don’t remember.
Hi Corey
Once again I have a question about Martingale Publishing going out of business. 😞 The books that you published through them, are you going to buy the rights back? I’m so glad that I bought the “O’Happy Day” book. But I know Kimberly at Fat Quarter Shop has sold out of previous mentioned book. How can we get physical copies of You’re books? Inquiring Mind wants to know
They’ll still be available in quilt shops (locally or online) until they sell out. I have some of my books in my Etsy shop as well.
I have eight WIPS currently and few more to start, but your WIP would be a very nice one to add. I love the fabrics you chose. Sewing in retirement has been soothing to my soul. Thank you for your patterns, videos and fabrics!!
I must have over 10 to 15 works in progress, sad to say. I’m like a dog, I start on something and then “Squirrel ” comes around and I’m on to something new lol
So funny. But I feel like I get distracted like that sometimes!!
I have 3 WIP’s. Luckily, only 1 is a quilt…that I started a year ago! Thanks for offering your WIP 🙂
I have way too many WIPs! I would be embarrassed to say if I knew. I lost count a long time ago. I would still love to win these blocks. I had just saved this pattern on Pinterest thinking that it might be a fun one to make.
I have three WIPS at this time. One is your Leaves with your Cozy Up fabric. Love it.
I would love to take your UFO off your hands. The colors are lovely. I have roughly 6 – 8 UFO’s of my own but I am making some headway. Love your videos.
I am currently working on a baby quilt, so I’m counting that one. My list off the top of my head is 8, which is at least 3 tops that need quilting, and then the rest in various stages. I’m fairly that number is higher because we recently swapped my guest room and craft room and some closed storage tubs haven’t meandered to their new home.
Hi Corey!
I currently have 7 WIP’s; 4 are being worked on now but I will finish all of them. That doesn’t include other needle art projects – I love anything that keeps my hands busy and my heart happy! The colors in your WIP giveaway look like the Americana theme I have going in my family room.
Thanks for sharing your tips and love of quilting. God’s blessings to you and your family!
I probably have about 20-25 WIPS and that’s okay with me. Sewing them made me happy and that what’s it’s all about to me. I haven’t met a quilt or sew along that I haven’t joined. I’d love to finish up these granny squares.
I have 4 WIPS two just need binding and one needs the border.Last but not least socialites 2.love you and your fabric would be so great to work on your WIPS ❤️
Hi Corey and friends
As I have been straightening and cleaning my sewing room, I have been finding a few unfinished quilts…yikes 6 of them. I still love them and will continue working on them. There’s always a new sew along popping up which sometimes steer me away from the current project…unless it’s a gift quilt. Love watching you Corey. Thanks for your cheery videos 😉
Between unfinished blocks and finished tops that need quilting probably 10. Lots more that I have fabric for and haven’t touched yet.
I love working on multiple projects at once. Good to know I am not alone. Sometimes I feel like piecing or cutting or even doing handwork. I started your scrappy chain quilt-a-long. I definitely needed to break up the cutting for that project! I guess if I have to count I am at 12!
Thanks for the opportunity to enter your giveaway!!
I have 8 WIPs right now. So many other projects on my list I need to get them done. Thanks for the chance to win!
Hi Corey,
I love the colors you chose for this project. I’m always working on a variety of projects because I like to mix things up. I have 3 scrap projects, one with crumbs, one with 2.5 in squares, and one with 1.5 in strips, that are being done over time, I have 4 projects in various stages of completion…. one only needs a binding. Plus, I just began a mystery quilt-along. So I guess that’s eight!
I think I have 6 WIPs and more that are not yet started. Love watching your videos.
Hi Corey! I have about 12 WIPs & just decided to start cleaning & organizing my sewing room. I love your videos & hope you can come back here to Lancaster County, PA again for a visit!
Hey I have 10 wips in progress and oh my gosh i started another one today🤪Thank you for the chance to win this. Have a blessed day.
I have 2 WIPs-a small Christmas quilt for my son and star quilt (for my son as well). I’m a new quilter, so I’ve only made 2 other quilts. I love the fabrics you picked 🙂
I currently have about 8-10 wips in progress, I seem to always start and get the blocks made then, I find another fabric or pattern I like and just have to see it worked up. I always say it’s ok I’ll finish them later. I eventually do, I just like seeing new blocks sewn together. Thanks for this giveaway, the fabric and is so beautiful.
Today is my birthday. Finishing your quilt would be an honor as well as a wonderful birthday present. I have many WIPs which include 3 BOMs for 2023 and 7 quilt tops that need to be sent to the spa or FMQ in my sewing studio. Crossing my fingers! 🤞🏻🎂🎂
hello, I dont know if it counts, but last night i spent a couple hours helping my future daughter-in-law figure out a quilt she wants to make for after the wedding on their cali-king bed. wow…that is big, i tend towards lap quilts to make. we have planned out dates for time in February to work on it. counting that one. i have 2 wip quilts.
I have about 10 going on right now. As a quilter, I can always work on another awesome quilt. Having WIP is showing my love of quilting.
I have no wipes blocks. New to quilting. I do enjoy your videos.
UFO’s always seem to make me feel guilty. Thanks for making it okay to “fess-up”!! I have 16. My stack is growing, as I might finally finish one from my stash but then add 2 or 3. Yours is beautiful! I’d love to work on it! Thanks for the giveaway.
I’d love to finish your wip. It’s one of my favorite quilt blocks thank you for your videos I enjoy watching what you are up to.
I have been finishing WIP for a lot of my Guild members and donating them to Oncology patients or Hospice. I would be glad to take yours or anyone elses. Last year our little Guild finished 89 quilts. That’s remarkable in my book. We have a bunch of other service projects going too.
Ohmygosh, how many wips? Hmm, I have 2 quilt tops almost finished, 3 cut out but not yet made it to the sewing machine. A qayg hexie quilt that I do from time to time. I started to quilt blocks for a quilt jacket. Then I opened up a crate and found 2 more quilt tops.. I’ve stopped looking. So probably about 10 quilt things but then I also knit & crochet and there’s no way that I’m going to count them as I’d feel too guilty!
You have just a great eye for colour & I’m drooling (ever so slightly) over your giveaway pile!
I have 1 work in progress that I can’t get motivated to finish as it’s hard, but watching your videos encourage me to get it done.
I have a bundle of the same French General line of fabrics & would love to add more fabrics to make a bigger quilt.
I only have 3 WIP! I finished 6 quilts for Christmas so that cleared up a bunch.
Oh dear – I have at least 25 WIP right now. There are so many good ideas for quilts out there that I get carried away! I just started using your fabrics in quilts and recently spent a lot of money on a line I am using to make Sherri McConnell’s BOM quilt and a quilt by Lella Boutique. The fabric store had a bunch of your fabric on sale and I bought a lot of it! I can’t wait to ourchase somee Sunwashed fabric. I love the videos you do on You Tube. Thanks for all you do to keep the quilt community going!
I have so many wips I can’t count them all. I need to plan a way to finish them . I need a plan. HELP! I have stopped buying fabric.
Love these blocks. My colors too. I hope I win.
So glad you live close by in Holmes County. I’m from Coshocton.
Have a great day!
I have about 3! Love your fabric collections, patterns and videos! Keep ‘em coming! Happy New Year!
Hi Corey! I have 4 WIPs, 3 to Quilt and currently 2 bindings to attach 🙂 I Love fabrics from French Gemeral and Laundry Basket and even the deeper/darker fabrics of Kansas Troubles. Thank you for this chance!!!
Hi 🙂🌻 I have 2 WIPs. One is cats and books applique. Another is EPP.
I also have a few plans for upcoming projects that I’ve started collecting fabric for: the scrappy quilt you have introduced, and a 1950’s dress 👗 which will be a challenge because I usually just do patchwork 😃
Thanks for your channel and patterns. I have recently purchased 2 – the sheep 🐑 pattern and the idyllic pattern 🌟
I have one WIP – a binding a hope to finish this week. I’m a newquilter and have to admit cutting fabric gives me anxiety! I would love to learn Irish Chain, especially since the fabric is ready to go!
I have around 10 or so wins. Mostly tops that need either borders or quilting. I would love to tackle the wip you are giving away. Thank you.
I have four quilts ready for binding and a dozen or more WIP!
I have 20 finished quilt tops that need to be quilted. I have 3 that I have started piecing and haven’t finished. Love your quilts and fabric!!!
I currently have 6 WIP. My goal this year is to finish one a month. As well as start new projects as I am currently following your Scrappy Irish Chain and plan on starting mine this week! I would love to finish your granny blocks, as that pattern is in my to do list. I am also from Ohio and visit Miller’s Dry Goods frequently.
I currently have 5 wips I plan on finishing. I have a couple I will not finish, I will give them away or put in fabric back in stash. I also bought 2 wips at sale that I need to finish. I love granny blocks but I have not made one. Also I love your Christmas quilt. Thank you for making the videos and for designing such beautiful fabric.
I do have many wips in the sewing room, but I have a granddaughter who shows interest in quilting (finally!) and I may be pulling some of these out to work on with her or bless her with! 🙂 This wip of yours are in the dusty colors that I love, but date me 😛 My 120+ yr old farmhouse sure makes a nice setting for them though!
I already have 4 and am new to quilting. I can see where this is going……lol!
Hi Corey, I have just finished a Linus quilt. I have an EPP project ongoing. I would love to work on your project
WIP’s you ask ? I’m looking at several (more than 5) that only need quilted, & several (-5) that are not in a top form ! Not too bad considering I just started sewing before the pandemic. Love your show !! ❤️
I think I have minimum 10, but probably closer to 15 WIPS. Lovely fabrics & pattern in the giveaway.
Thank you for all your great videos ❤️ I always love a cameo from Mr Tiggs, lol. I currently have 4 WIPs, I’ve been slowly making my way through them.
I currently have 5 WIPs. Your blocks are just beautiful.
I have 12 WIP that need to get finished this year, but recently I’ve begun working on clearing out my scraps and strings by making them into blocks… which I guess is a 13th WIP.
LOVE, Love, Love this block — it’s been on my to-do list for so long! Those fabrics are so perfect and I’d be more than happy to take this project off of your hands 🙂
I only have a few WIP’s at the moment and would really like to work on this one.
I have a few less works in progress this week! I had to squeeze in some alterations for my daughters, but then I was able to complete some winter projects recently. Does it count as “WIP” if you haven’t started it yet?? 🙂 I’ve got lots of those but a handful of actual WIP.
Gosh, I probably have a dozen WIPs going – I did manage to get one finished this year already and am working on another ….. would be fun to receive your little package of unfinished loveliness….
Hi Corey, I only have 3 WIPs, lol, my very first quilt needs the hand sewn binding finished, my son (and his fiancee) Christmas gift quilt is almost done and I started my first QAL! I have 4 projects on the next to do list though, haha. I wouldn’t do your WIP giveaway justice, but it’d still be extremely cool to win it, teehee. Thanks for being so sweet!!
I have 9 ufos at present but there’s always room for more!
I have approximately 8 WIPs. I’ve also made a commitment to not purchase any new fabric, and to work from my stash. What a novel idea, right?
Big I love the fabrics you’ve selected for this project, and would be honored to help you finish it! Thanks,
New quilter so i only have 3.
I have 1 in need of quilting and binding and one on deck for cutting. I have only a small space but if I could spread out I would amass a library (sounds nicer than a stash) of fabric. Love your work. Thanks .
I have around 10 ufos.
I just went through all of my WIPS. I currently have 12. I clearly need to refocus.
I have 5 WIPs right now, but of course many I want to create!😄I’d love to add this one, too! You are the best, Miss Corey!
I only have one WIP right now but getting ready to start 2 new projects. I had three that I had to finish by Christmas and thankfully I finished on time, with one day to spare!!! Love your videos on YouTube. Thank you for all of your tips, tricks and sewing advice; I need them!
Love what you share on youtube! I would be honored to finish the wip that you are so generously passing on to us!!!
First. I love watching your videos. I have 5 wip, 4 ready to be quilted and many kits waiting to get started. This is my year to bring my pile of kits and projects to a more manageable number. Here’s hoping!!!!!
I’m afraid to count 😂
I love watching your videos! I have two WIP’s at the moment. I make quilts of valor and quilts for graduation gifts for at-risk high school seniors at our local high school who are managing to graduate against the odds of being homeless sometime during their high school career. I would love to turn your squares into quilts for ones of these important projects!
I think I have around…. 10 WIPs? I’m including projects I’ve bought fabric for but haven’t cut into yet, because in my mind the fabric can’t be used for anything else.
Hi Corey, I really enjoy your videos. I have 12 WIPS which is including sewing binding onto five quilts. My husband keeps asking when am I going to get the binding on them (I just think one of these days). I loved seeing your Dresden blocks. Making a Dresden quilt is on my bucket list for this year and I hope to do that. Thank you for a great giveaway!
I have 8 WIP, 2 unstarted BOM’s and 20 flimsies that need to be quilted. I have a plan to get all this done in 2023 plus allowing myself to start a few projects lol.
I currently have 9 WIPs..I am making myself finish one before I can start a new project. So far it’s working…I finished 4 WIPs over the last 6 months. 🙂 Those Americana fabrics for the granny square quilt are beautiful! Thanks for a chance to win them!
I have 8 WIP’s currently at various stages. I also collected other fabric, patterns and kits when I was working (I told hubby just in case money was tight when I retired!). I’m now retired and am having a blast working through all the projects! On my bucket list is a granny square as my grandma crocheted them. I love those fabrics and would very much enjoy finishing them up.Thanks for inspiring us to finish up our WIP’s! I enjoy your videos.
I have about 3 WIPS let. I finished two. 🤔
I have 4 WIP’s going right now ! I would love to finish yours!
WIPS, oh my! I have several, at least 8 at the moment. I’m a new grandma and do lots of grandma time, so my quilting projects tend to not get finished as I had planned. I would love to receive your Confetti Cake project and I promise it would get done as I love your fabrics. Thank you for all of your inspiration, your videos, your books and your beautiful fabrics!
Off the top of my head I have about 5-6 WIPs. I have seen a few videos about organizing for the new year and rounding up those WIPs so that they can get done this current year BUT I haven’t done that yet. I totally love the fabrics for this giveaway!! I would absolutely love to receive them.
Would love to help you finish one of your WIP’s …Love the colors and the fact that it’s started makes a quilter excited to finish. Thanks for all your time and talents Corey. We sure appreciate all you do. Hugs from Minnesota
I have no idea how many WIPS I have! More than a dozen I’m sure! I’m afraid to take inventory! LOL In addition, I have several finished tops that need to be quilted. Two of the quilts are designs of yours that I work on periodically. One is the Goodness Grows BOM that was in the Sew Sampler box a few years ago. I somehow managed to make TWO of each block because I confused myself with buying all kinds of fabric. Long story! Another one has to do with Sunshine, but I can’t remember the exact name. It has a panel that goes with it. I haven’t started that one yet, except for gathering the fabric. And there’s loads of Christmas quilts that I’m trying to quilt on my home machine. I can’t afford a longarmer for sure, since I’m on a fixed income. So why do I want to take on your WIP when I have so many WIPS of my own? Heaven knows! LOL Thanks for your generosity Corey!
I currently have 9 W.I.P. (counting current sew alongs). and …gulp😂😂😂…. 18 quilt tops that are waiting to be quilted. Since I don’t send any of my quilts away to a long-arm quilter- I count my quilt tops as W.I.P’s , too – for a grand total of … 27! Eeek.
I really enjoy your YouTube content. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us. Your cat makes me giggle. I sew with my 4 cats and 2 dogs and they are a constant comic relief
I have maybe a dozen projects I’d like to finish. Thank you for sharing. I enjoy your videos.
I love, love, love your color palette! I probably have 10-12 WIPS and 20 or more in my mind’s eye!
I love your fabric and patterns so much. You are an inspiration! I think you have 30 WIPs.
Hi!! I have recently discovered your blog and I am also new to quilting. I have completed two so far and have 2 WIP. I would love to receive the beautiful WIP you are giving away. Love your videos and quilts!!
You are such a natural-love watching your videos. Love the color way you picked for project you are giving away. I don’t need another wip I have dozens but that doesn’t stop me from entering. Ha.
I’m relatively new to this, so I have 3 wips. But I’ve got a looot in crochet and beading. Can’t have just one project going on, can we ? 😉
I have 5 WIP in progress. Disclaimer .. I may have one or 2 tucked away in a closet too! I would love to finish that for you. Love your fabric. I have 3 FQ sets of Strawberry Jam that I have been hoarding for a special quilt.
I’m sure it’s more than 12. I have several just cut out but not started sewing yet. Do they count?
I’d love to inherit the WIP. I even have a case I can put it in for my 2023 projects I have planned.
I have about 15, which is strange because I did a wip challenge at the end of 2022 and finished all but 2. Oh well!
First let me say I love your product lines and your videos. I probably have about 30 works in progress and I don’t even know how many kits or projects I have that I haven’t started. The bright side of all of this is if I’m collecting them for my retirement, which I hope can happen in two years.
I am in the process of making a list of how many wip/ufos I have. Unfortunately the fabric on the other side of the fence always looks so enticing. I have completely finished several already this year. I am trying to not purchase fabric this month so, how fabulous would getting a give away =). I love watching your you tube videos. ❤️
I think I have around 6 WIPs but a lot of projects I haven’t even started as well. I need to get working!!!
I can only have one WIP at a time — the guilt EATS ME UP! I’m either working on it or I”m not — but I’d love to have a second waiting in the wings!
I’d love to finish your WIP! I have two others going so far, with hundreds of other ideas swirling in my head and in my fabric drawers and pattern shelf for the future !! Thank you.
I am not sure how many WIP’s I have. A lot of them getting them quilted. I have 4 or 5 that are in various stages of getting done. I am working on one now and know I have at least two more that just need the blocks sewn together. I have now been sewing for over three month due to back surgery but I am back to that now but have to pace myself. I love the fabrics you have chosen and that is one project that I have on my list to do next when I get some of the pieced ones done.
I have three quilt tops, I think that’s all, started. But I have many more that need to be quilted!
I have too many WIPS and I am trying to get them down – I feel the need to clear out! Now that I have said that, I LOVE your dresden quilt and the colors and would be happy to finish it. I am trying very hard not to start the scrappy irish chain since I have a scrappy WIP with 2.5 squares already….
I have 4 WIP’S and have been sewing every day, so I hope to make good progress. I love quilts and your WIP is very pretty 😍
I don’t even know how many WIPs I have. It is so fun to get a new project. 😉😂
I would hate to admit how many wips I have!
I would love to the finisher of one of your WIPs. I really enjoy your approach to all things quilting.
I would love to sign up for your partially completed quilt blocks. The colors sound beautiful.
I have been working on my WIP’s and have finished 4 since November. I have a long arm, so I count those as well.
I love the colors of your blocks that you are wanting to rehome. I would finish them and give them a custom quilting to wear with pride.
Thank you for all your quilting information and letting us see you are a quilter with larger quilting aspirations than time in the day.
Oh Boy! I have 3 waiting to be quilted and 3 cut out waiting to be pieced, I think – lol – there may be more 🤣
Hi Cory. First I wanted to let you know I absolutely love your fabric lines and patterns.I currently have about 6 quilt tops that only need borders put on them.,but I also have about 15 quilt tops waiting to be quilted. Right now I have about 2 quilt tops a week being sent to my 2 awesome longarm quilters. I would be honored to finish your project for you. I truly love piecing and try to do as many different projects that i can. Keep up the great work.
Sincerely,
Amy Thompson
I have about 12 WIP in various stages. Recently found you on YouTube and love your bright, cheery self and the equally bright and cheery quilts you make. Thinking about making the scrappy Irish Chain.
Aimée
Cory I’ve lost count of how many WIPs ( UFO’s) I have . At this point there extra insulation in my attic and evs.hope i get them done before I see Jesus 👀 😆 . I know whomever you bless this project with will be very happy 😊.
I think I have 6, but I may find more when I finish unpacking things in my new sewing room. Thanks for the chance to add to my WIP. 😊
I think I have about 12 WIPs currently but I did make a new year resolution to get some finished before starting something new. One of my quilts was the Very Coriander Christmas blocks that I started in 2020. I was using Brenda Riddle’s Dover fabric line. I have just this week out all the blocks together and am about to order extra fabric to do borders and backing and it will be done. I loved the challenge of these lovey big blocks so thank you for designing them.
I’m new to quilting and have only one WIP. I would love to complete your WIP !!
I spent 2022 trying to finish up my wips one of which was the Maple Charm you taught in Berlin several years back. Suzette long armed it for me last month and I just finished the binding last week. Love it! Now it’s time to start a couple more. Love your choice of colors for this give away.
I currently have 5 WIPs. Some are tops waiting to be quilted. I would love to finish your quilt!
Hi Cori! I love your videos! You always make my day sweet! I currently have 4 wips in various stages. I still love them all and love working on them! I love the fabric in the blocks you showed! They would be fun to sew up! Have a great day!
How many WIP’s do I currently have…that is a loaded question! I’m sure I have well over a dozen or two. I did manage to finish up about 10 last year! Love your videos and would love to finish that beautiful quilt top!
Oh my 😳 I’m thinking I have about 18 wips! That, however, doesn’t mean I wouldn’t live to win your beautiful project!!
As I work full time out of the house my wips tend to build up, right now I have a Christmas Log Cabin , a patriotic quilt I started for the 4th of July and one baby quilt. This one has to be finished this month as baby is here.
Hi Corey, I have 4 WIP’s 😊 I would love to make your WIP #5! I have a lot of those fabrics already, and yours would make a great addition. Thanks for doing these giveaways it’s sew exciting!
If you don’t count unquilted tops, I don’t have any 🤯 but I have about 6 planned to start this year, and I really should finish quilting the 5-6 that are waiting.
I have a “few” WIPS, but I would love to give this one a try. Lovely pattern and fabrics. Thanks for a chance to win
I am a beginner, but so enthusiastic that I want to make everything!! I probably have 5 WIP’s right now, so what’s another one, lol!! Love your videos!
My goal last year we to finish up my WIP…..I have 4 left, but I started another 3 this year. Ha ha! Thank you for the wonderful giveaway!
I currently have two WIP going here in Colorado and two at my mom’s house in Michigan. I would love to finish up the scrappy Irish chain. Nice show and great ideas.
Hi, don’t know how many works in progress I have at this time. I work in a quilt shop and every time new fabric comes in I think of a new project. Luckily I can sometimes say it’s a shop sample but I really love the blocks and the fabric of your giveaway, crossing my fingers that you will draw my name. Otherwise I am picking up that pattern. Thank you for sharing.
I currently have about 25 WIPs! And the number grows all the time. But I did just start and finish a small Valentine’s Day wall hanging so that’s a plus. I also finished 2 WIP’s this month. I loved your video and seeing your WIP’s. Thank you.
I have 2 WIPs on the table. Love your videos. Keep up the good work.
I have 2 WIP from your lines and patterns. I love your lines of fabrics and your patterns. I have not been able to locate sunwashed in Northwest Ohio. I am really looking forward to your mystery quilt blocks. I would be honored to win your give away of your unfinished blocks. I love that you are from Ohio.
I currently have 8 WIPS. I don’t think that’s too bad lol!
I have four WIP quilts, numerous smaller projects, and a plethora of patterns that are lining up to be added to the WIP list.
I love your unfinished wip and would love to adopt it. Your show is a joy to watch and I learn something new everyday. Love your upbeat attitude and your adorable cat! Please consider a MN home for your quilt project! Happy Quilting, Kristi
I have at least 9 WIPs! I keep getting distracted by new ones I want to make!
Hi Corey,
I’d be honoured to win your Grannie squares to add to my 9 WIPs! Thanks for the chance to win, and for all your great quilting content!
I have about 20 tops waiting to be quilted, 3 waiting for binding, 3 BOM in progress and 1 abandoned one that I’m not sure I’ll ever finish. I have lots or projects in the closet but until I cut the fabric I don’t consider it a WIP.
I currently have 7 WIPs. I love seeing the WIP videos! 😊
I have around 16 top that are done and I have 2 wip.
Good Morning. I have 2 WIP’s left to finish piecing. I have 1 quilt I am hand sewing the binding on now. I have 1 “long term” English paper piecing project that I work on when I travel across country to visit my daughters. I am all caught up on my long arm quilting. Love your videos. Thanks for the chance to win the give away.
Hello Corey,
I have a few projects in progress…but sadly, my very first quilting project from 32 years ago remains in the unfinished pile…it was a quilt for my soon-to-be husband. I need to finish that and surprise that precious man with it. Your videos are so enjoyable and your work is gorgeous! Thank you for the giveaway; it’s very kind of you…blessings!
I currently have a whopping 7 projects! I love the fabrics you chose for this project, would love to help it along.
Love your videos Corey! You are a ray of sunshine and I currently have 15 (yikes – hate to admit it publicly!) but WOW! Would I love to have your unfinished quilt! Thanks again for your sunshine!
Hi Corey, just walking around my sewing room I count 22 wip, but I’m sure there could be more stashed around. Now this doesn’t count all the projects waiting to be cut into and started. Watching you I am encouraged to keep working one at a time whittling away at each one. It feels so good to finish something. I really don’t know how you manage to complete so much with all your deadlines. Super quilter. 😀
Corey,
You are a recent find and I love your friendly smile and easy conversational style. I have counted 24, and had to stop counting since I am supposed to be working! LOL (so, I guess this is an early lunch!).
I would very much like to finish up your WIP. I love the colors and I love the block. Do you think I could do it as a leader/ender? I have been looking for something like that to do.
Thank you for considering me to re-home your WIP!
I have about 6 quilt that are in the process of finishing. I would love to get the Confetti Cake quilt to finish along with my own ones. Winter is such a good time to finish up projects that need done. Love your information in all of your videos. Thanks Kathy
Love your videos! I currently have 2 WIPs — a quilt ready to go to the quilters and I am now working on the Scrappy Irish Chain. Your instructions are so helpful.
I would love to finish your quilt. I will be donating it to our church’s quilt auction where all the money is given to those who are impacted by natural disasters.
I have about 6 projects to finish. It never fails. I start a project,
and then I’m missing something. After a few weeks, I move on.
I currently have 8 quilts unfinished. I keep starting new ones and come back to those that need to finish. I need to rotate my sewing so I don’t get bored.
I am at 7 wild at the moment and really need to get my sew -jo going! I love that beautiful fabric. Cannot wait for your next line.
I currently have five started projects but over a hundred that are on the shelf waiting to be started.
Thanks for the couragement. I’m very new to quilting in general. I have one extra large queen flannel quilt I made for my own bed that needs a binding but we are using it right now. We heat our home with a wood stove so our room gets very chilly and I didn’t want to wait once our latest cold front came in.
Other than that I have a throw quilt I’m working on for our couch and that’s it. Loads of ideas and want to but nothing else in the works.
I’d be really excited to recertification those beautiful fabrics and pattern!!
Hi, Corey! Love you You Tube videos. Right now I have about 8 works in progress, but my brain is always thinking about something else to start on. I’m loving the Scrappy Irish Chain project and hope I can actually finish one of those soon.
I JUST discovered your channel yesterday while searching for “scrappy” quilts! I have been binge watching your videos all day today! I have only 1 WIP bc funds don’t allow me to buy too much fabric at once. I taught myself to quilt this year watching uTube videos and would love a chance to win your giveaway. I’m originally from Ohio and I recognized the Yoder name and the SugarCreek area I was there many years ago. Blessings from GA. 💕
So generous of you! I currently have 2 WIP (one piecing and one handwork EPP)….I don’t have any UFO’s…I had an amazing mentor/teacher who beat into my brain “Finish what you start”…plus, I just get too excited to see end results that I can’t put them aside. Love, your blog and videos..thank you for all your hints and tricks..
