Sewcialites Block 22

Welcome to week 22 of the Sewcialites quilt along.

Our little block this week is called “Blessed” and it is brought to us by Vanessa of Lella Boutique.  You will find the block pattern in the usual spots on the Fat Quarter Shop Blog here  or  all of the blocks that have been released so far can all be downloaded here–so be sure to bookmark this link!   This is the handiest spot to visit to download the blocks.

I’ve decided, if I can, to take all of my photos in front of my weeping redbud tree above.  Once it blooms, it is the prettiest tree and I’ll have fun documenting it as it starts to bud and then bloom.  Hopefully we see those pretty purple buds soon!

We have had the prettiest week here in Ohio…nearly 70 degrees a number of days.  Yesterday was rainy, but still warm…just a nice Spring sort of day.

The green in my Spring Brook line of fabric is such a perfect warm Spring green.  As I’ve said before, these fabrics are so nice to work with this time of year!  And, so many of you are working with them too in your Serendipity quilts. =)
