April $5 Pattern/Sewcialites Block 7
Good morning friends! Today brings us a new $5 pattern of the month, block #7 in our Sewcialites sew along, and an update on my WIP quilt tops.
First up, the $5 April pattern of the month is Dandelion Gravy.
I originally made it using my Canning Day line of fabric. At the top of the page you can see what it looks like in Fruit Salad. Fruit Salad fabrics are on the way to quilt shops so you’ll soon be able to sew with them yourself!

I made your Dandelion Gravy pattern a couple of years ago and it was such fun. The fabric was Dandy Duo by Robin Pickens. The background was Pin Drop with a yellow pin, which I also used in the Cali and Co BOM last year. I appreciate your patterns and fabrics. Just finished Weekender by A Quilting Life using your Cozy Up line. Thanks so much. Wish I could figure out how to upload pictures. Ugh

I love Dandelion Gravy so much — I made it with a Sweetfire Road line a year ago, and it’s really pretty — but boy it comes to life in this Fruit Salad collection!! Wow!😍
